I have partnered with Acclivity Healthcare for job placement on two separate occasions Both times, everyone that I have dealt with has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful Acclivity Healthcare goes above and beyond to set their job candidates up for success in the job hunting and interview processes Any questions or concerns that I have had have been promptly, if not immediately, resolved with a single phone call or email I highly recommend Acclivity Healthcare to anyone looking for successful job placement in the healthcare field!

Unfortunately I was not involved in those conversations to know what was said and what was not, but the part that was recommended by Ford was ordered and came into stock shortly there after I also understand and appreciate your business and am not trying to disappoint or not service the truck A random light is difficult to track down and pin point what to fix and while under manufacture warranty we have to follow their repair procedures and recommendations We will need to schedule an appointment to ensure tech availability I will have Bob Pozzi my service manager reach out and schedule this appointment

We have contacted MrAlbert [redacted] and have expressed to him that we are very interested in getting this matter cleared up as soon as possibleThis was done through emailThere are some issues that we need clarity on first before our General Manager can make a decisionFirst, the pictures submitted to us were of poor quality, taken with a cell phone, and we need better quality to understand what has gone on with the paintSecond, the repair estimate provided seemed high in labor time and we are reviewing that now with our Body Shop ManagerI have spoken with the Collision Center he got the estimate from and requested from them if Mr [redacted] returns will they take better pictures and send them to usThey said yes.Mr [redacted] did call me yesterday and said he got my voice mail on Tuesday and had returned to the Collision Center for the pictures and all I had to do is call and request them to send via email.I have contacted the Collision Center and the pix have been sentOur Body Shop Manager is still reviewing the estimate and will provide it to our General Manager on TuesdayOur General Manager is out of town until thenI have expressed to Mr [redacted] that we are working to get closure as soon as we can and with things needed and our GM out of town it will be next week when a decision will be made.He was good with thatI will provide more information as it develops next week.Bob P***Service ManagerJones Ford Casa Grande

I would definitely recommend Acclivity Healthcare to all my friends and family, of which I have already The individuals at Acclivity have supported me through the whole process answering all the questions I had about the assignments and what I was looking for as a career They even enlighten me on some questions that I had not thought off They guided me through the interview process as to what to expect and what kind of questions are okay to ask This was great I went into the interview with confident and I "A"s the interview After I started by assignment the recruiter and the HR staff came together to show me the payment processAs we'll as sending me emails to insure that I understood everything Great experience overall!!

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/02/11) */ This individual was on COD status as he was a new customerWe have a policy of a $flat rate for on demand COD jobsThis policy is in accordance with the cost of "on demand labor" as it can be more expensiveThe customer was given the opportunity to apply for credit and declinedThe amount reserved on each and every customer's credit card is the bill rate of each worker for hours on the day they are dispatchedOnce workers are paid anything less than the estimated amount, it is shortly returnedThis customer was abrasive, loud, and vulgar at every step in the processI know factually my staff attempted to explain everything at every step in the processMr [redacted] was always short and disagreeable but still went forward with utilizing our services, but for only one day as most COD customers doMy staff would never outright hang up on an employee or a customer, howeverIf they are being yelled at and an individual is using vulgarities, at that point I do not expect them to stay on the line and continue to be disrespected or talked to abusivelyIn the same note if I ever revived a complaint, or overheard my staff dealing with anyone in an unprofessional manner, there would be strict consequencesI have spoken to all the staff in the office and the general consensus was Mr [redacted] was extremely hard to deal with, and when trying to do everything in our power to provide fair customer service, there seemed to be no way to reach a solution with every opportunity we presented

I received an email from them and with in weeks I started my new jobIts a great company to work for

After I send them the initial pictures that were poor on details it took the business one whole month to let me know that there was an issue with themAfter being notified that some one dropped the ball on my complaint I immediately had new pictures send to the business and here we are two weeks later and have yet heard anything from management even after sending emails asking what the status was

I was contacted by Acclivity while I was in another contract assignment, and I told them I was interested, but would not be available for another or monthsI thought that may have been the end of it, sure enough they contacted me again when my other project ended to see if I was available for another projectI was impressed that they followed up with me, as most other firms don't call you and you have constantly call in to get their attentionThey stayed in touch with me constantly during the whole process to get working quickly and answered all my questions without any delaysDefinitely a professional group that know as how to do the hiring process smoothly!

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff that I worked with Melanie, Ryan, and CariI was told that I would be placed in a new position within weeks and I wasI love my new position and I am so grateful to have the pleasure to work with awesome people!

I posted my resume on [redacted] I was contacted by [redacted] at AcclivityWe discussed in length my experience, qualifications, types of jobs I was looking for and much more He had a few jobs that seemed to be a great fitI had an interview with him and [redacted] They agreed I was a perfect candidate for one of their clients and it was a position I was interested inThey advocated on my behalf and got me an interview with their clientI got the job Their entire team has been amazingI defiantly recommend them to serious job seekersThank you Acclivity!

My experience with acclivity has been great They are always so helpful and really want to get you in the perfect position for you They were fast as well I was out of work for months having a hard time getting interviews and they made the processso quick that I wish I would of found them sooner

Provided the customer with different options for repair here at no cost and in CA helping in the cost of repairs

2-13-In review of the complaint by *** *** *** it has been determined that no repair attempt has been made in the correction of the Hill Decent Control Fault, Service Advice Track, and Hill Assist lights. He has brought the truck to us serval times for diagnosis of this stated problem
As stated in his complaint with the exception of the original visit these lights have never been on, and we have been unable to get them duplicate. *** has even mentioned at times it will go 4-weeks at a time without acting upThe repair attempts that *** is referring to all have resulted in no problems found. We contacted the Ford technical assistance hotline on 10/10/and they gave us direction to replace a wire harness and then perform several other tests to confirm connectivity. Ford technical assistance feels that this will resolve the issue. When presented with this repair *** stated that he had no intentions of bringing the truck back for any additional repairs With no repair attempts made and not completing the suggested repairs by the manufacture, the proper steps for buy back have not been met at this point We still have the wire harness in stock and set aside for this truck if *** is willing to have the truck repaired. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This written response to the Revdex.com is directly at odds with the conversation I had with the manager at their facility - *** on 2/20, and the follow up voicemail he left for me on my phone 2/I still have that recording on my phone, where he stated that they did overcharge me and would be issuing me a check refund for the over chargesI have not received that refund at this time This also does not consider the tremendous amount of time it has taken and continues to take to get my truck out of their yard due to their girl there giving me information, or having to defend my property from the lien they did in error, and time taken to go directly to their remote site in Oceanside to try and clear this all upThis is very different than *** statement that they did an excellent job of handling my truck. I would disagree entirely, and demand a full refund and compensation for my lost timeI may need to devote further time in court as the girl who I also spoke with at their office said the lien had been filed with the DMV, so this is not resolved.
