The customer purchased machines under sales contract and did not have any same as cash option! The financed contract was verified by voice recording at UCFS and the loan was approved! We gave the customer a great deal and we have called customer to let them know we will be happy to assist with any questions regarding the equipment

Consumer purchased machine 11-18- Customer was happy with the purchase at the time of sale and verbally verified over a voice recorded conversation with UCFS the company that provided the financing We did not receive any calls or complaints from customer or finance company

Customer misunderstood contract! We have contacted customer and bank to take care of problem! Customer is happy and keeping Kirby vac!

We made two attenpts to deliver bags but customer was not home We have contacted customer and hand delivered the bags as of yesterday!

Are contracts are full disclosure and verbally verified by the bank that we finance with.  The interest and total of payments are written on agreement that you signed along with are return policy.  Because we are selling cleaning equipment in your home state law requires us to disclose are...

The customer made her purchase nov 2014 verified the purchase with by voice recorded telephone conversation.  She made her payments as scheduled.  June 2015 she contacted the bank for the payoff amount and started making $300 payments on the machine.  At no time was the bank or are...

Customer was given a $100 gift card.

We signed the contract on 11/4/14. So we still have over a month to pay it off. With the last payment we paid for 200.00 we owe 516.00 of which  506.48 of it is the interest. We will have it paid off by 11/4/15 which is 12 months. Please remove the interest from or Bill.________________________________________Hello-this is in response to the message sent from K.T Distr. for our complaint submitted on 8/24. We actually did call K.T Distr. On 6/5 @3:45 left a message, 6/12 @4:00 & left a message then on 6/15 @ 2:58 as well. We also called the bank prior to calling K.T Distr. Twice on 6/5 who directed us to call K.T Distr. In regards to our issue. The number we called for K.T Distr. Was ###-###-#### all 3 times and left a message. If we would have received a call back or some acknowledgement that we called about our issue the Revdex.com would not have been involved. We have our phone records indicating all the calls documenting. We also called our salesman numerous times as well to express our concerns and left messages but he didn't answer. He also promised he would give us more bags and cleaner but that was a false promise as well. We had the money initially to pay in full but once the salesman stated it would be same as cash we went with payments.

Very very poor customer service after machine was returned, min you within the days allowed, because of a bad feeling. I tried to contact KT several times within 5 months for them to return my cleaner and give * back my check for their product. I received 1 hone call promising they will contact me 3 more weeks an no one called or delivered on their promise. vey poor customer service I sill have yet to speak to anyone about my refund or vac because no one has called me back.

Review: On 9/23/15 a Kirby salesman can to my house to do a demote. I like the way the Kirby Vac work but I will have to wait until May to get it. I can fax you information the salesman wrote out say well you do not have to pay anything until May. I say don't leave it and he say will the company KT Distributing will may your paying until May. They are the one's that was going to pay United Consumer Financal . There Service phone number is ###-###-####. I am now behind in payment at this time. Because KT Distributing did not do as what they say they would do.Desired Settlement: Refund because they did not do what they should have done. and I no loner want to do business with them. Will like to return the Kirby.
