Hello, I have contacted the consumer on 3/3/and there was no answerI left a voicemail with my direct line to discuss his case to replace his two Kwikset locks I have not received a follow up call from the consumer as of yet but once I receive a call back from the consumer we will be replacing the two locks as one time courtesyThank you, [redacted] ***

Warranty claim was honored, a complete replacement was expeditedThank you

Mr*** was able to get ahold of Kwikset's Electronic Warranty and Technical Support on 3/27/2017. After speaking with him we quickly addressed our error and shipped out the correct lock the same day, as a next day air shipment. After reviewing the
tracking information to ensure a timely delivery, we called the customer on 3/28/2017 to confirm that he had requested that the replacement lock be picked up at his local UPS location. Mr***'s case has been completed. Thank you, Kwikset Support Team

Hello, The consumer seamed to be happyAll the responses were via email. We do apologize if it appeared to be rude via our templates and verbiage. The last response from the consumer was "Awesome-possum, I appreciate the tidbit." We have send out all that was needed and
called the consumer and left a message on 10/16/and placed another order which takes 4-weeks for customer orders Thank you, Kwikset

I have been unable to contact the business regarding this complaint.As they stated, they left a voice message for me on Friday 3/3/17.I called them back at the phone# they provided and left voice mail message for them on Monday 3/@ 6:30pm Central Time (Business time is Pacific), on 3/@ 01:15pm and again on 3/at 04:18pm The number given is bing answered by an answering machine confirming the Business Name and Persons name I'm trying to reach, but they have failed to respond back to me

We called the consumer and have processed a refund Thank you

Hello,I have contacted the consumer and he does not require to return the lock back to our company prior to get his new lock released for shipmentI have released the order and he will be receiving his lock within 10-business days and he will return the lock back once he receives his
warranty replacement. Consumer is okay with this agreement
