We are very pleased with everything about this firmFinding someone to take our case was difficult, but they stepped up and saw it through to the endThey always kept us up to date with any changes that were going onWe would definitely recommend John ***r and his firm

I contacted this law firm on January 4, because they claim they are here for consumers and consumer complaintsI was put in touch with their attorney Jason, the only attorney they have licensed to practice in the state of FloridaI had a problem with my new [redacted] shakingJason told me to forward him all the repair orders stating that [redacted] could not fix the problemHe said I would be paid for the shaking of the truck and he would be compensated through **, so under those conditions I agreed and we started a lawsuitLater Jason called me and said [redacted] wanted to settle and said he wanted $4,compensation for his feesIf I were going to have to pay $4000, I would have never called the attorney and just traded the truck in!! We signed the agreement under pretenses that [redacted] would be compensating him, not meA month later Jason contacted me and stated that [redacted] will compensate me the shakeA week later, I contacted him, and informed him that I rarely drive the vehicle and I noticed that the paint started peeling off the truckI went to three different body shops that verified the paint job was done with poor quality paintI called Jason to start another claim with them because when I called [redacted] they told me to pound sand, because they already compensated me for the shakingBut, in the contract, my truck still had a warranty for everything except for the shakingI infomed Jason about my paint peelingHe told me that it's very hard to prove a paint issueI explained to him that I had three different auto body repair shops tell me that it's bad paint, and it had oil in the paint and it takes time for the peeling to occurJason said that paint peeling would be too tough to fightIf he is a lawyer for consumers, and helps consumer, then he should help meHe did not fight to help me because it was " too tough"I have already found another attorney to take care of this issueJason has no personality, and he's not here for consumersHe is only here for you if you have a repair orderHe will not go above and beyond to take on a good caseThis is not a consumer-friendly law firmI would take your business elsewhere

At first I really felt like Krohn and Moss had my best interest at heart. After negotiating a settlement things quickly changed from being about my justice to their lawyers fees. I actually feel like I was taken advantage of worse by my own attorney than by the dealership sued. Andrew did a good job making me feel like he was really going to bat for me. I pray for him everyday because he will hafta answer to a higher power over people he's help to screw over. I didn't think I had the capacity in my heart to hate until after dealing with krohn and moss................ The bottom line is this. If you deal with these [redacted] make sure you negotiate to have their high lawyer fees paid for by the person or company sued. If not you wont see one red penny of anything won on your behalf. Then you will be bombarded by phone calls and emails concerning lawyer fees. Don't use this company because if you win they keep everythingggggg. [redacted] bless all that read this

We have been trying to settle a lemon law dispute with *** for almost years now We have a vehicle that looks like new just sitting in our driveway that we can't drive, but still have to make payments on and keep it insured We tried getting *** to fix our vehicle for the first months that we had it, then hired *** & *** We are no further along now than we were when we were trying by ourselves We can't just quit them because then we would owe them money It's been very frustrating!

Stay away and find someone elseI have just sent a complaint to attorney general's officeThey sent a letter to VW saying they represented me before I had even spoken to anyone in their office I simply left a message saying that I liked their Revdex.com A rating (this was more than a year ago before all the negative comments were posted) I had already called the attorney general's office and Revdex.com for case # and complaint form and was not going to go with them until talking to Brent *** who knew I wanted VW to take car back and return my money He fooled me He asked how many miles were on car and price of car then did some calculations to see how much money would be taken off for use He at no time during conversation told me that under law we filing case with that VW won't have to take the car back I found this out a year later from another attorney at their firmWhen they sent a mechanic to check out car he brought his wife and a neighbor couple with him who waited while he drove my car less than a block (we didn't even leave parking lot) to just the second dumpster and turned around and went back to his friendsThey listen to what you want and don't even tell you that isn't possible until a year later and then take 80% leaving you with chump changeOne of his clients got less than $while he got over $43,000!!! Listening to the other negative comments there seems to be a trend

I have been working with this firm for a couple months now to get an issue resolved with a vehicle that had been back to the dealer for repairs an excessive amount of timesMr*** ended up getting the vehicle repurchased by the manufacturerIt was a pleasure working with him during the process and he was always willing to take the time to explain everything fully and take the time to answer my many questionsHighly recommend this firm for your needs

I had some reservations just picking a lawyer without knowing about them but I did and I am very happy I did. I worked with Krohn & Moss, specifically with John [redacted] in their Los Angeles office, and had nothing but a positive experience. Our Lemon Law lawsuit was treated professionally and expediently, and the attorneys at Krohn & Moss explained each step of the process along the way, and kept us updated as we progressed through that process. Although I hope not to have similar Lemon Law complaints in the future, I will no doubt call upon Krohn & Moss again if I do.

My husband and I started working with this firm a couple of months ago, they were always willing to go above and beyoud to answer our questions. I never had to wait long for a reply to any of my questions by email. They have settled our case with a fair offer, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After reading all of the reviews here, positive and negative, I am baffled by the negative comments! To the people posting the negative comments, you must have not been working with Scott [redacted] because he is top rate! He went far above and beyond working on my case. He was very prompt in answering my calls/questions and kept me abreast of the progress he was making. And believe me he made diligent progress! He was firm with his requests/demands to settle my case and did not back down on my behalf.
From the very first conversation I had with Scott, he gave me a ball park figure that he thought I could get. He stuck with that and to my amazement got me even more than he had first quoted. Even to the point that he sacrificed some of his fees to get me more on my settlement. That is a far cry from what I am seeing on these reviews. Sounds like sour grapes to me!
In closing, I am more than happy with the service I have been provided with by Krohn and Moss and would use them again in a heartbeat and without a doubt! I have referred several people to them and they too have been happy. Top notch law firm with very competent attorneys. As for the other negative comments.... some people have to shift blame if they don't get their way and do not seem to care who they take down with themselves. Sad. Also, I don't see them as the kind of people that would try and get their "friends and family" to put positive ratings in this Revdex.com site. For me, their service and professionalism speaks for itself.

I have been lucky and not needed a law firm until I began to have problems with my car, which was only three years old and less than 16,000 miles at the time. I have already had three clutches put in the car because of the sorry transmission. I found this law firm online while researching the Lemon Laws in different states. I took a chance and contacted them. Once we agreed they would represent me in this matter they were always there whenever I had a question or needed information or paperwork to take care of. From the very beginning I made it clear that I could not pay the attorney's fees and that the car company would have to pay. They assured me this was the case and that never changed. They always kept me informed of what was going on with my case and where we stood. Whenever the manufacturer made an ill-advised offer they would advise me not to take it and they let them know that wasn't going to take care of this. They were true to their word concerning everything they told me. The company could have done better but would have held out forever. To be honest I am sick of hearing their name. I have had only good experiences with this firm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a problem with a lemon automobile. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I don't know why some of these reviewers had such a hard time, but I for one can't say that. Thanks to them again.

I would like to Thank John [redacted] with Krohn & Moss, Ltd. and his partners. John was very professional and always very informative. He never left myself with any doubt or unanswered questions. I was always kept informed of current status. Not once did I ever have to call him wanting to know where my case stood. I had read so many horror stories , where clients questioned if they even utilized the right attorney much less to reach a settlement with a corporate giant like [redacted]. My case was settled in 9 months thanks to John's expertise and dedication. I would not hesitate one bit to use his services again, or to recommend him to friends and family.
