Great service as usual. We use them for both furnace and plumbing issues.

Eric has performed annual maintenance and servicing on our geothermal heating and cooling unit the past several years. He is very thorough, punctual, and communicative. He explains any problems identified and solutions to fix them, and has helped us to understand how this relatively new technology works and how we can optimize the system.

We have used L&H Services a number of times over the past few years. They have typically been extremely accommodating and professional. We recently called them out and were charged an extremely high price for them to tell them that our AC unit was broken - nothing else. When we discussed having them come fix the problem, they would not apply the original charge to this new service (when they would actually DO something). This is not an appropriate way to treat repeat customers and we will never use L&H again.

Steve was the service tech that came to our house to investigate an issue with our AC. He found the issue right away and covered the total cost of the repair prior to completing the work. He was very professional and courteous during his visit. We have used L & H in the past to replace a water heater and we will be calling them in the future if necessary.

I had a problem with my water bill being excessively high. The Village sent me letters stating that I needed to have a plumber to check out this issue. I picked L & H Services because it serviced the area where I live. They were very polite and professional when I talked to them and once I set up an appointment, they were on time. They found the problem within 15 minutes of being at my home and I don't feel I was overcharged. The plumber who came to my home was John E., very nice and personable. I highly recommend L & H Services, Inc.

My air conditioning went out and they let me know they could come that afternoon which was great then called back about an hour later and said they could come even earlier! I was thrilled I could take care of it so quickly.

I've used L&H for several services on different houses with many different types of heating/cooling units and plumbing issues. From baseboard heating units utilizing boilers, central AC, forced air furnaces, a leaky bathtub faucet, and a whole house humidifier L&H has been helpful, clean, courteous, and timely. As a new homeowner the service staff has helped me learn more about my home and the care of it. Services are always completed when quoted and pricing is fair.
