Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I'm requesting your assistance in resolving issues I have been unable to get resolved dealing directly with the Landers McClarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Department located in Huntsville, Alabama
I purchased a Chrysler in August and an extended warrantyUntil last year August I was fairly satisfied with the service received
Since August of I have had repeated service issues with this service departmentI'm contacting Revdex.com for assistance because the complaints and issues I'm having with my car as a result of workmanship performed by Landers McClarty and a car malfunction with the tire sensor lights that have gone unresolvedBoth of these are safety issues which may result in a car accident or problem with the car not cranking at some point, leaving me stranded on the highwayThe issues were elevated to the Director of the Landers McClarty Service Department and they too have failed to follwith me to get resolutionAs a result I have been forced to

They ran my credit on a vehicle that was sold two days prior to our agreement, then the manager called me stupid for "not doing my homework"
Found a truck on their website, got multiple emails say it was available, was contacted by *** and was in communications for two days prior to agreement on prices, *** and other Landers employees reassured me the the truck was not sold and they were eager to sell it to meAfter being told to fill out a credit application online we were preaproved and I was ready to make the four hour drive...Then I get a random text from *** saying "we are selling that truck"....The truck was sold two days before we came to an agreement, so they ran my credit on a vehicle they didn't have to sell, the manager was rude and told me "You should have done your homework, your stupid for not coming here to see for yourself".....Current dispute is filed with the credit bureau..I literally just got a call from there online sales department yesterday trying to sel

*** *** Went above and beyond for me, he looked into the pricing for the warranty I purchasedHe shared his past experience with the warranty, his knowledge and his recommendationHe also took additional time to ensure my financing needs and requests were fulfilled*** went above and beyond to welcome us to the McLarty family by obtaining Jeep hats for the both of us and we even had a guy in the building give us a voucher for a free dinner after inquiring about places to eat*** really sealed the deal with the time and effort and again transparency with conversations we had*** is the finance director but went out of his way to assist us when it wasn't his exact job requirement as a director to do so He ensured we were comfortable while waiting to get into the fiance office to fill paperwork out and ensured the process moved very smoothly
