I am very happy with L & H Services, especially Eric P., their service technicianHe is very knowledgable, friendly, honest, and he works quickly and leaves no messHe answers all my questions thoroughly and is obviously very experienced in all aspects of HVAC, including maintenance, repair, and installationI have been using his services for a couple years, after leaving my previous service provider due to poor serviceVery pleased I made the switch!

Terrible price gouging I was charged $for minutes of work, I did not receive an estimate as I requested and they did not do what I asked them forI live less then a mile away and the charge for them to come to my house was $Pricing for the parts were doubled of the highest price I could find

They were amazing and most importantly honest and reasonableThey literally saved our Christmas this year by being so quick to respond

Service call on weekend evening Service technician was courteous and corrected the problem in a prompt and professional mannerHe offered advice on how to prevent a future
occurrence of the same problem

Great service and people

Had a problem getting my home A/C to kick on We bought the home back in August of and had no need to turn on the A/C then Tried to turn it on now but no resultFound out by Bill J that the thermostat was programmed incorrectly
Simple solution but I did not think of it Bill solved the problem, checked the A/C unit and all was good

I took my portable marine air conditioner to L&H and Steve told me the problem that I had and expertly repaired my unit and it works better than I expected

Everyone has been so incredibly nice. The installation went so smoothly and they answered all my questions. They cleaned up everything so well. They even were very patient with my dog who followed them everywhere. We give them a 10 and the dogs gives them 4 paws up!
