Landmark started off a good but as soon as I made 2-complaint for a leaking roof and water getting into basement causing black mold that sent me to hospital with pnuemonia Landmark Realty made up a invioce stating I owed them $for water I called Health Department which gave Landmark Realty multiple health /housing code .violations In return Landmark called to harras me on me calling Health Department and they were sticking.to that I owed them $for water and sewage until they found.out I had.an attorney went to owing $to owing $real quick but now they are saying they will get to the violations when they can and if I dont like the place.to move I am under a contract until January 27th My concern is if they did this to me how many other have they done it to and gotten away with itWhen I moved here there was a statement from last tenants saying they owed $and the next.door tenants were also evicted Did these prior tenants actually owe Landmark Realty or was it all charges like they tried to do me after I made a complaint about the property

I stayed at the Cornelia Suites location managed by this company and dealt, in writing, with *** ***She quoted pricing originally of USD for our bedroom unitHowever, when it came close to our date, she mentioned that a one bedroom was available but the price was now USD because she didn't initially include that floor in her quote (but she never mentions or discusses this in any of her emails to us)She then made excuses about how that was how she initially pitched it but never mentioned this discrepancy to us in any way, shape or form until I caught the pricing differenceI think this was an exceptionally misleading pricing structure and quoting process by ***, deliberately attempting to bait and switch us into accepting a higher price because we were coming for work and did not have time to find another accommodationI think this business is engaging in suspicious and manipulative business practices and should be looked at more seriously

I am a tenant of Landmark Realty and have been nearly a year There are many issues with conditions of property that were covered up when I first moved in I made several office complaints before.contacting the health department in August They were given 20+ health code violations .Landmark has been retaliating against me , harassing me and stalking my Facebook page I have blocked Landmarks manager Karen M*** and here son Myles M*** from harrassing me on Facebook I pay my rent in full and every month on time Here it is November all the violations are not corrected and they are trying to evict me out of retaliation and said they are refusing my rent

This is in response to the complaint we received from our tenant at [redacted].   First the repairs have been completed to date.  We received a call that there was a roof leak on June 30,  2015 and that some of the dry wall ceiling had fallen in.  Our company...

procedures we followed and maintenance came out within the 24 hours from the emergency ticket was called in which was July 1st. When our maintenance knocked on the door he heard a loud barking dog and no answer at the door so he did not enter the home to make the repair.  Our policy along with insurance is to not enter a home with a pet unless the pet owner is home. The tenant is the one that called the service in and the lease states if we cannot get into the home to make repairs they are charged a $25.00 service fee.  This tenant was charged the fee to there account.   After the holiday the maintenance returned again on July 6th to get in as we do not want are property to have anymore damage and wanted to make the repairs as soon as we could.  They left a whole because it was wet in the attic and wanted it to dry out so that it did not produce mildew and mold.  The leak was fixed on the 6th the only thing that was not completed was a small hole in the ceiling to allow drying out in the attic and to make sure that the roof repair was going to not have anymore leaking.  Along with wanting several days of drying out we then had one maintenance man on vacation for a week and along with the extensive rain and storms we have been in-dated with repairs that do not normally happen on a regular basis.   I wrote the tenant a letter on July 13th letting them know that we would be out July 15th-17th to make sure they were aware of the maintenance returning to complete the repairs.  Our maintenance finished the finished drywall repairs last week. I feel that our company has done the repairs in a timely manner especially since all of the bad weather we have had to take care of multiple weather repairs to our other tenants.   Karen M[redacted] Landmark Realty Company
