I just spoke with the owner and this is what transpired : The customer was told to send the materials back and we would issue a refund withing hrs, he agreed and was satisfied, then within hrs we were notified by our bank he charged back The $is for shipping which is
non-refundable - In addition we did not charge a restocking fee of any sort This customer also stated he ordered a system similair to ours and returned that product also Please contact me directly should you have any further questions

I have been trying to get a refund from this company days after purchase due to not working as suggested, I have been given a run around and promised from the GM of the company that were not keptThe invoice is for chemical the company sent me because their lead tech said it may be bad, it was a free replacement for the bad chemicalI have gotten different instructions from the company and have numerous emails, *** messages, and call log keeping track of my interactions with the companyWhen I first ordered their product it was sp*** to come with items that they no longer carried, that was my first complaint the day I received the packageI have been continuesly brushed off and lied to sense day 1, every time I talk about a refund they say their sending someone out to help get everything workingThree times someone is sp*** to come out and three times no one has showed upI have lost clients and money due to having turn away business due to the product not working, I have send videos to them showing the process and mixingI have had their lead tech said I am doing everything correct, even with different directions from their companyAll I ask for is my money back in the amount of $and ill ship the equipment back like they said they would do.Thanks,*** ***

Please be advised this matter has been resloved (2) 1300 credits were refunded to the customer on 10/** and 10/** -

First of all, We file hundreds of liens a month on stored vehicles. This car is no exception. Nothing needs to be done to resolve the lien issue ONCE AGAIN IT IS NULL AND VOID BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE IT IN OUR POSSESSION!!.I do not know why [redacted] told him we overcharged when there was two trucks on scene and I even sent the pictures. He picked up the truck that weekend. This is done and WE DID NOTHING WRONG!!!!I'm sorry he had an accident and wrecked his car. He chose to NOT have FULL COVERAGE insurance which would avoided this whole mess!!!!

We have spoke to this person several times. When dispatch relized that she overcharged the customer, we voided out the first amount, we then charged the correct amount. The credit card company is the culprit that held the first charge!! WE DID NOT HOLD HER MONEY!! WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE CREDIT...

CARD CHARGE. I don't feel we have done anything wrong and stand by our decision on the action we took. We could of charged the higher amount but we don't operate that way. As you can see by our rating, We don't have hardly any complaints and strive to make everyone happy. We run 40 trucks and 9 location with no problems and high reviews and ratings on the internet. I did not answer the first response because we were just hit by an email virus that locked our data files. I thought this was a spam letter [redacted]

as previously stated: please be advised we would never treat our customers with disrespect. We strive to treat our customers with courtesey and kindness. Again we regret [redacted]'s confusion and misunderstanding. We will still offer full free training at our facility in Ronkonkoma, NY with paying all expenses. (air and travel) His products are non refundable.

Unfortunately I was not involved in those conversations to know what was said and what was not, but the part that was recommended by Ford was ordered and came into stock shortly there after.  I also understand and appreciate your business and am not trying to disappoint or not service the truck.  A random light is difficult to track down and pin point what to fix and while under manufacture warranty we have to follow their repair procedures and recommendations.   We will need to schedule an appointment to ensure tech availability.  I will have Bob Pozzi my service manager reach out and schedule this appointment.

My experience with acclivity has been great. They are always so helpful and really want to get you in the perfect position for you. They were fast as well. I was out of work for months having a hard time getting interviews and they made the processso quick that I wish I would of found them sooner.
