Review: I returned a dress to [redacted] and I was advised "we will issue a store credit to your account. You can use this credit with us anytime you are ready". When I tried to use my credit in October 2014 I received an error message and was advised that store credit vouchers are only valid for 6 months, and after that they are automatically deleted. There is nothing listed in their policy that store credits are valid for only 6 months otherwise I would have used it sooner, I had no idea the vouchers were only valid for 6 months. I was also going off of the original email that I recieved that stated that the credit can be used "anytime I was ready".Desired Settlement: I would like to get my original store credit or cash refund resissued for $92.99

Hello There [redacted] was aware of the return policy when she had submit a return request. how ever as well when we received the return our customer service had called her issued her a store credit as well explained to her the way the store credit works (vaulter etc) as well the expiration time for the vaulter As you can all see to fill out a return request you will need to go to [redacted] as well there you will see our full return policy including when you scroll down you will be able to see the store credit policy How ever as a one time policy we are willing to accept the credit Please have [redacted] email use to [redacted] and we will address her how to use her 92.99

Review: The last week of October, 2015, I went online to [redacted] and ordered two dresses. It was the same dress but two different sizes. The reason for this was due to the cut of the dress I was not for sure what size would work for me. The dress was sold by "ladies outfitters" through [redacted]. They charged my [redacted] credit card $107.49 for EACH dress. Both dress were to arrive no later than November [redacted]. The first dress arrived a couple of days later (earlier than expected). I tried it on but could not get it zipped up in the back so took it off and repacked it with a note to give me back credit (minus the 20% restocking fee as per the terms)and that the reason for the return was due to it not fitting. I have all the receipts and the tracking number. I waited and then contacted [redacted] to find out where the other dress was on November [redacted]. They contacted ladies outfitters and inquired. Another six days past with no word and [redacted] sent me an email asking me if I had received anything. I said no, I had not received the second dress and that I did not want to be charged a 20% restocking fee for something I had not received. I also said that in regards to the first gown that I had returned on November [redacted], I wanted credit back (minus the 20% for this one) back on my card. I supplied [redacted] with the tracking number for the 1st dress and they sent another message to ladies outfitters requesting credit. They then gave me ladies outfitters phone number and email address. I emailed telling them to proceed with refunds and today I received from them:

Hello,

We have received your return.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund due to receiving the item in worn condition.

As a courtesy, we will allow you to make an exchange.

I have to tell you that I am very angry about this. How I could have "worn" a dress that was returned for the very reason that it DID NOT FIT is beyond me. I immediately took all my paperwork to [redacted] and spoke with a lovely lady who is assisting me. They are refunding my [redacted] account for the second dress(dress that was not received). They have "requested" from Ladies Outfitters yet again, a refund (minus restocking fee of 20%) for the first dress.

I want the Revdex.com to know about this company and make sure that other women that value their hard earned money are not buying anything from this company. I honestly didn't even stop to think they would be crooked due to the fact that I was going through [redacted] a pretty reputable store chain. I have also made it known to [redacted] that if I were them I would disassociate with this company as well as it's giving them a bad name.Desired Settlement: Credit back to my [redacted] card. Personally, I don't think they even deserve the 20% for the restocking fee of the first dress. However, I am not unethical like they appear to be and as 20% restocking fee on returns was something I was aware of when I ordered the dress, I am OK with honoring at least this. The second dress that was never received should never be charged at all.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Ladies Outfitters regarding complaint ID [redacted]. However, [redacted] gave me full credit back on both dresses as they too were appalled at Ladies Outfitters conduct. So while Ladies Outfitters is a scam in my opinion, [redacted] saved the day. I do believe that everyone should stay well clear of ordering anything from Ladies Outfitters!Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I attempted to order a dress from the business and used my bank card which when processed the company skid that my card ([redacted]) was rejected. I knew that this was not correct because I've never had problems using my card before. However in checking with my bank the next day I found that this business had debited money from my card 4 times at 69.99 and the website said that I didn't have any orders. This morning when I checked with the automated banking the company had debited my account again for 69.99 still no order. I contacted the company by way of email and tried to resolve this issue but no response. I've tried to call the company at both numbers ###-###-####, and ###-###-#### and they are not responding or accepting calls. I would like a full refund back to my card for 69.99 times 5, and be assured that no further monies will be debited from my account. These transactions did mess up my bank account.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund back to my account with no further communication from this business. I would also like to be reimburse for over charges which messed up my bank account.

Review: I ordered 3 times from this company. Once on7/**/12, once on 7/**/12 and once on 8/*/12. I had to return all 3 items that I ordered. I have been credited with the 7/**/12 order and the 7/**/12 order. I have not been credited with the 8/*/12 order. I wrote them a letter on 1/*/13 without a response. I contacted them via their website over a month ago. No response. They owe me a credit of $79.99 for the 8/*/12 order which was returned. I have all the tracking slips.Desired Settlement: Refund of $79.99.

Review: I ordered 2 dresses May 2015. I was immediately billed for both but only received one. I called and was given 2 options. One, they would send me a similar dress or 2. they would order it from the manufacturer. I opted for the second choice. I called 2 more times over the summer to check the status and was told they had no idea when the dress would be in stock. Recently, I emailed them and asked for a refund on the second dress only to find out the website has disappeared and the phone numbers are no longer in service. Crooks!!Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $59.99

Review: I ordered a pair of Jessica Simpson Bogart shoes and when I opened the sealed shipping box and then the shoe box and unwrapped the shoes that were wrapped in pink tissue paper I automatically noticed that one shoe was defective- The shoes are maryjane type shoes with a strap across them- the the strap is missing the little red button to hold the strap in place- the small red button was not even found in the box. I contacted the site via email as required and they asked for pictures of the shoes which I sent to them- I requested a return with shipping and handling credit as well since the shoes are not wearable- the email response back was they cannot give me the refund with shipping and handling since they shoes were either damaged via transit or while in my possession- they stated they take photos of all their items prior to sending out and they sent me pictures of shoes that they claim were the ones I ordered that were not damaged. I have no reason to make up the story- My daughter likes the shoes and if the little red button was detached and in the box I would have took them myself for repair and I mentioned that as well via email. they were willing to allow me to return minus the shipping fee and also a 20 % restocking fee which I find totally inappropriate.
