I made an offer that was accepted as long as when they met me with the truck I liked it and it met my expectations I called and talked to the sales manager Kevin Sawyer on Friday Dec9th about a Honda Ridgeline I was interested inI asked if I could come Saturday the 10th and drive it, he said it would be fineWe also talked about my credit union not being open and he said that wasn't an issue and told me I should stI'll be able to carry the truck home and do my financing on MondayI went and they wouldn't let me drive it, said they would meet me in Cullman with it I was put off Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but was told it would be brought Thurs, or FridayI received a text from the salesman on Thurs morning that they had sold the truck to a guy out of MS

On Jun took Jeep Compass in for a routine oil changeWas told I need $in repairs, repairs was done, now the car is in worst shape ever
On Jun 18, took my Jeep Compass in for a routine oil change and was advised by *** *** (service advisor) for Landers Mclarty Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram @University Drive NW, Huntsvile, Alabama He told me I need about $worth of services which includes coolant system flush service- add PH stabilizer to new coolant, front struts replacement, wheel alignment, oil pan resealed, tune-up, throttle body cleaning and install fuel system cleaner, fuel induction/air induction service and install premium fuel system cleaner, power steering system oil change, brake system flush service, rear wiper change, engine air filter change, change engine oil and filter, removed and replaced gasket-cylinder head cover and bought front strut partSo I paid the bill and took the car home but when I drove my car off the lot I notice vib

After oil changes they told me I needed a new oil panTurns out my oil plug was stripped outI believe they did it
I purchased a oil change package from themFour for $Not such a good deal because they damaged my drain plug and will not take credit for it I was told to either buy a new oil pan or a new car due to the mileage I truly believe the oil change deal was to get high mileage vehicles in there for service in order to persuade them to buy new Chrysler vehicles

I have been to this dealership for service on my pickup truck a couple of times, only for service I have been contacted multiple times through email and at my house of residence for buy back and trade in promotions I have called the dealership every single time I've received something in the mail from them and asked to opt out of receiving these mailings because I am not interested in receiving them and never authorized them to contact me
