Review: I placed an order with this company on Aug *, 2013. They charged $425 and that money has been withdrawn from my bank account. According to the website, there should be a turnaround time about 10 days to receive an order, however I have not received any updates regarding status of my order. I have not received any tracking/shipment information. I have called the number on their website and left at least 10 voicemails with no response. I have sent several online requests for customer service updates and received one email last week stating the order would be delivered 08/**/2013, however it has not been delivered yet.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to give me an update on the order status, as well as give me an accurate delivery date. I would like them to deliver the wedding favors I ordered!

Review: Ordered wedding gifts three weeks ago, it says order processing. They said it would only be 3-5 days production. They will not respond to phone calls or e-mails.Desired Settlement: This business needs to be shut down so that other people are not scammed. Also, a refund is a must.

Review: I placed a order with them on July ** to make favors for my mothers retirement party, her party was August ** and I still haven't received the favors. I emailed them on July ** they responded right back and said the product will be delivered to there NY facility. I called on several times and emailed them with no response. I continued to leave messages asking them to please call me back asap or email me and let me know when the product was going to be delivered, as of today August ** I still haven't received a email or call in regards to the favors. At this point I'm not even sure if it is a replicable company. Very disappointed and saddened that I didn't receive my product in a timely fashion for her event.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund and if the product is made since it was suppose to be personalized I think they should just give it to me. Either way its going to cost me because I have to have someone else make them or if they give them to me I have to mail each person that came to her party there favor.

Review: I made an online purchase on August [redacted]. I was given an order number ([redacted]) and told that I would be emailed tracking information. I never received this information and have since made several attempts to contact the company. They do have a listed phone number, it goes directly to voice mail stating that all agents are busy. In addition they have a customer contact form on their website. I have filled out two of these forms in the last couple weeks and have received no contact. My bank account was debited from the full purchase amount of $104.58. They claim to have a live chat, but despite checking their website move than 10 times in the last couple weeks have not found a link. It has no been over three weeks since I made my purchase and I need them to let me know what is going on. I was advised that it would take 3-5 days for my order to process and then an additional 3-5 to ship. Both have long passed.Desired Settlement: I need them to ship me my purchased products or refund my full purchase by september [redacted].

Review: I made a purchase on 7/**/13 to the online store of LaBelle Collection ([redacted]). I began following up with them the week of August [redacted], as I had not received my merchandise, which was noted to ship in 14 days. I have contacted them numerous times via e-mail, on-line messages, contact to their customer support on-line, response to my original e-mail in which they requested payment (total of $183.25). Each time I call, I am sent to a voice mail, with no response. Each time I e-mail, I receive no response. The website states that you their personnel is available from 8-4pm central time Monday through Friday, and I have called during these hours, and received no response each time. I am completely frustrated!!Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund to my credit card for the amount of $183.25 so I can purchase the material from another business in time for my 10/**/13 wedding.

Review: I placed an order that was supposed to have been shipped and delivered to my home on 8/*/13. I have yet to receive it. I have called and left messages at the only number available for this online company. I have also sent emails and started live chats for the last 2 weeks. I have yet to get any type of response; no email nor phone call. I have provided them all necessary information, but they have failed to call me back. They had no problem charging me over $100 for my order, which I am disputing with my bank to make sure that they reverse the charges. I myself work in customer service and I would never treat my customers the way the La Belle Collections is treating me by ignoring me and not replying to any type of communications. I have been waiting for two weeks and here I am still without a response.Desired Settlement: Due to all the inconvenience that I am being put thru and taking time out of my work schedule to call and email, because they are only open between 8am to 5pm. I demand a full refund of all payments back to my credit card and fulfillment by delivering my original order request.

Review: I NEVER received the personalized playing cards I ordered for my husbands 70th birthday party. I spent $54.00 and received NOTHING.Desired Settlement: Please get my money refunded.
