customer got 2 used motors and both of them had issues, the customer took the vehicle to the salvage yard they got the motors from.

I am rejecting this response because:  Per the attached Statement of Foreign Entity LHM Corp DDR started to legally transact business in Colorado as of 02/29/2016.  Per the Statement of Trade Name of a Reporting Entity Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram Cherry Creek started to transact business on 04/05/2016.  The physical address for Larry H Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram Cherry Creek is [redacted]- the location where the damages to my truck occurred on 05/07/2016.

Mr [redacted] has initiated a civil complaint in small claims court, with a court date of 11/02/ 2016 which limits our ability to respond. What we do know is that the customer service where he believes an issue took place all took place while the dealership was under the ownership of [redacted],...

this has been referred to them and they do not wish to participate in any repairs.

The vehicle came in with a fuel related concern. initially it was thought to be water in the tank, however it determined to be an unknown contaminant as whatever was in the tank along with the fuel ate through the fuel line from the pump to the right side tank siphon. The contaminant ate through the...

plastic and what was clogging the fuel pump was the small fragments from the fuel line coming apart. None of this was a warrantable repair, the customer was asked to contact her insurance company for coverage to which she declined.

I talked to my service adviser and he told me the customer had approved all repair at the same time except for spark plugs and the pulley, we did not know if the pulley was bad until we tore it down, I have attached the time and date when customer approved the work.PLUGS12/07/17 12:32 PM SEAN...

I am rejecting this response because:The Judge allowed a one page document submitted by the defendant stating that Larry H. Miller would not be responsible for damages that ensued before the transfer of ownership from Cherry Creek Dodge to Larry H. Miller.  In my opinion Larry H. Miller failed miserably from a customer service perspective, and deserve the negative rating from the Revdex.com.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LARRY H. MILLER!!!

It looks like [redacted] has some concerns that I would like to get involved with. I have left [redacted] two voice messages and have not been able to connect with yet. One message was left on 3/27 at 1:48pm and the other message was left on 3/31 at 3:02pm. I would like to speak to [redacted]...

about the situation and see what I can do to help with a solution for his complaint…thanks!

We have removed the customer from our internal mailing list however that does not remove the customer from othe mail lists that are out there bas d on the type of vehicle they drive
