I bought a used car on Monday April 11, and by Wednesday April of that week my car was brokenI took it into Auto Nation for them to tell me that nothing was wrongI went home and a couple of hours later the problem came backI then had to drive back to Auto Nation to tell them to fix my carI overheard a mechanic saying that they cleared the problem and it has come backThey gave me a rental truck, a vehicle that I could not use for workI had the truck for nearly a week because they claimed that they had no loaner cars available and no other rental carsAfter a week of calling trying to get answers I went in and talked to a manager and they gave me a loaner carIt has now been weeks and they still have my carI received no phone calls from the service department telling me what is wrong with my carEvery time I called the service department either no one would answer or they would put me on hold and clock out I went in after weeks to complain again and the General Manager told me that my car has been ready but that nobody calledI will never reccomend or use Auto Nation Subaru or any of their affiliates to anybodyI have still yet to get a clear answer as to what is wrong with my car

Just took my vehicle in to *** subaru for an inspection and was told my car has an aftermarket transmission pan that has been welded together, painyed blue and was installed improperlyI bought this car as certified pre owned because of the rigorous inspectionsUppon speaking with auto nation subaru, I was told that as long as it is functional its not an issue even though a subaru technician has stated that it was installed wrongIm not looking for a lawsuit, just to have my vehicle repaired to the correct part installed correctlyAuto nation told me they would look at it again but thats as far as they are willing to goMy concern is that yes, the transmission is functional now, but down the road if I have an issue it wont be covered under w***nty because it has an sftermarket part installed that I did not put onThe vehicle should have never been sold and passed inspection if there are parts that have been welded together and istalled improperlyI wonder what other issues

Today I bought a new car from this dealership, our salesman Mike was great and the only reason I didn't walk out after speaking to the finance deptA man named Bob, from the finance dept(don't know his last name) was very insulting to me and my wife When we began the finance process he asked how me and my wife met , then looked at my wife and made the comment " and you stayed with him" .Then looked at me and said " your out of your league with her"I never have met Bob before this, we are not friends, and you don't talk to a new customer like thisNext after he showed me a list of extras (like a warranty) and had this printed from his PC, the list showed a total price at the bottomWhen I asked Bob, if I choose the list your are showing me and the printed price at the bottom, this is the total I will pay for the carAt first he said yes, then changed his story and crossed out the printed total he first showed meBob then wrote down a total that was over 2500$ more and said this is the new totalHe refused to honor the printed price he first offered meLastly Bob asked if we had a Costco membership and if so we could get a discountBut what was odd he kept talking about how" Subaru and Costco were in bed together"I think there is a more professional way to talk about an agreement you have with another companyAgain our salesman Mike was the greatest and I would buy another car from him, he treated us very goodBut If this is the type of finance people they have, I will look for anther dealership next time
