The customers replacement order shipped today 10/4, and they were sent the below email:
"Hi S[redacted]
Your Repalcement order has shipped today 10/4 containing Mary Jo and Posie. Tracking: LZ####27277USPlease allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update. Thank you!"

Fishy business practices.
No phone number to be found anywhere on their website or web for Kylie Cosmetics.
If you do a reverse search for 1600 Westar Drive in Oxnard, you get Spatz Labs, another cosmetics company that claims they have no affiliation with Kylie Cosmetics, and they say they are fighting to get their address off her website. ColourPop admits they make Kylie's stuff, but they don't have a phone number anywhere either. So no way to talk to anyone about an issue.

On 10/6 the customer was advised we do not cover customs fees per our policy see attached. Please see below for exact email verbiage customer was advised:

I am rejecting this response because:
I was notified with the same response when contacting the business prior to submitting a complaint to Revdex.com. Like I previously stated in my initial claim with Revdex.com, I need something to be done besides apologies - either I get sent another replacement for the packaging, or I get refunded with my shipping fee ($8.95). It is unacceptable to receive a package as shown in the images I submitted as evidence, and the blame and consequences should not fall on the customer's hands that it was not handled and delivered properly.

The package was received back to our hub on 6/27, and on 7/1 the customer was advised via email, " We are currently processing returned packages; once your package
arrives this process can take 7-10 business days. Once your package is processed we will have a replacement package sent out to you, and you will receive an email with
tracking. We are inside the processing time of our returned back processing time frame that the customer was advised on.

I was very happy with my purchase. It took me 7 days to get my order, which I thought was fantastic considering I ordered on a holiday. Customer service emailed me within a couple hours when I had a question about my order. Also, my order arrived very nicely packaged (plain black box on the outside with the fun Kylie packaging on the inside) and my products arrived accurately as well. I tried both products and wore one of them for the evening and was very impressed, my husband even commented on my lip color. I went on her website and was surprised to see most products back in stock and was able to purchase two more products that I can't wait to receive.

The customer was emailed today advised to provide photos of the issue she described in her Revdex.com email. Once we receive the photos we can provide the customer with a
resolution.

I must say that I'm delighted with the products and that everything came to me in perfect condition (Dublin, Ireland). The colors are different on every skin type and although it may not look like on the package, it is really beautiful and it stays long. It's make up, so it looks good or not, but that doesn't mean to hate the person behind it.

I ordered a lip kit and a gloss for my sister as a present... I've been waiting 3+ weeks on my order. After 2 weeks I emailed them and they said it was a "delay" and that they would sent an email once it shipped. Didn't get anything for a while. Emailed them twice and I didn't get anything back. I finally just received an email saying it was shipped. I will not be spending another penny here. Waste of money.

Had a full selection of products one morning I luckily saw a restock, ordered 3 lipkits. The process was quick, easy and safe. Converted prices for me and was accurate. 6 days later, products arrived to Australia in perfect condition, exactly as described and are great quality products! Will definitely order from Ky again!

I have ordered from Kylie two times before this happened. On my third order with Kylie I got 1 candy K lip kit, 1 KoKo Lip kit and 1 literally gloss during her large restock on July 1st but I received the wrong package. I contacted Kylie Cosmetics and it took 6 emails and 2 days to hear back from them and then I was asked to send in pictures of the products I got sent as well as the invoice (that had someone else name on it) and then it took over 20 emails and 2 business days to hear a response once I did I got a one time curtsy replacement package that will arrive in 7-20 days. I would like thank Brian and Meagan C from Kylie Cosmetics for helping me out. I am unhappy that it was so hard to reach the company and also that someone else in the world has my invoice with my address on it. I was able to keep the other products that were sent to me.

The customer initiated the conversation by sending an email on 6/26 and there was back and forth to retrieve information on the issue such as photos
10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background: white;">of the issue and verifying the order number. From 6/26-7/2 I reviewed the emails and we were able to respond to the customer within our 24-48 hour
response time that is listed on our website, see attached. We were out of the office for the holiday and unfortunately not able to respond to the
customers’ 7/2 email and the customer emailed again from the same email chain on 7/6 and it pushed her to the front of the queue. In reviewing the
photo the customers’ description of the issue we will issue a replacement of Mary Jo k liner. The customer was emailed today advising that we will
issue a replacement.

I ordered products over a week ago and still have yet to even receive a confirmation email verifying that my order was received, even though the money was taken out of my bank. Not only that, but the customer service team has failed to respond to any of the three emails I have sent in the last 5 business days. At this point I would rather have a refund of my money, and take my business elsewhere. Sad, because the products are amazing.

Kylie cosmetics customer service is hands down one of the worst I have had to deal with. It is impossible for anyone to get back to you in a timely manner or give you an answer.
