Our finance manager , Sean B[redacted] contacted Mr.[redacted] to cancel his warranty, and after discussion with Sean he decided to keep it in place. As mentioned, since Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with us, this warranty is honored at any Larry H. Miller dealership in Albuq.

is the a'c evaperator core at no cost to the customer. We stand behind our work and I feel that traking care of this repair will remedy this issue and will have my Shop Foreman quality control the repair. This is a $952.00 repair at no charge to the customer.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:Of course I used foul language, Mr. G[redacted] TOLD me he would NOT do anything for me WHILE I was in Las Vegas.  That there was nothing he could do to begin with.   WHEN INDEED THERE WAS.   Only finding this out ONCe I returned from Vegas.   Your correct I missed my appointment, you want to know why?  DISCOUNT TIRE was able to fix my problem in 30 minutes, only to find that the repair COMPLETED by the dealership was never actually completed, there were issues with the repair they initially completed, and they did not properly diagnose OR repair my tire when I visited them the second time.    It seems to me that the dealership is making excuses in order to avoid the repair costs and replacements of warranties they sell.  I am requesting that the warranty they sold me for the rim and tire replacement is REFUNDED in full or I will take this to the media and file suit in court.

by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will be fine once the cancellation of the protection plans are complete. As of August 4th we have not received any information the the cancellation has been complete from the company.

I would like to first apologize to the [redacted] if the return of the vehicle was not handled in professional and courteous manner.  We have addressed this issue this morning with all of the Sales Management and Sales Staff.  We understand just because it wasn't a viable deal this time doesn't...

mean that in the future we wouldn't be able to work out something, so that being said we understand the importance of customer service to ensure that they would give us another opportunity.  In this instance the Sales Manager thought it was something that we could get purchased, but unfortunately our Banks and Credit Unions did not. Once again I don't think this is the normal way that Larry H Miller CJD conducts buisness nor is it the manner in which we treat our customers, unfortunately the [redacted] felt that we treated them with less consideration and respect and we are truely apologetic for that. Sincerely,[redacted]Finance DirectorLHM CJD
