A second refund has not been receivedI contacted my back directly, as the vender suggested and my bank has no record of a second transaction being attempted, much less turned away by the bankI recieved both refund receipts, but again, only one refundI have asked what other information I need provide to prove my case, however the vender failed to reply

Hi,The customer has placed refund request for the orders placed with us, Both the order numbers have been successfully refunded We have even shared the confirmation receipt to the customer given by the payment gateway ***- Stellar Phoenix Video Repair for Mac ***- Stellar
