The customer signed up on August 6th and was charged his subscription fee of $and then he was charged his monthly renewal on September 9th.He contacted us on September 23rd to cancel his account which was promptly cancelled on September 24th and no further charges were made.We did not receive any bank statements from the customer but upon receiving this complaint today, we called the customer directly and asked him to send us his statements showing the charges in question. The customer did send us the statements and the charges to his account are not from Wealth GeneratorsThey are not credit or debit card charges but some type of ACH withdrawal. We sent the customer our record of the two valid charges, our proof of cancellation on the date he requested and we called him second time to point out our findings once we reviewed his statementsHe thanked us for the followupWe did respond within hours to each of the inquiries made and the charges the customer disputes were not made by Wealth GeneratorsWe believe this complaint was submitted in error and we do believe the customer will agree.Sincerely, Annette R***

I have tried to contact [redacted] through the telephone number he provided on his complaint to the Revdex.com to discuss this matter first hand on January 31st, The number he provided does not belong to himWealth Generators, in our first communication tried to explain our company and our relationship with Logan S [redacted] where we did indeed confirm he is a distributor of our products, along with stating that he also sells products from other companiesHe is an independent contractor and therefore markets himself and then a number of products from a number of companies. All distributors of our products are required to comply with our policies and procedures which includes a variety of constraints regarding social media marketingLogan S***'s facebook page is not branded as Wealth Generators, it brands Logan S [redacted] and therefore this complaint is with the independent contractor. As I also pointed out in our original response, we have a full social media presence for our company and a public web page - all social media can be accessed from the footer of our site: wealthgenerators.comYou will see, when looking at our company website and all our social media pages that WE DO NOT boast of income claims, or promises of riches, or any of the accusations included in this submission As Mr [redacted] is not a customer of ours, has never been a customer and is not willing to speak to us directly or accept my offer of an indepth overview of our company and services, I find myself in the unfortunate situation to request arbitration in this matter. On behalf of Wealth Generators, and myself specifically as a founder of the company, I want to reiterate my commitment to customer satisfaction, open communication and transparencyI know things go wrong when providing products and services to consumers - it is what the vendor "does" when there is a problem that really demonstrates the difference I am committed to making a difference.I remain willing to speak directly with Mr***, provide him a complete on-line demonstration of our platform via private webinar, and willing to answer any concern he has with our company, our products and our websites/social mediaI cannot, unfortunately, respond to his concerns of an independent contractor who is not "branding" his social media page as Wealth Generators.Lastly, I am open to any other suggestions that may satisfy Mr***'s concernsSincerely, Annette R***, Founder Wealth Generators LLC

? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company has sent me an acceptable offer and comprise to which I have accepted by email confirmationThe offer in comprise is attached Sincerely, [redacted]

The complaint submitted is correct and Mr [redacted] 's refund request was granted on June 9th, and in processIt should be reflected on his credit and this was processed prior to his complaint Please see attached for full details as we felt it necessary to delve deeper into some of the incorrect statements made regarding our products and servicesThank you

On August 12th the customer contacted us and asked us to cancel his subscription and refund his monthly paymentOn August 12th we cancelled his account and refunded his $monthly subscription. The customer did not see the refund on his credit card as it credits a few days later and then he submitted this complaint This was concerning to us as we believed we did exactly what the customer asked After this complaint we contacted the customer again and he felt he could not access our service at all times and believed that any dollars he may lose from trading would be refunded by usWealth Generators DOES not guarantee or promise trade results nor do we guarantee returns. Each customer uses our trade alert information and tools at their own risk and we take great efforts in ensuring all new customers are aware of this risk(WE do have a six month guarantee that says if you trade with us for six months, place 90% of trades and never risk more than 10% of your account and you still lose money, we will refund three times your monthly subscriptionOnce again, a refund of a subscription is not a refund of trade losses.)The customer still believes our services were represented to him in this way so we agreed to refund his initial purchase which we did on August 23rd, the date of this complaint and he should see this on his credit card within seven days.Regarding the funds the customer deposited in his brokerage account, this is a relationship between the customer and the broker of which we have no involvement inOur customers need a trading account if they want to trade and they can establish an account wherever they wantWealth Generators does offer brokers of choice, those brokers who are compliant to US regulation but a member is not required to our recommended brokers unless they want to use our trade convenience tools such as the FX SimplifierEven in this case, the relationship between the broker and customer is exclusive to them and Wealth Generators has no involvement.

The customer was contacted directly today November 22, and a thorough review of her experience with our services was discussedWhile she did not qualify for our triple subscription back guarantee, we did identify some miscommunication to the customerTo reach a satisfactory outcome we
provided the customer a partial refund that met with her acceptance. This refund has been processed

The complaint submitted is without foundationWealth Generators did not post on facebook nor did we "pay" for an advertisementMany of our distributors market a variety of products and we do not see anything specific to our company on Logan S***'s page Our facebook page is:
https://www.facebook.com/wealthgenerators14/The complainant has never subscribed to our service or contacted our companyWe would be more than happy to provide the complainant with a demonstration and overview of our services and answer any questions he may have directlyI find it very unfortunate that this type of complaint is made without foundation as we are clear on all our sites that we provide information, education and financial research to individualsOur subscriptions are month to month where a customer may cancel at any time. Our most expensive subscription is $and after days if the customer is unhappy they may cancel. As far as legality, we are no different than any other financial research and education firmWe believe there is extraordinary value in the content we make available via our subscriptions. As a company listed with the Revdex.com, we did provide specific details about our company, our practices and our productsFurthermore we have a commitment to customer satisfaction and a code of ethics. If there is a specific post on Logan S***'s page that refers to Wealth Generators boasting about returns, wealth, or vast riches, we would immediately have it flagged and removed as it is against our policies and guidelines which is available at all times on our public websitewww.wealthgenerators.com

We have been in communication with *** *** for the last few weeksWe have also provided her a written response that we are waiting to hear back from her.As soon as she responds I will be able to update this complaintThanksAnnette R***

Revdex.com:Clearly there is nothing I can do to resolve the initial issue as MrS*** has blocked correspondence of me on Facebook and it appears that you are separating yourself completely with him even though you basically employ himI know you mentioned him as an "independent contractor" which I'm not clear how that works exactly if he's advertising your logo and tactics on his social media pagesAs far as you not taking responsibility for misleading statements, words and phrases like, "Find Money You Don't Have" and "Money Miracle" are on your homepageAbsolutely absurd assumptions to say the least, clearly geared towards the vulnerable and unknowingIt's obvious the business model is built of obtaining as many subscriptions as possible as opposed to what is inferred which is, "if they know about financial markets and can earn a fortune, I can too!" Just insane to me that this can be considered legitimateNormally I wouldn't go out of my way to complain about scammers, but this stuff is plastered all over Facebook and Instagram (which again, focused on a penniless, desperate, and unknowing of financial management)The idea behind this complaint is to at least bring attention to what you're doingYou're correct, I haven't used your "product," "service," or whatever you want to call it because I have an MBA and have strong understanding of the true nature of financeI would love for you to show this to an economist or even a financial advisorI just don't understand what is subscription based about financial market informationIf someone wants the basis for how financial markets work they can check out a book from the library - FOR FREE! Imagine that.It just blows my mind that you can be satisfied with your "work" when you don't provide a real product or service in any way to any oneThis should be categorized as scam in the grandest form and you're either a liar or are in denial to the point where you've lost all sense of sympathy for your fellow citizenI don't have data, but I'm willing to bet the vast, VAST, majority of your so-called subscribers have made nothing or are disillusioned into thinking they've made something just to keep them going to the next monthApparently you're operating within the legal limits of the law which is crazy but like P.TBarnum said, "there's a sucker born every minute."You should be ashamed of yourself for having a modicum of pride in what you do when there are millions of legitimate career options that actually contribute to our economy and society
Sincerely,
