During registration Mr*** indicated that he read and agreed to the terms of the Kyäni Policies & Procedures
The Return Policy for Canada is found in section of the Policies and states “Kyäni will repurchase from the Distributor any portion of the Distributor's currently marketable
inventory that Distributor purchased from Kyäni in the preceding two monthsThe repurchase price shall be percent of the purchase price paid by the Distributor, less all applicable shipping and handling costs to return the product to Kyäni
We note that we applied this policy to Mr*** returns, and have already extended the time to return products for him by weeks to allow for a refund of his September purchase
We note that Mr*** signed up within one or two days of the change to the Canada Return PolicyIt may be possible that when he read the old return policy during registration he noted a different return periodWhen he was notified of the change within his first days as a distributor, he may have had good reason to believe they were the same policies that he read just the day beforeTherefore, we are reaching out to our Refunds department and recommending they apply the return period of the Policies he read at registrationThis includes a 90% refund of the original purchase price (10% of the original price will be applied to a restocking fee)Mr*** understands that any commissions earned from these specific purchases will be withheld from the final refundIn this abcase, it may take up to two weeks for the funds to be processed and returned. While we disagree with the complaint, because each customer is given days to return the product for a 100% refund (minus shipping and handling), and *** did not meet this deadline; we will extend this deadline for him because he called in two days after the deadlineWe will refund the
