Review: I purchased a $99 Groupon for a photo session. I paid her the extra sitting fee charge of $58.62. After scheduling several appointments and [redacted] (owner of La Femme)cancelling them (due to personal issues each time) she said that she would honor the Groupon past the expiration date since I was so willing to work with her because of all the cancellations. Now she does not want to complete the work and wants me to get Groupon to refund the purchase price (which they won't because of the expiration date)and she wants me to file a dispute with my credit card (that she charged in June 2014) to get the money back (which they won't because it has been more than 60 days.I have all of the emails and text messages exchanged between the two of us.Desired Settlement: I would like1) [redacted] to fulfill the commitment from the Groupon and my payment of the sitting fee OR2) [redacted] to refund me the $99 that I paid Groupon since they won't give a refund past the expiration date yet [redacted] was willing to overlook and refund the $58.62 sitting fee that I paid her

Response:
Groupon is responsible for issuing refunds on groupons pruchased that can not be redeemed due to no availability to perform the service for holly. They have a groupon guarenntee policy so as already stated to [redacted] she will need to contact them for a refund and contact her bank to File a dispute so they can issue her refund to her card for the $57 paid for the sitting fee. Once lafemme recieves the dispute from the card company the refund will be approved. This has been explained to [redacted] multiple times.

I have attached copies of the emails and text messages that have been exchanged between [redacted] (LaFemme) and myself. I have given her multiple dates to reschedule the appointment and make it right. I have informed her that Groupon said that they would not give a refund, although they have tried to rectify things on their side to some degree (email also attached). As far as requesting my bank to dispute the charge, it wasn't through my bank but a credit card that has already been paid and all she has to do is give a refund back on the card. I did pull up the statement from the credit card and the charge was for $63.00 on 4/26/14.
I would like her to 1) contact Groupon and have them issue the refund and 2) she refund the full $63.00 that she charged to my credit card OR she can fulfill her business obligation of meeting with me and providing me with the services that I paid for.
Review: The owner cancelled my photo shoot for an undisclosed reason and advised she would be refunding me my money but now she will not return my texts, phone calls or emails. I sent her a viable means of returning my money but she has yet to respond or return my money. Desired Settlement: She owes me $80.62 for studio fees.
