I am rejecting this response because: Through out the whole process I was lied to and I did get my stuff but in unacceptable conditions, I was told that They travel everyday from ** to *** and that is why I chose them also at the time of quote I was not informed that my stuff was put in a trailer and had to wait until it was full before it left **, my stuff was picked up on July 25th on July 28th I left ** and I called the *** office because I wanted to add some other plastic bins so I did not have that weight on my van and I was told that my stuff was already in route! Ever since the beguining I was lied to, Also when I kept calling they kept transferring my call from ** to ***, everyone had their own story, Yes my stuff did get here but the service was not what I was promised, I was not and I am not happy with their serviceI am a disabled person with two kids and two elderly that had to sleep on the floor waiting for our beds just because La Rosa del monte kept changing the originall time frame that was given to me(7-days) they never said business daysI am requesting if not full refund then a partial atleast a 50% for advertisement!

Review: I asked this moving company for a quote and they gave me a verbal quote over the phone. I was told that they travel from ** to [redacted]. when I came to **. I found out from the [redacted] terminal that they were waiting to completely fill the trailer to then send it. I was told that they guarantee the furniture to get from A to B in the same conditions. Also they told me it was $25 per box but never told me if I packed my own boxes it was not guaranteed, the boxes got to my house all broken and stuff hanging out of them like they never took care of them, it looks like they just threw everything. When I called almost 2 weeks ago to find out the status of my stuff I was told that the stuff was in a train trailer in [redacted]. waiting for authorization to remove from train to then bring it to the [redacted] terminal and then it will be put in a list to start the delivery. I called them this past Mon. and I asked for a status and I was told that it was in transit and they were not able to tell me were it was, I replied that I was told a few weeks ago that it was in a [redacted] terminal waiting for authorization to take off train, the person that answered my call, she stated "that is not true,who ever told you that lied to you sir, I do not show that in the system" to top things off I find that my washing machine which they packed is making loud banging noises when this washer machine is extremely quiet, an bass guitar amp amplifier which was also packed by them it was with all 4 wheels and it had nothing broken now it has a broken wheel and part of it is cracked.Also my dining room table was packed by them and it has a chip on the table top I am a disabled person and they only gave me three days to make a call to complaint for anything that was not received in good conditions. I told the driver the obvious things I saw but then kept finding things after they left. I have been lied to since the beguining.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded the whole amount in dollars that I paid ($2750 plus a C.O.D. of $120 = $2870 to have my stuff taken from [redacted], **. to [redacted]. In addition I want my washer machine replaced or fixed also my bass amplifier fixed or replaced and my dining room table replaced.
