Review: I purchased a laptop battery AC Adapter for my Dell laptop through their website in September 2013. In February 2014 it started to smell like it was burning and then it died. I checked their website and it says I need to get a RMA number from them before I can send it back but they have not responded to any of my 5 emails/online feedback. The adaptor is still within its warranty period.Desired Settlement: Provide me with a RMA number to allow me send back the laptop adapter and get a replacement adapter that works.
Review: I ordered a charger for my laptop. the company says that is has a money back guarantee. They will not respond any further to my emails regarding the defective merchandise that has stopped working after a month. They are not standing behind their product as advertised.Desired Settlement: I would like the product replaced ASAP. And I will not pay shipping or send back product until new is received as I do not trust this company. They do not seem legitimate.
