I am rejecting this response because:
None of the family members who met with landsculpters was happy,or satisfied with the work that was done. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. The roof is currently leaking, and I have contacted landsculptors about it. There is nothing acceptable about this gazebo that warrants the payment we made. We were threatened with late fees along with a lean on the house in order for us to pay for the work.  We never agreed to have the roof look like a 40 year old roof that was built by my father.  We DID asked that it be a metal roof in order to resist the weather, but I did send pictures of metal roofs that are acceptable, and NONE look like the end result.  The roof is not a sealed metal roof. With it leaking already, it will not withstand years of weather. The aesthetics are horrendous. I do have many pictures, text messages, phone records etc. to show as proof of my complaint.

We have in addition to honoring our warranty, we've also made special arrangements with the customer to replace the contracted metal roof, to her new desired roofing with shingles at no additional cost to her. Thanks youSheila C[redacted]

I'm sorry about the confusion but I thought in our last conversation you said you were happy with the repairs.  Then, I received a cell phone text from you in regards to reimbursement for the paint.  Please, go back to you text because I replied by saying, " Yes, we will send you a check...

for the total amount ", I included an address for you to send a copy of the receipt so we can mail you the exact amount.  We have been waiting for your mailed receipt.  As soon as we get a copy of your receipt, we will immediately mail you a check. Again, Thank you for your business! Sheila C[redacted]

When the customer bought a car load of yard sale stuff for $50.  She unloaded her new be longings in the center of our work site.  When placing the piece of granite our of our work site, a laborer, who no longer works for the company, did accidently break her yard sale Granite.  He...

took totally responsibility for breaking it and had bought her another piece of granite.  As far as the electric repair, we've asked the customer to send us at our office a copy of the bill and we would send her the $200.  I was under the impression that was already received and check was sent to her.  We will get that sent to her ASAP.  Along with the piece of granite that was already bought just not yet deliverd.   Sheila C[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But first I would like to get a few things straight about the respond from Landsculptor on my complaint with Revdex.com. I did not buy a truck lot of yard sale stuff and put it in the middle of where they were working. I bought a outdoor couch and a granite top coffee table for $150.-. The couch and the frame of the coffee table were at the bottom of my yard. The granite top was placed on a cart while workingmen were installing a sheet rock ceiling and painting the floor of my porch where these items were to be staying. Sheila C[redacted] and I were standing by while her top man, who still works for her, moved the cart down an incline, where the other furniture was so workmen could apply a sealant to the porch floor. I said before her man moved the cart that I had to push the granite back up on the cart because it had slide down a bit, and that someone should be at the front of the cart should it shifted again. But no one was and the granite just shifted off the cart and broke. As for the pool electric, I ask Ms. C[redacted] if it would be OK if I could get the job done for less money with a person other than through a pool company to keep the cost down and she said yes. So for half the cost ($200.-) I went with someone who works with pool electricity for a pool company, so there is no receipt. At my own expense I am having to redo things that Ms. C[redacted] had promise before I sign with her she would do. Examples: Digging out and poising Maple tree sapping and Yuccas (they are all growing up again). Dirt wasn't smoothed out under the black plastic, nor were the landscaping rocks raked to cover the plastic in a lot of areas. Broken items, some used by her men, hose cart, one green hose, large yard broom, a sun shade (won't stop rolling down), and a long electric orange extension cord on a orange plastic holder. I asked to have the flagstone reworked because it needed to be higher to cover the cement footing of the porch pillar, I was told “No”. It and the so called rock incline down to the lower yard look bad. The last area was the river of water coming down from my roof which washes the dirt over the rocks., I was told “ Not in the contract”, and reply is “ Never again”.

We at Landsculptors take warranty work seriously.  It's important that our projects are sturdy, attractive and leak proof.  This particular concern was NEVER brought to our attention.  The customer never contacted the office to mention a leak, if she had, it would of already been...

taken care of.  In an incident were we start on another day is not often.  Mainly due to weather that may have slowed the completion of the job before this one. So I did call to inform this customer of us falling one day behind schedule.  She politely understood.  The job was to be completed in 5 days but the customer decided that even though she said and signed a contract explaining that it was to match the existing house, she wanted changes.  The changes required us to custum cut the flashing, to not match the existing house.  (Thus, going against the contract) We do our best to please our customers. So we accommodate her request. In return costed more for labor but even that was not an issue on our behalf, we just wanted her to be happy.  After completing this project twice, she still refused to pay.  We then made arrangements to meet with her and a few family member on a Saturday and as scheduled we met with the family to do an inspection.  They pointed out a couple of things but said it was not a major concern and said it was to their satisfaction and paid us the balance.  The image of board and trash was not present on that Saturday because the Friday before that Saturday we picked up all the waste and our trash.  I've included a copy of the contract and an image of the gazebo that was taken on 10/21/2016.  We would be very helpful in honoring our warranty.  Now, that we know there was a leak issue, we will contact the customer and take care of it.Thank you for informing us of this issue.Sheila C[redacted]

Attached is a photo of how bad the rabbit dropping have covered his grass.  If the customer controls the Rabbits coming in his yard and using his grass area as litter box.  We would be happy to relay new sod for the third time.  When he hired us to do the job he mentioned other landscaping companies have tried to lay grass, and it always died in the exact area.  I didn't understand why, because we plant sod all the time and it's never a problem.  I now see what the problem is Rabbit droppings.  I love the little guys too but because it's effecting the sod area, one would have to choose stray rabbits or a successful growth of sod.

We successfully completed everything according to the contract signed by [redacted] and [redacted].  From day one she was complaining to Landsculptures crew about the past companies she hired and how unsatisfied she was, with her own husbands craftmenship. Thus making the crew extremely uncomfortable...

with her personal issues within her marriage. In addition, With all the micro managering and complaining  there was some schedule delay to the completion date.  For example, she brought it to our attention that she wanted larger wood on top, so we gladdly exchanged it.  Even though we exchanched the wood to her desired size, she complained daily about that she had to point it out.  Everything she complained about we did our best to cater to her but the results were the same, she still complain after we did what she asked of us..

I am rejecting this response because from day 1 I had to clean up trash, watch the workers spend hours on their cell phones while 1 guy worked, forget to bring the correct materiel, leave for periods of time, show up late and all of this could have been avoided by having a competent supervisor. Instead I was left to do this. You promised fixes, and a 5 day start to finish. That never happened. My husband had to fix the problem areas and go over everything that was done. To include pulling the screws that you used to hold the boards together and replace them with the correct sized ones. The ones you used went through the boards and stuck out up to a half an inch. Terrible. The reason I hired you was because you promised an excellent job for a fair price. What you should have said to me was that you will do the bare minimum for the most money you can squeeze out of me. At least then you wouldn't have been lying through your teeth! Nothing was done right. It looks slapped together and I quickly became aware that all you are interested in is money! Well enjoy my money because I will NEVER use you or recommend you to anyone.
