Hello There [redacted] was aware of the return policy when she had submit a return requesthow ever as well when we received the return our customer service had called her issued her a store credit as well explained to her the way the store credit works (vaulter etc) as well the expiration time for the vaulter As you can all see to fill out a return request you will need to go to [redacted] as well there you will see our full return policy including when you scroll down you will be able to see the store credit policy How ever as a one time policy we are willing to accept the credit Please have [redacted] email use to [redacted] and we will address her how to use her

Review: I ordered a dress on March [redacted] the company shipped it March [redacted], I received it on March [redacted] and returned it they received my return on March [redacted]. When I read there return policy on line it said 30 days to return. Now they are saying it's 14 days. They received my return on the [redacted] day. One day and they won't give me my money back they say I need to purchase something else. Have you looked at what they are selling. I am 61 years old and the clothing they are selling would not look good on me! I ordered the dress for my daughters wedding she wants me to wear purple, but she didn't like the color and it didn't fit me. They have nothing else they would be suitable. Help me please!Desired Settlement: I am on a fixed income and do not get around very well. I would like them to give me a full refund of $117.65. $110.88 for the dress and $6.77 tax. Please help me get my money back. I could see if I was a week late in getting this dress back but one day!
