resolved because:
After several e-mails, each one questioning their purported service, I received a call back. I asked for my refund for 2016, the second year of the contract. The operator (very poor English) told me he would have to speak to someone about this and would get back to me, that was at least three weeks ago. I have had no call back. I sent another e-mail yesterday, I will let you know whether there is any response.

I am very unhappy with Paramount Wireless. I recently bought a new laptop computer and tried to hook it up with my HP printer. I wanted to get the driver needed for my new computer so I tried to "Google" HP on the web. I thought I was going to HP and called a number in the list for "printer drivers". I apparently got Paramount Wireless and they said they were working with HP and could take care of me. I turned my computer over to them and they immediately said I had a "worm" in my network but that they could fix it. They continued to "fix" it and then set up the printer driver. They then charged me $299.99 for this service and wanted to sell me a package for additional protection. I was upset by this and then called HP and they said it was very unlikely that I had a "worm" and they told me they could have given me the directions to download the driver without any cost to me.
