[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meBut first I would like to get a few things straight about the respond from Landsculptor on my complaint with Revdex.comI did not buy a truck lot of yard sale stuff and put it in the middle of where they were workingI bought a outdoor couch and a granite top coffee table for $150.-The couch and the frame of the coffee table were at the bottom of my yardThe granite top was placed on a cart while workingmen were installing a sheet rock ceiling and painting the floor of my porch where these items were to be stayingSheila C [redacted] and I were standing by while her top man, who still works for her, moved the cart down an incline, where the other furniture was so workmen could apply a sealant to the porch floorI said before her man moved the cart that I had to push the granite back up on the cart because it had slide down a bit, and that someone should be at the front of the cart should it shifted againBut no one was and the granite just shifted off the cart and brokeAs for the pool electric, I ask MsC [redacted] if it would be OK if I could get the job done for less money with a person other than through a pool company to keep the cost down and she said yesSo for half the cost ($200.-) I went with someone who works with pool electricity for a pool company, so there is no receiptAt my own expense I am having to redo things that MsC [redacted] had promise before I sign with her she would doExamples: Digging out and poising Maple tree sapping and Yuccas (they are all growing up again)Dirt wasn't smoothed out under the black plastic, nor were the landscaping rocks raked to cover the plastic in a lot of areasBroken items, some used by her men, hose cart, one green hose, large yard broom, a sun shade (won't stop rolling down), and a long electric orange extension cord on a orange plastic holderI asked to have the flagstone reworked because it needed to be higher to cover the cement footing of the porch pillar, I was told “No”It and the so called rock incline down to the lower yard look badThe last area was the river of water coming down from my roof which washes the dirt over the rocks., I was told “ Not in the contract”, and reply is “ Never again” Regards, [redacted]

When the customer bought a car load of yard sale stuff for $ She unloaded her new be longings in the center of our work site When placing the piece of granite our of our work site, a laborer, who no longer works for the company, did accidently break her yard sale Granite He took totally responsibility for breaking it and had bought her another piece of granite As far as the electric repair, we've asked the customer to send us at our office a copy of the bill and we would send her the $ I was under the impression that was already received and check was sent to her We will get that sent to her ASAP Along with the piece of granite that was already bought just not yet deliverd Sheila C***

United States Coast Guard Sector / [redacted] Style Definitions */ It is unfortunate to say, but I don’t believe that Ms [redacted] would have been happy with any contractor who had done the work to expand her deck and cover She constantly complained about her husband and his prior workmanship to my employees, however I was always tactful and respectful when discussing the job with her, as were all of my employees Landsculptors adjusted the work to ensure as close a match to Mr [redacted] ’s original design as possible, and remain true to building code requirements Regarding the final adjustments that needed to be made upon my final inspection, her husband had voluntarily done them ahead of my inspection The work Mr [redacted] had done, prior to my final inspection, was made with the materials Landsculptors had on site When I spoke with Mr [redacted] regarding the changes he had made, I assured him that Landsculptors would have done them at no extra charge Mr [redacted] ’s reply was that he enjoyed it and that he had nothing else to do anyway and that he was satisfied with the work Regarding adjustments to the job with respect to the initial design and estimate, these changes were made to comply with building codes Ms [redacted] was informed, and a credit was given to her to compensate for the reduced labor costsAs to my employee being a competent foreman, he has been with Landsculptors for over four years and has repeatedly received high praise for his workmanship I believe that Ms [redacted] is merely complaining about the cost in order to get a better deal, where other contractors would have charged even more than Landsculptors

We have in addition to honoring our warranty, we've also made special arrangements with the customer to replace the contracted metal roof, to her new desired roofing with shingles at no additional cost to her.Thanks youSheila C***

I'm sorry about the confusion but I thought in our last conversation you said you were happy with the repairs Then, I received a cell phone text from you in regards to reimbursement for the paint Please, go back to you text because I replied by saying, " Yes, we will send you a check for the total amount ", I included an address for you to send a copy of the receipt so we can mail you the exact amount We have been waiting for your mailed receipt As soon as we get a copy of your receipt, we will immediately mail you a checkAgain, Thank you for your business! We successfully completed everything according to the contract signed by [redacted] and *** From day one she was complaining to Landsculptures crew about the past companies she hired and how unsatisfied she was, with her own husbands craftmenshipThus making the crew extremely uncomfortable with her personal issues within her marriageIn addition, With all the micro managering and complaining there was some schedule delay to the completion date For example, she brought it to our attention that she wanted larger wood on top, so we gladdly exchanged it Even though we exchanched the wood to her desired size, she complained daily about that she had to point it out Everything she complained about we did our best to cater to her but the results were the same, she still complain after we did what she asked of us

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because from day I had to clean up trash, watch the workers spend hours on their cell phones while guy worked, forget to bring the correct materiel, leave for periods of time, show up late and all of this could have been avoided by having a competent supervisorInstead I was left to do thisYou promised fixes, and a day start to finishThat never happenedMy husband had to fix the problem areas and go over everything that was doneTo include pulling the screws that you used to hold the boards together and replace them with the correct sized onesThe ones you used went through the boards and stuck out up to a half an inchTerribleThe reason I hired you was because you promised an excellent job for a fair priceWhat you should have said to me was that you will do the bare minimum for the most money you can squeeze out of meAt least then you wouldn't have been lying through your teeth! Nothing was done rightIt looks slapped together and I quickly became aware that all you are interested in is money! I am rejecting this response because: There is no confusion on my part We never spoke after the work was done despite vm and texts (where I mentioned the work was good but not complete) Anyway, I have not received any text back from Sheila If she sent a text please ask her to forward it to me If not, ask her to send a new text with the address to send the receipt.This is a lot of hassle for me, all because I tried to save her money by buying the paint (which she forgot to buy to complete the repair even after I had reminded her) at a significant discount which is not normally available to her business and certainly not at the last minute

I am rejecting this response because: the roof is not built to code,nore to last, we are having issues with leaking and also damage to the ceilingThe roof has to be rebuilt and done professionallyThe new roof that they put does need to be completely removed and replaced

After returning to the office on Monday October 24th at 8:am, we checked our voice mail and did notice the customer left one message on Friday October 23rd, The office staff had already left the office I did express our concern about warranty work being very important, so we have contacted the customer to meet us and go over the issues of the leaks I only wish she would of given us the opportunity to call her on the next work day before assuming we were not here to take care of her leaks We understand the urgency, so therefore, we are working with her on the leaks Thank youSheila C***OwnerTh

We were called out to the residents home to inspect the weeds growing in the sod area We pulled all the weeds from their roots The we were called out a second time because the weed grew back and some bare spot in the sod area We then decided to remove the sod and replace it with
fresh new sod Then we were called out a third time because the same issues were occurring During this inspection we took a closer look and noticed a thick layer of rabbit dropping The complete area of sod had about 1/of an inch of rabbit feces The newest bare spot are definitely urine from the rabbits and his dog The problem is not the quality of grass or the technique of laying the grassThe real problem is he has a rabbit infestation During this visit I mentioned this infestation to the customer he agreed rabbits use the area for their droppings and he is not willing to barricade his yard an Express that he was going to continue to allow the rabbits to continue spreading droppings all over his grassThus killing his grass with the weeds that grow from the rabbits droppings and killing the grass leaving it bare and places from their urine We have honored our warranty on the quality of grass that we lay but the problem is not with our quality it is because of him not taking care of wild rabbits coming into his yard

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner is being less than truthful The original sod was laid on 04/01/ We spent the entire summer of trying to get the landscaper to correct the problem with the weeds There were no bare spots; only weeds They did pull the weeds and put weed killer during the summer of and they never mentioned any problems regarding rabbits If rabbits were a problem, why didn't they say it a year ago Their own employees, specifically Mario, said there was a problem with the sod because the ground was not properly prepared They did not remove the weeds before putting the sod in the first time When they finally agreed to replace the sod in September of 2016, they again did not prepare the ground properly and we again told them it was a problem Since it was now fall of 2016, the grass did not start to grow until the Spring of As soon as we saw there was an issue with weeds, we called Initially, the business owner did not even come to inspect the weeds An employee (her son) saw them and said he would let her know When I went to walk him to the car, I saw that she had the seat fully reclined, and I asked her if she was hiding After encouraging her to come and see the sod, she came to the back yard and said that we had rabbits We have not moved The rabbits were there when they initially came to give us a price quote and when they came to pull weeds, put weed killer, and replace the sod OUR YARD IS FENCED IN! What more of a barrier would she like us to put up, a brick wall? Also, our dog is male HE DOES NOT URINATE ON THE LAWN! HE LIFTS HIS LEG AND GOES ON TREES! We also have a completely fenced in dog pen that is nowhere near the sod! The business owner called us later in the afternoon the day she came to look at the sod She stated she "WAS NOT SURE THAT RABBITS WOULD EVEN EFFECT THE SOD AND SHE WOULD CHECK WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND GET BACK TO US!" She never did! In almost a year and a half, I only used my brand new lawn mower to cut weeds WE NEVER HAD GRASS IT NEVER GREW! The ground was never prepared with a rototiller After they installed the replacement sod in September of 2016, they left several pallets of leftover sod on our patio When their employee, MrM*** came on September 30, to pick up the leftover sod, he said, "Boy, that is a lousy job!" He also stated that the grass was DEAD! We live in an older part of Rio Rancho and everyone has rabbits Why do our neighbors have grass? There is a year warranty on our sod and we can and will take her to court if necessary

I am rejecting this response because: it is very easy to make it look like there are a lot of rabbit droppings if you zoom in on the area with the cameraNone the less, we will accept the business owner's offer of replacing the sod and we will put up screen by the fence so that the rabbits cannot come throughPlease let us know how to proceedShould we call them or will they call us?
