I ordered a replacement laptop power cord for my Mac over a week ago I received a confirmation of my order and my account was charged immediately, but there has been no updates with regard to shipping Online chat is not available, and I am beginning to think I have been duped I should have read the reviews rather than being lured in by low prices

these are the other addresses they have listed:[redacted]this is the address I was told to return the first battery, I did get a second one so I am assuming that they have access...

this address.

[redacted]this is the info I got from the company on my credit card statement[redacted] **
[redacted]if you need anything else please let me know.

DO NOT BUY laptop battery from LAPTOPBATTERYLIFE.COM [redacted] They sold me a bad (underweight) battery and now will not stand behind a bad product. There websites say all things to make you gain confidences, but do not believe.

I payed 30 dollars for expedited shipping for a n7110 [redacted] laptop charger. The company expressed on the site that expedited shipping takes between 1 to 3 days. I have patiently waited almost four days to receive and have yet to do so. I have contacted the company through their emailing system, but have yet to receive a response on multiple occasions. The response I did receive didn't answer my question at all.

Review: I ordered a 6 cell battery for my dell laptop from this business. However, the battery does not fit my model laptop as advertised and I paid extra for the shipping of a battery that took less than a week to receive. So in essence I was charged a fee to have the battery expedited and it did not happen and I received the wrong or battery that doesn't work with my laptop. I have requested a refund in which they will not honor their refund policy and I don't get a respond or responds 48 hours later about my issue and they keep being evasive and you can't call the company you can only communicate through email and thats if they respond. I would like my money back and I can't send them back their equipment because according to their site they have to give you what they call a RMA Numbeer which they will not give me.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded back on my card for the entire amount I purchased.

Review: I ordered a battery charger from LaptopBatteryLife.com on Jan. * but I ordered the wrong item and I had to reorder. My initial complaint was that it took 10 days to ship the item to me. So, as soon as I realized that I received the wrong charger I contacted the company and had the item shipped back to them within 24 hrs. They offered to send me the right product but my concern was the length of time it took to ship the first product. I responded that I would agree to a replacement if they could guarantee a faster delivery. They responded that they could not guarantee me any delivery schedule until they received my payment, the difference for the charger and the shipping cost. I paid it and they told me I would receive it in 2-5 days. They shipped the product the day before the guarantee date and I received the product 7 days later. The charger has 2 parts but they do not connect. I contacted the company immediately and just said I want a refund and for them to pay for the return shipping. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from this company yet even though I sent more than one e-mail.Desired Settlement: I want to return the product for a refund and for the company to pay for the return shipping. I have not been able to access my laptop in over 3 weeks. I am a Boy Scout mom, a photographer, and I am looking for gainful employment. The absence of access to my software and documents has cost me time and money. I would like the matter resolved so I can get a new charger. I cannot afford to get a new charger without guarantee that I will be refunded my money. I have been reasonable and I just want to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

Review: I ordered an a/c power adapter for my computer from this website. They sent me an email stating it had been shipped on October ** and I have not yet recieved it. There is no way to contact them by phone and when I emailed them Friday about when my shipment would arrive they sent me a bogus tracking number that told me that the shipping label was made on October **. I contacted them again today and got the same information. They promised I would recieve it in 3-5 business days. If it was shipped as promised on October **, I should have recieved it already. I found out others have had the same problem with this company after I ordered it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my credit card for the amount of the purchase which was $25.38.

Review: They sent me the wrong product twice despite receiving accurate part numbers. In order to initiate the return I had to send the defective product back at my own cost.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for all charges I incurred while attempting to receive the correct product. Here are all the charges:

Original purchase:

$46.95

$7.65

Second purchase:

$13.44 (UPS charge to return battery)

$20.92 (difference between first and second product)

Total:

$88.96

Review: On May **, 2014, I bought a charger from this website for $49.44 with shipping and handling. It had a 2.5 year warranty on it. Last month, the charger stopped working. I have emailed the company numerous times to send a replacement or give me a refund. They have not responded to any of my emails. Instead, they sent a invoice to my [redacted] for $7.90. I have cancelled the invoice. This company refuse to honor their warranty.Desired Settlement: This business should give me a refund or replacement.

Review: [redacted]sold me a laptop battery that did not work as advertised. I purchased the battery under the second link above. When I received it, it did not work in my computer. I initiated a return on March **, 2014, through the seller's Internet email application. Despite its advertised 20 hour a day, 7 day a week, customer service policy, the seller did not get back to me until March **, 2014. I emailed the seller the information it wanted about the computer I was using the battery in on March **, 2014. The seller did not respond until April **, 2014, nearly a month later! I contacted the seller on that date to find out why I had not heard anything and was instructed to send the battery back. I did so the very next day and emailed the seller the tracking number. I paid the shipping. The battery reached the seller on April **, 2014. I inquired about the status of the return again on April **, 2014. I was told customer service had to check with the returns department. I inquired again on April **, 2014, and was told the return process takes time as the return had to be recorded and the battery had to be tested. I inquired again on May **, 2014, told the seller I could not believe the return process was taking more than two weeks since the receipt of the return, and threatened to initiate disputes with Paypal and the Revdex.com if my money was not returned. The seller initiated a refund with Paypal that day, but did not refund $13.94 of the price I paid. That amount is very nearly the amount I paid for shipping initially ($13.95). The seller did not explain why it did not refund the entire price. The seller's return policy, under the first link, above, does not indicate that shipping costs will not be refunded. I see no reason why the buyer of a defective product should bear both the cost of shipping that defective product to me and the cost of shipping the defective product back for a refund. I am out the $13.94 of the original shipping price that was not refunded, as well as the $11.82 it cost me to ship the battery back. I am dissatisfied with the glacial speed with which my return and refund were processed, the lame excuses that the seller gave for the delays, the fact that the battery did not work as advertised, and the fact that the seller made me bear all of the shipping costs. Seller's conduct hardly complies with its "18-month warranty + 30-day money back + 100% customer satisfaction guarantee."Desired Settlement: I would like the seller to refund the remaining $13.94. The defect was not my fault. I initiated a timely return. Even if I get the $13.94 back, I am still out the $11.82 I paid to send the defective battery back. I should not have to bear the cost of shipping a defective product to me OR the cost of shipping it back. To resolve the issue, I am willing to bear the cost of shipping it back, but I will not bear the cost of having it shipped to me.

Review: I purchased a battery in March, 2013 which has a one year warranty. The battery no longer works and I would like a replacement. I have writtern numerous times to have the item replaced or a return authorization for the defective battery. I have received two replies that [redacted], the company representative needs more time to research the case. Continued communications get no response at all. I have kept the email responses and advised her that I would continue to request satisfaction which she no longer replies to.Desired Settlement: Acknowledgement and replacement of the battery needed for my laptop computer.

Review: I ordered a battery for my laptop that I was led to believe by their website that it works, when I got it my computer kept shutting down when the new battery was being used. after going back and forth sometime with them they finally agreed to let me exchange it for another one and they would refund me my shipping cost for me to ship them their defective battery. when I got the second battery it was a diffrent make/model for another computer. when I tried it the same thing happened which I then requested that I would be allowed to return the battery and get a refund because two defective batteries in a row are no good. this is now SEVERAL months from when the original purchase was. sometimes it would take weeks for them to respond to me. the last communication I had from them was that because the purchase was over 30 days ago I could not get a refund (not even the one that was promised for shipping AND it took them almost a month to have my replacement battery arrive which was also defective). I have emailed them several times since then with no response and now I am stuck with a defective battery for a diffrent computer. their address is completly fake when I looked into it and no one answers anything I send them. I just want to give them back the battery and get my money back so I can put it towards a battery that will work.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back that I paid for the battery+shipping cost I paid to ship the first defective battery back. if I have to ship the second one back as well I would like the shipping cost of that transaction included as well.

Review: I bought a laptop battery from this business towards the end of January 2014 and had it shipped to my residence in Illinois. I came to notice that the battery was defective, however, and so in March I requested a replacement. By this time, however, I had moved to another state, Connecticut, for a new job and the lease for my residence in Illinois had terminated. Therefore when I contacted LaptopBatteryLife to arrange for the replacement, I mentioned that my shipping address had changed, and I provided them with that address.

However, they shipped the replacement battery to my old Illinois address anyway, and when I became aware of this I informed them what had happened, and they replied with this message, quoted verbatim:

"Sorry for the problem. Could you please ask someone at your old address to redirect the battery to you? thanks"

I was taken aback, since I would have thought that the burden of responsibility for the shipping error was theirs. Plus, I had no ties to my old address, because my lease had terminated. Nevertheless, I tried to recover it by contacting my former landlord and my former local post office, but my attempts were unsuccessful—my landlord did not know about the package, and the post office customer service was simply unreachable by phone, despite trying to call them several times a day for an entire week.

I emailed LaptopBatteryLife back, informing them of my failed attempts to recover the package, and asking if they could have another replacement shipped to my current address, since presumably after a while the misdelivered package will be returned to the sender. They did not respond. I emailed them again about a week later, explaining that the shipping error was not my fault, and despite attempting to recover the misdelivered package, the fact remains that I am without a product that I already paid for. After a week they still have not responded.Desired Settlement: At the very least, I should be mailed the battery replacement that I requested a month ago, to my current address in Connecticut that I had provided them.

However, I am no longer confident in the quality of this business's products and services, and I would desire not to deal with them again. So I am requesting a full refund, and I would much rather purchase what I need from a different vendor

Review: I ordered an after market battery from this company on Wednesday November **, 2013. I received an email that it shipped on 11/**/2013. I received the battery a few days later. The battery did not work and I reported this to the company on 12/**/2013. They emailed back 12/**/2013 to ask what questions about my laptop and the battery I ordered. On 12/**/2013 they stated I could return it for an exchange. I informed them on 12/**/2013 and again on 01/**/14 that I did not want an exchange I wanted a refund for the battery and shipping seeing that I received a defective product. On 01[redacted]/14 they said they would repay shipping under $6.99. I asked for a return label 01/**/14 and they responded 01/**/13 that I should just pay for shipping and they would refund shipping upon receipt. My tracking slip from the United States Post office showed they received it 02/**/2014 I emailed them 02/**/2014 and they responded 02/**/2014 they would monitor it. They then informed me on 03/**/14 that I was outside of 3 months and they can not process my return and I could have another battery . I responded 03/**/14 that I wanted my money back and now I cannot get any response. They have no phone number to call to speak to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I paid $55.70

Review: I ordered a DV6000 12 cell lap top computer battery for a HP pavilion DV6000.

they sent a DV2000 12 cell battery. the battery would not take a charge with either of the HP chargers.

the old 6 cell would. when I install the battery which fits in the lap top. I get a invalid battery error.

I sent numerouse emails to Laptopbatterylife.com(LTBL.COM) the have repeatedly insisted that the battery is good.

and should work. some batteries label dv2000, 4000 and 6000 would work, however the one they sent is label just dv2000.

I even sent them pictures of the error message I received. Just about 2 week later after the review of my email containing the

pictures of the error message the ask me to return the battery at my cost. I asked for a call tag to return the battery and they stop

responding. I did some checking on reviews of LTBL.COM and I see there are endless complaints. they don't even have a contact phone number.

the do have a chat online service, but it never works. Even has cantact names. but you can only leave a message.

the use [redacted] but I did not see a transaction in my [redacted] account. this website appears to me to be a scam site.Desired Settlement: to be reimburst fully for the cost of the battery.

i'd gladly send the old one back at their expense not mine. I truly believe if I do return it at my cost i'll never here from them again,

and would be taken once again.

Review: In September of 2013 I purchased 2 laptop batteries from LaptopBatteryLife.com In March of this year (2014) one of the batteries no longer holds a charge. On 3/**/2014 I tried to contact the company through the chat function on their website. It directed me to the Contact Us page where I used the online form to send my first message requesting support. Not having heard back, on 3/**, I sent email directly to the address posted on their website asking for a replacement.

On 3/** I sent a second email, again asking for their support and requesting a replacement. I also indicated a lack of response would result in my contacting the Revdex.com. It is now, 3/** and I have had NO response of any kind from the company.Desired Settlement: The company has a responsibility to respond to customers in a timely manner. Products which fail under warranty should be replaced or the purchase price refunded. They should also have a supported telephone number where

a customer can contact them directly for help. [redacted] lists this site as a Trusted Store. [redacted] has a responsibility to review stores' performance and the Revdex.com's records before leading consumers to a bad experience.

I payed 30 dollars for expedited shipping for a n7110 [redacted] laptop charger. The company expressed on the site that expedited shipping takes between 1 to 3 days. Review: I received the email confirmation below after placing order and immediately received another email saying the product was shipped, on a Sunday. I still have yet to receive the order or a refund. I attempted to contact them on December **, 2013. I received a reply on December **, with simply, "I will check with our shipping department and update you soon." I have yet to hear anything since. I filed a formal complaint with PayPal and will be having my bank do a chargeback to get a refund, but I don't believe this company ever had any intention of delivering this product. I believe they are just running a scam.
