All the warranties have been cancelled for the customerThey should receive the money in weeks

I spoke to the customer on the phone and told her that we would send her a check for the difference in pricingShe verbally agreed to this amount and never brought up any other questionsThis is the amount that we are willing to pay

I have been in regular contact with the service repair staff at Lindsay Ford and they have assured me that the car has been fixed and is currently at the dealershipI have, at no point, refused to allow them to fix the car; I have instead refused to accept ownership of the vehicle again because I do not feel safe driving a car with a history of dramatic mechanical failureThe only silver lining in the entire situation is that on the day the car broke down I had not yet picked up my grandmother for Thanksgiving, so her life was never put in danger by the vehicleI am not interested in another car or in anything other than a full repurchase of the defective vehicle; Lindsay Ford leased the vehicle to me and should accept responsibility for itI have opened a case with Ford Motors, and want Lindsay Ford to cooperate with them to authorize a repurchasing of the vehicleUntil that is completed, I will not assume ownership of a car that put my life in danger

I have spoke with the customer apologized for the poor service in the past. I issued a refund check for $1100.I wish nothing but good things in the future for her

We received the title and are in the process of registering the vehicle for *** ***Because of his horrible service, we had his car cleaned again and paid for his VA inspection and emissionsI have his floor mats here and we will mail them to him with his license plates

I am sorry she is not satisfied with the resolution but this is the most we can do

There are repairs that need to be made to the vehicle, there are scratches up the side of the vehicle that were present from the dealership. I am working on obtaining a quote to have the repairs made by a facility close to my home, that has great customer service. I have ZERO interest in Lindsay making the repairs to the vehicle but request they pay to have the repairs made. Regards,

The check was cut and mailed to the customerI have left her a messageShe should receive it in the next couple of days

me. Lindsay Ford phoned me via my cell today and left a voice message indicating the money will be refunded. The phone number identified as [redacted]. There was a statement of apology for the delay in refunding the money. There a statement that the details and urgency had not been relayed to this Lindsay Ford employee (Sherri) who was responsible for sending the refund/check to me.
I appreciate your prompt assistance in facilitating resolution to this matter. Although it has been unfortunate and quite frustrating, it appears as though your involvement encouraged a speedy response. With tremendous gratitude, I thank you.Kindly,
