Good experience from top to bottom. We had a hot water heater and a HVAC system installed. [redacted] Rogers handled the sales and installation of the hot water heater. Keith Porter handled the sale and [redacted] M. handled the installation of the HVAC system. The pricing was fair and the installations were excellent. Everyone arrived on time. They were very professional and did excellent work.

We were pleased with Frymire services in buying and installing a new heating/ac system. The sales person, Steve, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Hafez M. and his fellow worker worked hard and did not foul-around. I felt that they both were experienced and they seemed to work very well together. They were not messy and they cleaned up after they finished.
We were disappointed that they had to take the door frame and door off the heating closet. It will be eight days before someone comes to put it back. I do not see this as Hafez's fault. It seems to me that this should have been caught earlier in the process.

Their tecnician Misael Rico called to verify he was on his way and he was right on time for my appointment. He covered his shoes at my door and went right to work performing a maint. check pu on my heating and AC units. He was thourough and very professional and cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. I will always use Frymire and very highly recommend them for heating AC and plumbing.
