Review: On 8/**/13, I purchased several wedding party favors from La Belle Collections for the price of $94.78. I received an email from La Belle support stating that the delivery would be on 9/*/2013. However, the package never got here. After a dozen phone calls and several emails that were never returned, I finally get an email on Friday stating my package had been lost. They asked if I would like a refund or send another package. I told them I wanted a refund. That was last week. I still do not have my refund and they are not returning emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund and an apology. The way they are conducting business is unacceptable, and after some research, it seems this company is a scam.

Review: On August **, 2013 I ordered wedding favors for my son's wedding. The order was paid in full with paypal. Their delivery policy states 7-10 business days. I had the order shipped to my future daughter in law as she lives where the wedding will be. On August [redacted] my future daughter in law informed me she hadn't received the favors. I called La Belle Collection, got a voice mail box and left a message. I received an email stating the order was being shipped from California to their New York facility and shipped from there, also stated we would receive a tracking number when it shipped and that we would receive it the next week. At the end of the next week (9/*/13) we still didn't receive the favors. I called and got the same voice mail box and left a message. I went on line as they have live chat to assist customers. The live chat was unavailable, was able to leave a message which stated would be returned by the end of the business day. Also left a message on line for their customer service dept. I found a second phone number for the company, but it rings one time and then goes to a busy signal. It is now Monday 9/*/13 and no answer at the their phone number, no live chat available and no merchandise received...my son's wedding is this Saturday 9/**/13. I have opened a claim with paypal to hopefully get my money back.Desired Settlement: If the merchandise could be here in time for the wedding that would be great, but at this late date I doubt that is possible. I would like an explanation from the company and I want my money fully refunded in a timely manner. I also would like this complaint made public so other people are aware of their business practices and can avoid the hassle and disappointment that I have been through.

Review: I ordered wedding favors from this company on July[redacted] 2013 and have not received my products. It is now Sept [redacted]. I got on their website to track my order and it stated my order was canceled. I have given them my credit card information as well as my personal address and contact information. My money was withdrawn from my account at time of order. Also Ihave ccontacted them by email with no response and when you call the number it is of an automated message say you can go to the website and do live chat, but no one answers. As of today when I try the website it no longer is available.Desired Settlement: To have this company be shut down and get my refund. So no other people get scammed like I did.

Review: On July [redacted], I placed an order with this company online for wedding favors. I was charged through paypal on July [redacted]. In August I emailed the company telling them that I had not received the order. A person named [redacted] responded that they will look into it and ship out a replacement confirming my address. I never received anything. I emailed 4 more times and called and left three messages. No response, no order. I then checked the reviews only to find out that the same scam had been done over 30 times to other customers. Same exact scam...order, pay through paypal, no product, emailed by [redacted] and then nothing. I called paypal and the company is restricted due to multiple complaints. I want to take this company down or at least stop them from hurting other people.

Review: I placed an order on August **, 2013 for an event that I am hosting on September **, 2013. I emailed the La Belle Collection that same day. I wanted to ensure that I would receive the items prior to the event. Someone by the name of [redacted] responded stating that I would be receiving my order no later than the first week of September. Since then, I have called and left several messages on their answering machine as well as send out numerous e-mails. No one has answered my phone calls or e-mails. The credit card has been charged and I would like my money returned. I looked up the reviews yesterday fro this company and found that there are other people who have had the same problem. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to my credit card please.

Review: I ordered personalized pint glasses and stemless wine glasses from their website for my wedding. The first part of the shipment to arrive was the wine glasses and my fiance could hear the broken glass in the package as the UPS driver handed it to him. My fiance opened it in front of the UPS driver and had the driver note that the delivery was damaged. The second part of the shipment came and there were also pint glasses broken. In all, 7 pint glasses and 9 wine glasses were broken. Then we received a third shipment of pint glasses - which we did not order at all. I contacted La Belle Collection online and then followed up with the emails and photos they requested. Their response to me was that the extra pint glasses shipment was an internal error on their part, but since I had extra pint glasses then I could just use those for my wedding in place of the pint glasses Their email said "Unfortunately we don't send replacement for broken printed items" even though their website says "However, if the products are defective or damaged, we will be happy to send out replacements or issue refunds to you." ([redacted])Desired Settlement: Since the likelihood of more wine glasses being produced and shipped in time for my wedding is small, I would just like a refund for the broken items that I paid for. This may seem like a small amount or petty, but their own website says their policy is to replace/refund for broken items and now they are refusing. If you are in business to handle such important occasions as WEDDINGS then be prepared to follow YOUR OWN POLICY and make things right.

I would like to add that La Belle Collection has really stepped up. When this complaint went through I was contacted by a manager who advised that previously I had been dealing with a newer employee and management wanted to make things right. They have ordered me replacement wine glasses for the broken ones and all should be here in time for my wedding. I don't know if this can be included in with the complaint I originally placed, but they have corrected the mistake completely.

Review: I had placed on order online, I received an email summary of my order and that was the end. I attempted to call and email with no reply. The worst online store ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LA BELLE COLLECTIONS!!!Desired Settlement: I want my order to actually be processed and delivered as per the contract.

Review: I had wedding items engraved on 6/**/13 and paid $129.95. In checking on the web site it keeps stating that payment processed and order in production. I have reached out to the company and can not get anyone to return my calls and/or email me back. I have asked for the product to be sent to me but at this time I no longer want to do business with this company. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: The company has the responsibility to it's customers to ship the products that they pay for and if not refund their monies due. They also have the responsibility to contact a customer when there is a problem.

Review: I ordered/purchased wedding favors on 7/**/2013 from this company. I have not received any word of the status of these items, and they should have been shipped over a month ago. I have tried calling and email the company, and have still received no response.Desired Settlement: My total bill was $165.26, which includes cost of the items and shipping. I would like this money given back, since I have not received the products that I have ordered, nor a response from the company.

I am so disgusted with this company I wished I had read the reviews I found on the Internet before ordering. No one received their orders. On 8/** I inquired about the status of the order and received a reply that the order would be received on or before 08/**/2013. The order was never received. I have since sent 3 emails to the company, attempted to leave a message via their online "chat" assistance, and by telephone. All attempts were unsuccessful, and I have had no reply from the company. I sent a dispute form to WePay as well , but would like to file this formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, and hope that other customers do not have the same experience. As this company deals with wedding/shower items, these are highly personal and emotional purchases. I also feel compelled to point out that I never had trouble reaching the customer representatives until AFTER my order was missed.

Review: On July **, 2013, I placed an order for 120 heart shaped cookie cutters as wedding favors for my upcoming wedding on November *, 2013. I did state the event date as November *, but included in the comment box the following message, "I would like to have these soon because I will be attaching homemade cookies to them, too. Thank you!" Since July **, I have checked the status of my order and have never found or heard when this order is ever going to ship. On September *, I emailed the company to ask when I could anticipate my order and received no response. I also went to their website and filled out a customer service form and asked what the status of my order was. I tried calling them several times and only got the response, "All of our representatives are busy at the moment, please leave a message and we'll get back to you." So, I left several messages and never heard from them. I paid $74.19 on July **, but haven't seen or heard anything from this company since, despite all of my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want my money back.

Review: I ordered place card holders for my wedding on 8/**/2013. The payment was processed but the items never shipped. I contacted the vendor via their contact form as well as phone and never heard back. I tried to contact them on the live chat they advertised on their website, but it was not available.Desired Settlement: Refund of entire purchase cost including tax and shipping.

The complaint number [redacted] is addressed to La Belle Collection at [redacted]., [redacted]. We are not La Belle Collection. Further we do not deal with the public. We are strictly a wholesale company and do not deal with individuals - only businesses.

We are one of only 2 tenants in this building - Fashioncraft and Star Industries. There is no La Belle at this address nor has there been in the 12 years we have been here.

Review: - Product Ordered on 07/**/2013

- Numerous calls made, no calls returned, only emails stating order was being processed. Some of the items came...(totaling less than $200 of the total order of $657.80)

- Additional emails sent asking when, what tracking number etc, even up to "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" from [redacted] saying "We'll get you a tracking number for your last shipment (250 customized champagne glasses) and your products will arrive days before the event. (Stated like Sept. *, 2013)

- last email sent by me states concern that (paraphrased "we will not get them in time, and that if no tracking number is there by now, how can it be shipped in time...?"

- No reply from La Belle collection since 09/**/2013Desired Settlement: Please refund my payment for the items not delivered.

Review: I ordered persnalized shot glasses for my baby shower. This order was placed on June [redacted]. The customer service page states:

Please note that the tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery since it normally takes 3-5 working days to personalize your order and an additional 3-5 working days to deliver depending on your shipping location.

I waited a few days and emailed them back, per their instructions, to let them know that I had not received a confimation number.

I have every email, and chat transcript from this whole ordeal. I can prove that I was never rude, never demanding, and was flexible with the ETAs the reps provided. I also had a couple unprofessional agents. Every promise made by the reps, stating they would have a manager call back, was not kept.

yesterday, Sunday 7/**/13, I received an email stating I had a refund from them. After reviewing my emails today, I saw that my order had been canceled. After contacting chat customer service to request an update on my order, I got blocked in the middle of the chat, and was not able to continue chatting. I tried another computer, and was able to get through there, but as soon as they looked up my order, I got an error message, kicked off the chat, and am not able to access chat from there either. I have tried calling about 10, so far, this morning, with no avail.

It's now been 37 days since I placed my order. My event is in 40 days (August [redacted]) and I am back to square 1.

Thank you for your help in this matterDesired Settlement: All I want is my shot glasses. If I get my glasses, correctly personalized and whole, I will be content.

Review: I placed ab order on July **,2013 for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and was promised the product within 2weeks of ordering .I called around the [redacted] of July to find out if my order shipped due to not receiving a shipment confirmation the customer service representative told me I should receive one and assured me I would have the product no later than the [redacted] of August. On Aug. * at 6:22pm I received an email stating I should have received my order by now and they will check on it there was a delay maybe lost in transit ( I never received tracking number) and in the meantime they would ship out a free replacement .I was asked to verify my address, I responded within five minutes of the email .I also requested for someone to get back to me with tracking number . I have since called everyday since then and still no response from anyone from the company.

Review: On 7/**/13 I purchased on line items for our upcoming wedding. As of August [redacted] I still have not received the items. I was emailed an order number confirmation and shipping method. They were supposed to send a tracking number but have failed to do so. Every attempt that I have made to contact them at their stated number has not been successful. An automated message comes on asking for me to state my name and then they respond with your party will be reached. After a few minutes another automated message comes on stating that all operators are busy and please leave a message. I have left messages and have not received any return phone calls. I have sent emails and messages on their live chat support and still no response. I am concerned that this business is not legitimate. The charge went through on my credit card on 7/**/13 yet I have had no contact with the on line company when I have tried to confirm my order. I have contacted my credit card company and they have stated that I have to wait 30 days to allow for delivery. If the items are not delivered I can than dispute the charges however my concern is that they now have my credit card information. Also a lot of other people can be effected if they are a bogus company during this 30 days. I would appreciate any help you can give.Desired Settlement: Refund credit Card, and dismantling of this website to protect others who try to order from this company.
