Review: I purchased three tickets total amount of $ 150.00 with this company online just to find out when my family arrived at the pick up point which was Florence SC going to New York City our seats were sold to two people with cash money in route to New York City and there was only 1 seat left on the bus, Now this gentlemen spoke to them in English until he thought there was going to be a problem then he started speaking Chinese and backing up on to the bus, then slamming the door then driving off leaving wife and my daughter and grandson in the middle of nowhere late night . I believe because the tickets was purchased online and before time the seats should have been secured for my family , And this is not the first time this has happen with this company. If they are going to take cash money at these pick up points why should they have online purchasing because their contract states no refunds so they are clearly taking consumers hard earn money out of their pockets and blatantly refusing to give it back. This is a issue that Revdex.com should look into and make these people honor their online policy I am very outraged that these people is conducting business in this manner can you imagine how many other people that they are doing this to I refuse to be a victim of this trickery and scamming . Thank You for your time and concernDesired Settlement: The three tickets was never used my family had to find other means of transportation back to New York City that cost me almost $ 300.00 more besides the refund to my credit card an Apology for my pain and suffering would be accepted.

Review: I joined the two days tour trip to Washington DC with my brother and my son. My brother was supposed to get on the bus in Chinatown, and my son and I were supposed to get on the bus in Jersey City at 8:00 a.m., as instructed by the tour operator and written on my receipt. The bus picked up my brother and left Chinatown 20 minutes late. I kept waiting at the Jersey City pickup location for two hours past 8 a.m. and the bus never showed up. In between, I called the travel agency asked why the bus was so late and informed them that I was waiting in an unfamiliar location in Jersey City with my 3 year old son. The customer service rep said, "we would be there in a few mins." In the end, the bus did not show up. I was told that I should've gone to East Brunswick. The instructions on my receipt and given to me on the phone by the customer service rep that very morning was Jersey City.

The story does not end there. My brother was dropped off in East Brunswick and the tour guide gave him $30 dollars for transportation back to Chinatown, NYC. The tour guide asked him to take a taxi to Hilton hotel and take the express bus back to Midtown Manhattan. $30 dolor to cover a $100 plus trip? And there was no taxi available in East Brunswick like New York City!!

We were stranded. Both my brother and I ended up calling for about $200 of car service to get home. The tour agency now refuses to be responsible. Refuses to reimburse my car service fare for the trouble and suffering we were put through on Saturday, April **, 2014. The [redacted] was rude and refuses any responsibility. They won't even arrange refund on a day of my convenience. Somehow it was okay for the agency to collect my tour fees during the weekend business hours. But I am told that I cannot go get my refund during the very same weekend business hours. I am forced to take time off on a weekday to travel to New York City to get my refund. This company fails customer service miserably. Between all the travel expenses to get home and getting my refund, I ended up almost paying for two Washington DC trips. Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund for the two day tour that was not rendered, car service fees home and the gas plus toll money to drive out to the business to get my refund.
