I bought a new Subaru in December and utilized the % financing for months offer The sales process went fairly smoothly but I did mention to the sales associate that I thought I was being overcharged on sales tax The salesperson said I would need to speak to the finance person to resolve any tax issues I mentioned to the finance person the issue of being overcharged on tax He assured me that I was being charged the correct amount He was wrong They overcharged me by about $ A letter was sent to the dealership and to me by my county clerk advising of the overcharge I called the dealership and spoke with the finance manager on February 12th and he told me that the $would have to go back to the lien holder I told him that was fine but I needed a way to track the money He said it would be a wire transfer I asked him to provide tracking info for the wire transfer once it happened I never received any tracking information so I called the dealership G

It's unethica

I bought a Toyota *** limited in Auto Nation Subaru in June My purpose for this purchase was to convert the vehicle in the future into a handicap van for my daughter since they are very expensive when you this type of van already converted, and I made it very clear to them what were my intentions before purchasing itI asked them several times to show me the carfax report since it is and used and they told me that the van was in very good conditions and they also said that that we would be happyBut that we first needed to sit down with the financing person and then they would show the carfaxHowever, I went in after we first signed to make sure that nobody took the van and that we didn't have to worry about anythingIn the end we were offered extended warranties and etcfinally $ 5,dawn payment and I had to leave because my daughter needed me,so I left my husband in charge to make sure everything was fineA few days later we went to Denver to visit my fath

Car dealer has advertising on their websiteDealer offers a car of a value that is not available on the lotI was offer a low level car of a less value and car payment was higher than advertised priceTheir offer does not referred to a limited quantity but just an expiration date of 9/5/Called the dealer to check offer and the confirm that was still validesSales person confirm the offer, but when I got there I was told the car I was looking for was not availableThis is a total bait and switch tacticDealer should be fine for advertising

I filed a complaint on January 16thI spoke with a Fidel from Autonation on February 22ndWe spoke about the issue and agreed on a refund amount of $Fidel told me I would receive the check in one, if not two weeks As of today we are officially moving onto week number threeI have not received the check they told me they would send, nor have I have been contacted in any matter relating to itI know they have all the correct info, they have been spamming me with junk mail, clearly my contact information was updated when I first filed

This is the third time I've had to complain about this dealershipThis is ridiculousThey keep claiming they will be sending me a check and still haven't

I cancelled a warranty I purchased on a vehicle and received acknowledgement that the the warranty was cancelled and my auto loan balance would be adjusted (reduced) by the amount I paid for the warrantyHowever, I did not receive the refund for the warranty and have been trying to talk to someone who can resolve this issue but no one responded to my emails or calls/voicemails

I purchased a Chrysler Town & Country van from Autonation Subaru on Arapahoe on 11/26/I was told by my salesman, *** ***, that the year, 100,mile warranty would transfer to me when I purchased the vehicleMy vehicle now has 85,miles on it, and has experienced an issue with the transmissionI have contacted Johnson Auto Plaza (***, ***, ***?), Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep (Mary), and Autonation Subaru (***, ***)All have told me that they can either not locate the warranty (Johnson Auto Plaza), it has expired (Larry H Miller), or that the warranty was purchased thru Chrysler and not the dealer (Autonation Subaru)
There was obvious deceit on the part of Autonation Subaru to use this warranty as a selling point, as I conveyed to Mr*** that I would not purchase a vehicle unless it had the original warranty with itHe assured me that it didThe Buyers Guide notice provided to me indicated a list of systems covered ,and also the duration for which

I had an made my service appointment online but when I arrived the service advisor,Gustavo R***, told me the brake and differential fluid flushes were part of this service and quoted me the priceI was not told this was different from the service I wanted and had selected when I made the appointmentWhen I was waiting for my car to be done, I looked up the service package the advisor told me I needed, and realized the services being done on my car were NOT what I had ordered onlineWhen I asked the service advisor, he said that is what I signed off on (again, not was what explained to me or what I had wanted or needed) and that if I didn't pay for the work he completed my car would be held by the dealership until I paidI asked to speak to a service manager and was told they had left for the day and he could not reach themI had no choice but to pay $in additional charges beyond what I had expected and leaveWhen I contacted the dealer the next day, my calls and emails went

Why would any one buy a car here?? I was looking for small, cheap, cheap to run car I wanted to trade in my current car.The car I went to see was listed for $ The sales lady was nice enough to inform me that a $dealer prep fee was include They told me my car was worth $ Not as much as I wanted but I was okay with all of this, then they added on another $for a "safety inspection" When I said I wouldn't pay that, somehow my trade in became worth only $ Basically, I was told I did not have to pay the $but they would then deduct the $from my trade in They thought they would get the $no matter what I tricked them...I walked out!
So the car I wanted went from $to over $( have to add in the $"title fee.)
When I got home, not even in the door, I received a phone call asking about my experience I asked what the dealer prep fee was for and was told paperwork, like the titleSo I asked what the title fee was for, he had no answer I asked for details of the "safety inspection" he mostly stuttered that it is a point safety inspection He could not give details of what was inspected!
Shouldn't the "dealer prep fee" be kept and declared separate from the cost of the car?
If dealer prep includes "paperwork like the title" should the customer be charged an extra $title fee Seems like this is a duplicate chargeAnd Shouldn't the dealership be able to produce exactly what the "dealer prep" and safety inspection" fees cover?

I was told the car was fully inspected and covered under a day warrantyA week after driving the car, there were mechanical issues and the front gravel guard fell offI called AutoNation Subaru, which is where I purchased the car, but since my car was a Toyota, they instructed me to make an appointment with AutoNation ToyotaI took the car to AutoNation Toyota to have it looked over, and they informed me of many issues including the following which was described as needing attention: Air Filter, Fluid Leaks, Transmission Fluid; and the following which was described as needing immediate attention: Drive Belts, Intermediate ShaftClearly, the car had not been inspected or serviced (as promised) before being soldFurthermore, the gravel guard was hanging off the car and dragging along the groundThey tried to accuse me of hitting something for it to fall offI was told it would cost over $1,to fix just the intermediate drive shaft and gravel guard and that is was NOT covered under warranty, although I was promised a day warrantyI called the sales associate who sold me the car and he confirmed there was no warrantyI reminded him of what he told me, which he did not denyHe seemed guilty about the lie and told me to return to the AutoNation SubaruHe spoke with his manager and agreed to repair the drive shaft and drive belts, but nothing else

My wife had a lease through autonation subaru on arapahoe road ( the lease is under her maiden name elise moore)We have been dealing with them in the last couple months and have been lied to on several occasions
My wife had lease through the dealership and we were getting calls from them asking us to turn the lease in earlySo we go down to the dealership and turn it inAfter asking several times the sales rep assured us we would owe nothing on the lease after that day
A few weeks later we get a statement from *** bank asking us to pay the deficiency balance plus the last two payments of the leaseWe were obviously very concerned since the rep said we wouldn't owe anything more
We go down to the dealership and worked with AndrewAfter showing *** the statement from *** bank he apologized to us, tells us the dealership must have dropped the ball and they will be paying *** bank
A week later we call the dealership and now they are telling us again they will

Went in to the dealership to trade in my carThe process took hours, which is fineI asked the sales rep and the finance rep if I needed to do anything on my part, in regards to my trade-in, to make sure there were no surprises later down the road with the dealPicked up my new car and went homeThree months go by and I start getting at least calls a day if not more from different people at the dealership asking me to come in and get some documents to them that were from my trade inI specifically asked everyone if I needed to bring in anything for the trade in car and was told that everything would be taken care offCome to find out the dealership was not only unable to get the documents from the financing bank for my trade in but they told me that the bank didn't have themI called a couple nearest branches, including the branch that I did my loan through and they provided me with the title that was sitting at their branch for monthsI took that to the dealership, at whi

I dropped off my vehicle on Monday, February 6th On Tuesday, February 7th we came to an agreement to fix my vehicle The parts would be in within days and my car would be fixed by the end of the following week By Thursday, February 16th, I had not heard from the dealership I had to call them to find out what was going on with my vehicle It wasn't going to be ready until the following week I was clearly upset as they were going over the agreed upon time frame So, on Monday, Febraury 20th, I call again to find out when my vehicle will be done The answer is that they were hoping by Wednesday Finally on Wednesday, February 22nd, they called to let me know my vehicle was completed I picked it up, still clearly unhappy that I have been without my vehicle for an additional days At home, I inspected my vehicle and their employees had gotten grease all over my interior and scratched one of my door panels I called and complained and set an appointment with *** to

I never received any tracking information so I called the dealership G
