time.  The repair order we wrote with Kolar as the customer states that inspected the circuits shown, replaced the blown fuse but we could not duplicate the same problem.  Only labor was charged to Kolar.  At that point we sent the vehicle back to Kolar and spoke with their service advisor. We were not advised to do any further inspection.  We do not know what the Kolar advisor told the customer.  July 12, 2017, [redacted] brought the vehicle to Duluth Dodge.  The vehicle was inspected due to the electrical components again not working.  The technician stated the fuse was blown again.  The fuse was replaced but now the fuse continuously blows out again immediately.  The technician and our service advisor Butch felt it’s an electrical problem that will require some time due to all the components and wiring to be traced through.   The customer asked if he could just take the vehicle home at that time before we knew what the actual cause of the blown fuses. Butch stated that he could but since the vehicle is actually acting up we should look for the main cause of the issue.  Butch stated he looked [redacted] right in the eye and said with electrical work it would be about a $700 repair.  [redacted] chose to leave the vehicle here.  We also could see [redacted] needed a recall repair completed as well.  We gave [redacted] a service loaner to use while the technician worked on finding the electrical issue cause and completed the warranty repair.  Our tech spent many hours to find the wire that was shorted out.  When [redacted] came to pick up the vehicle he was upset the bill was $824.68 and asked specifically for Burleigh, our General Manager, by name.  Burleigh agreed to give [redacted] a discount of $100 and [redacted] took his vehicle and left.  We feel the customer was well aware the bill would be at least $700 for us to search for the cause of his electrical issues.

Review: day care director is allowing teachers to talk to children condescendingly and with severe sarcasm. Day care director is allowing physical abuse to go on from a teachers child who also attends facility. Paid for summers field trips that were not gone on or made up at a later date. After 8 years we have no choice but to pull her out of this place due to her safety. I paid for a week of service we won't be able to use due to the severity of the situation. I would expect to be compensated the $180.00 field trip fees due to them not being done or ruined due to an employee's child who attends La Petite. I would also expect to be compensated $190.00 for the week of service that was not rendered due to having no choice but to pull her out since her safety did not seem to be top priority with the director who has not been able to tell me what actions/policies would be taken for the 1st physical contact on my daughter from an employees child.Desired Settlement: Compensation in the amount of $370.00 and an apology for lack of services.

accordingly. Due to confidentiality and privacy constraints, we cannot provide

Ms. [redacted] with the very detailed and protected information she has

requested, but Ms. [redacted]’s allegations have been taken seriously by

management and the matter investigated.

Although La Petite does not

believe that there is any merit to Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, La Petite is

refunding her a portion of the requested amount in a continued effort, and as

part of its emphasis, on providing excellent customer service. La Petite considers this concern addressed and resolved.

La Petite is a wonderful center. I have had three children go through this center at various times in the last five years. There has been some amazing changes made in staffing at the center, and it is surely for the better! There are so many amazing teachers at La Petite that truly care about my children. We are greeted daily with great smiles and hugs from all the staff. My children absolutely love their teachers. GREAT PLACE!

Review: My ex-girlfriend and share our son's legal custody without any restrictions, meaning I should have access to all my son legal paperwork, participate in his school activities and more.but, the director at La petite academy has refused me the access and ask me to stay away from the school per the school's lawyer, violating my rights.I had provided the school with a copy of the courts current custody order.Desired Settlement: I wish the director and the company's lawyer can review the court's order and apologize in writing of their mistake and the pain this has caused me not to be able to get involved in my son academic life. And grand full access to my son's the school and records. son

Review: Around May 8 2014 I made an online payment for my grandchild daycare which was $200 weekly (lowered rate I was to pay $150 per week then once a month pay the balance of $200) on May 8 I made an online payment of $50 leaving me owing $100 for the previous 3 weeks. I DID NOT LEAVE MY BANKING INFORMATION BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT RECURRING PAYMENTS CAUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD IT. I then took my grandchild out of the day care on May 9, 2014 and enrolled her at another facility. On May 17, 2014 I was checking my balance on my credit union account when I found out I was -46.18 in my account so I checked my computer to see where it was coming from I saw an attempted debit for $35 from la petite:05/16/2014 Fee W/D In the amount $35.00 LA PETITE Entry Class Code: PPD -$35.00 -$11.18 I called the location, but no one answered so I called the regional director on May 17, and left a message...###-###-#### and explained to her that I did not authorize any payment and why would they just go in and take my money without my knowledge.Desired Settlement: MY MONEY BACK AND MY LAST PAYMENT OF $50 ALSO$50.00 LAST PAYMENT$35.00 OVERDRAFT FEE FOR TRYING TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE$23.08 THAT WAS TAKEN------------$118.08 TOTAL I WANT BACK........THEY HAD NO BUSINESS KEEPING MY BANKING INFORMATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT
