[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The contract you are referring to, we never got a copy of at the time of purchaseYou had to mail me a copy AT MY REQUEST and I have no idea what may have been added or taken from the contract since we did not get one at the time of purchaseConsidering how we have been taken advantage of so far, it would not surprise me if the contract was alteredYour employee did not give me the original contract at the time of purchaseShe also told me several things that apparently were not trueMy wife and I both ask several questions to make sure that we were going to get what she told us and we were reassured several times that all we had to do was call her and she would take care of itEVEN if it wasn't written in the contractSo I think that makes this contract null and voidWhy should I be held responsible for your employees negligence I would like my membership cancelled because we are clearly NEVER going to get what she told usHow were we supposed to know that what she was saying was not true!! Furthermore we were unable to cancel in the allotted time because we were avoided and completely disregarded after the many attempts we made to not only contact the Company but your employee as well!! I have no idea how you can cancel something when you can't even get a hold of someoneThis is Ridiculous!! I'm also maddened by the fact that whoever is answering these emails probably has no idea what even went on in that specific officeWe tried over and over to contact Member Services as well and they just kept telling us that they would relay that message to Corporate and they NEVER called us back eitherWe tried that half a dozen times and they kept telling us the same thing over and over with NO ONE ever getting back to us!!! How can you possibly say that we didn't do it in the allotted time when we did everything on our part and NOT ONE person acknowledged our request??????Regards, [redacted]

Please find attached copy of the file for our members the [redacted] The payment amounts for the membership they purchased are clearly detailedThe [redacted] also signed up for [redacted] credit cardWE have no way of knowing the purchase, balance and resulting monthly payments due on this credit cardThe [redacted] membership is renewable each year if the [redacted] maintain their Coast to Coast membershipWe provide all documentation prior to a new member enrolling and send all copies home with them as well

We are not sure of the date that the most recent letter was sent from *** ***, but our records indicate that the reimbursement check was mailed to him on 11/We believe it may be very likely that *** *** received the check shortly after writing his most recent letterWe would also like to comment on his other point about not receiving documentation relating to the changes that will be made to his contract with us, namely, its terminationWe are a bit perplexed as he scanned and included the termination document along with his letter that he sent to youThe second page of the scanned documents that he signed is the termination agreement with a signature from Travel Resorts of America, authorizing the releaseUpon us receiving this document back, the members are formally released from their contractTo be clear, we have taken and completed the steps we outlined to bring this matter to a closeThank you

We will defer to the signed contract between Travel Resort of America and the consumerAs the allowable time for their request had elapsed as
per the terms of the contract, we will adhere to the standards outlined in that document and will not be able to grant their request at this time.Warm regards,

read the letter from our new member regarding their two experiences with us
As noted in the letter, the member had reached out to us directly and we

We are in the process of investigating the reservation
process for their stay at our Gettysburg Battlefield Resort and will be

great deal of positive feedback from our members about their experiences at
both of these resorts, and we are confident, based on the overwhelming positive
comments, that any less than desirable experience is an exception to what our
members experience at our resorts throughout the year.
