The client contacted our office on 2/27/15 requesting that our law firm assist him in having FCA LLC buy back his car due to manufacturing defects. On 4/30/15 our firm was able to obtain for the client a full lemon law buyback of his...

vehicle per applicable Florida law which included a refund of monies paid, payoff of his loan, and the agreement by FCA to accept return of the vehicle. After FCA agreed to settle the case, they assigned it to an intermediary company called ISG which delayed the buy back process. The firm was always responsive to both ISG and the client during the vehicle return process. On June 16, 2015 the vehicle was returned to the dealership. The law firm voluntarily reduced its attorney fees per client's request but did not reduce them to zero. Our firm is dedicated to helping consumers obtain legal help with their defective vehicles. In this case, the firm was successful on the client's behalf and he received 100% of what the law in Florida allows him to recover for lemon law relief, all in 3.5 months.

I have resolved this issue on my own, without a response from the business.

We are very pleased with everything about this firm. Finding someone to take our case was difficult, but they stepped up and saw it through to the end. They always kept us up to date with any changes that were going on. We would definitely recommend John [redacted]r and his firm.

I have nothing but great thing to say about Krohn & Moss. They were very professional to work with and worked very hard to make sure that I received everything that I deserved. They were very helpful with the different options we had and seen it to the very end.

I utilized K&M's services for a vehicle breach of warranty issue. Both Brandi, a staff attorney, and her direct staff displayed quality professionalism and personal service that made this difficult situation easier. They have been very responsive and have kept me informed every step of the way. They negotiated a decent settlement and were willing to go to court for me. I was not a number at this firm, although they are handling many cases similar to mine against the same manufacturer for the same model. I could not have asked for better representation. Being a law student, I have high standards, and they exceeded them.

I contacted this law firm on January 4, 2016 because they claim they are here for consumers and consumer complaints. I was put in touch with their attorney Jason, the only attorney they have licensed to practice in the state of Florida. I had a problem with my new [redacted] shaking. Jason told me to forward him all the repair orders stating that ** could not fix the problem. He said I would be paid for the shaking of the truck and he would be compensated through **, so under those conditions I agreed and we started a lawsuit. Later Jason called me and said ** wanted to settle and said he wanted $4,000 compensation for his fees. If I were going to have to pay $4000, I would have never called the attorney and just traded the truck in!! We signed the agreement under false pretenses that ** would be compensating him, not me. A month later Jason contacted me and stated that ** will compensate me the shake. A week later, I contacted him, and informed him that I rarely drive the vehicle and I noticed that the paint started peeling off the truck. I went to three different body shops that verified the paint job was done with poor quality paint. I called Jason to start another claim with them because when I called ** they told me to pound sand, because they already compensated me for the shaking. But, in the contract, my truck still had a warranty for everything except for the shaking. I infomed Jason about my paint peeling. He told me that it's very hard to prove a paint issue. I explained to him that I had three different auto body repair shops tell me that it's bad paint, and it had oil in the paint and it takes time for the peeling to occur. Jason said that paint peeling would be too tough to fight. If he is a lawyer for consumers, and helps consumer, then he should help me. He did not fight to help me because it was " too tough". I have already found another attorney to take care of this issue. Jason has no personality, and he's not here for consumers. He is only here for you if you have a repair order. He will not go above and beyond to take on a good case. This is not a consumer-friendly law firm. I would take your business elsewhere.
