Technician Charlie Rich was able to come earlier than expected and was pleasant to deal with.
I would like to commend [redacted] on their plumber Ricky M. who diagnosed and fixed my hot water meter issue correctly. I did not have HW for 4 days due to the part not being readily available on the HW heater [redacted] sold me over 3 years ago.
The one issue I did have was the $350 (not including the $30 I paid to rush the part) labor charge which I believe was excessive. This was after I called the office and spoke to a Gary who dropped it from the original quote of nearly $600 which was ridiculous for barely a half hour's work. The HW heater I purchased along with a complete Trane AC system about 3 years ago from [redacted] was still under warranty for materials (6 years for the HW heater) but not the labor which expires at 2 years.
Gary had excuses for the excessive rate and I didn't buy them but he did reduce it to the $350, still too high in my opinion. I have been doing business with [redacted] for over 15 years and never had issues with service or cost so this was an unpleasant surprise.
All in all [redacted] is a good company and maybe plumber charges are this high nowadays and Ricky stayed about 30-40 minutes to verify the tank was heating up, but with warranties and the fact the WH I replaced still worked after 10 years (but was above the closet in the attic)and replaced it anyway since they were doing the AC just contributed to my frustration.
I have a long term contract with Frymire, and regarding my heating/air conditioning, I always request Service Technician Leo Lopez, who has been the primary inspector and maintainer of the system for many years now, and knows it well. I have great confidence in his capabilities, and has kept it running well without failure, granting the unavoidable wear and tear that must occur. I know when Leo is on the way, my systems are in good hands and will get complete and professional service.
[redacted] contintues to perform exceptional work. They managed the entire job (fixing a gas leak) with the related contractors, inspectors and utility people wiith great percision and expertise. We will continue to use [redacted] for our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.
The purchase and installation of our new heating/cooling unit was handled professionally from the outset. Steve is very knowledgeable and guided us through selecting an appropriate unit. He came to the house several times on the day of the install to check on progress. The installation team, headed by Hafez, worked diligently and confidently. We have been pleased with Frymire Services for many years.
Ramon is the reason I keep renewing my Service Contract with [redacted]. He's prompt, efficient and professional. He's one of the good guys that does what he says he's going to do and it's done with pride, caring and courtesy.
I have the Annual Review air/heat policy. I like that Charlie Rich, my service technician is the individual who comes to the house twice a year to conduct the "check-up". ** is always on time, very professional and friendly.
I have used [redacted] for over 15 years. Every single time I have used them has been a positive experience. Their service folks are top notch, know their business, and are professionals.
Masis [redacted] is an exceptional plumber. He was polite, punctual, and thorough in his work. He fixed our plumbing problem and explained in detail what it involved and what to expect regarding the cost. I will definitely request him in the future for any plumbing issues that may arise.

Kitchen faucet was leaking badly, It was suggested that I purchase a new faucet because of a questionable defect in the design. I chose not to purchase a new one and [redacted] had it fixed in a short period of time. Both [redacted] and Masis had me understanding the positives and negatives before they proceeded to take care of the problem.
For many years we have had excellent service from Frymire Services. All of their service technicians have been friendly, helpful, attentive and done a good job at installing and checking up on our heating and air conditioning systems.
We recently switched to [redacted] and are very pleased with their services. [redacted] gets right to the problem without complaining. Definitely goes that extra mile to resolve and also explain how we ended up with the problem in the first place. Maybe not every customer cares, but we like to know why something happened. This was my first [redacted] service. I was very happy with [redacted] and [redacted] period. He had to replace an old water heater which was leaking. [redacted] and the other [redacted] who help were personable and easy to deal with. Good people Good Job.
