Vehicle not being repaired as required by dealer
Originally purchased vehicle in Jan of At the time, the glove box was in need of adjustment We were told another shop on the premises had to handle the issue Problem 2, we have reported that at times, the engine surges, but once again, a different shop on the same premises needs to review the issue Now problem 3, the rotary selector for the transmission has been completely frozen at timesAlso noted has been the odd shifting that the transmission has been doing, In calling the service department, we were told that the "Appropriate Shop Manager" would call us back to make arrangements, as we were requesting a rental car as well This last issue occurred on or about the 5th of December To date, not a single issue has been addressed, only completely covered over

I am due a refund from a warranty and Larry Miller has not processed it and is not returning calls and emails
Purchased a Chrysler Traded it in on a new Jeep I am still due a refund of $from the warranty I have made several attempts to contact the dealership, in particular, Mr*** and they have not issued refund or even returned calls and emails As a military vet, this stinks since I'm no longer in Tucson and cannot be face to face It should not take this long for refund and the ongoing struggle to make contact is disrespectful to me I would advise ANY military to avoid this dealership Their follow through is Terrible!

Failure to address brake issues when requested
I am filing this complaint with the full knowledge of my daughter, *** ***, the owner of the vehicle in question, which she purchased from Larry HMiller Chrysler Jeep in Tucson, AZ in Her phone is XXX-XXX-XXXX; email '***@yahoo.com' The vehicle is a Jeep Compass *** as certified used A few weeks after purchase, *** returned to the dealership when her brakes started an extremely loud grinding sound when engaged Enough of a sound to turn heads several vehicles away and was extremely embarrassing, let alone concerning from a mechanical/safety standpoint She and all who rode in her Jeep noted a constant rubbing sound and she noted a sluggishness while driving that she is not experiencing now after a $repair because we believe there is no brake drag She was informed by ***, the Service Manager, that this is for Compasses and Patriots due to Chrysler migrating

Finance Sales Rep sold me a warranty through them that claimed that it would cover the clutchNow I find out I was lied to and they are making me pay
In late I bough a Jeep Patriot from Larry H MillerWe were in need of a vehicle and bought a stick shift vehicle from themWhile doing the finance paperwork, the finance person offers me a warranty, which at first I decline, then the rep tells me that this warranty is so good that it will even offer me protection on the clutchHe even goes as far to say that if I bring it in a few thousand miles before the mileage on the warranty expires, that they would take a look at the clutch and make sure that it is ok and fix any wear and tear on itNow almost two years later, I am driving the vehicleThe gears all of a sudden aren't catching on in the transmissionAt first its just a little slip, but still enough to have me call in to get it serviced, which they say will be able to bring it in by the end of the weekOn the way ho

fix a fluid leakWork was performed on Jan2016, but the next day it was still dripping
We took our Chrysler Town and Country Van to Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep on Jan20, We had a fluid leak from the front end drivers side
They charged us $They replaced the transmission cooler lines and replaced and resealed the oil pan gasket
The same night we discovered we still had the same leakI called early the next morning, Jan and made an appointment to return the car to the shop that afternoonBut at am that morning, Jan the transmission hose blew off because the service dept at their shop did not fully connect itTransmission fluid sprayed all over over carThe service department had the car towed in and furnished us a rental car
They called to say they had fixed the problem that afternoon, Jan I asked about the leak which was the original problemThey decided to keep the car overnight to c

I have had nothing but trouble with this business and would not have bought from them if I wasn't looking for a hard to find vehicleThey started by inserting bogus fees for tint they had already added and some strange identity protection service for $Then while I was sending in my offer agreement they told me the car was soldAfter complaining and threatening legal action I get a call saying the buyer backed out of the saleWhen I arrived to test drive the vehicle they dragged their feet about letting me drive it on the highwayWhen I spoke about having an inspection done the salesmen assured me of how thorough it was inspected by their shop and included a list of repairs they had doneWhen I got the vehicle home I had it inspected (at another Larry H Miller dealer) and it was found to have a water pump that needed to be replacedThey also informed there were repairs (CV boots and axle seals) done that they had not discussed or published on their listThey are currently refusing to pay for the pump to be changed despite the 15day 500mile warrantyThis is not the experience I've grown to expect from Larry H Miller and I'm sad to see they have allowed this dealership into their group

Service writers are very rude to me and the technician that worked on my Jeep was incompitant
I had interacted with two service writers and they were both rude to meThe tire pressure management system showed that the right front tire had only lbs of air and the other three showed lbsI had assumed that if a technician were to see this on the instrument panal that he would put air in the tireThis was not the caseAfter waiting 1/hours to have the battery replaced, I started my Jeep and the tire issue was not addressed as it should haveThat is just incompitance plane and simpleI recently took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotationThe technician failed to rotate the tires so I had to waste my gas and had to take it in againThis is when I had discovered my mini leatherman tool and my extra set of keys on a carabeaner were missing from my Jeep which stands to reason that the technician STOLE MY PROPERTY

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have an airbag light on the dash issue resolved Their Service writer *** checked my service record and suggested I get a tune-up, (new Spark Plugs) I was not having any issue, but having 118,miles on my Jeep I said ok They did the spark plug change for $ He then suggested I do a front and real Differential oil changeI agreed to have it done., All in all, my cost was $1,which included a few other minor corrections, and fixes They had my Jeep for about a week When I got it back, pulling out of the dealership, and driving home the engine check light came on I immediately called them back, as it was Friday, I took it back in the following Monday, they had it for four days, when I went to pick it up I was told they found a carbon chip in cylinder # Driving home I got another check engine lite on the dash I called *** back, I was not happy and told him so *** hung up on me, stating he was not happy with m

My car buying experience was as one would expect, until dealing with the manager *** They initially offered below Kelly Blue Book on the trade in A $10,offer on a 4xjeep cherokee latitude with around 45,miles They come up to a more mutually beneficial offer of $14, A good offer for a traaccording to multiple sources The sales staff was friendly enough, I would like to point out *** (I believe his name was *** but would like confirmation), was exceptionally low-pressure and receptive to my needs/concerns I then scheduled a time later in the week to check out a vehicle with my wife *** a member of the management team and part owner, called to asked what he needed to do for me to come down that day I gave him my parameters on payment options and he came back with a reasonable offer We dropped what we were doing and came down We were good to go but when we went to finalize the deal, the total was more than I anticipated ** claims he was under the assumptions that I was willing to put down an additional $2, There was a projection that included a $2,downpayment, but I told the sales team I was unwilling to put the $2,down ** stated that message was not sent to him and said he could not budge from the offer
This where the transaction broke down I had a pre-negotiated offer from USAA with a smaller offer I did not need it up to this point becasue I was under the impression I was getting a better deal When I pulled out the quote, just to show he could in fact budge on the price, he began questioning the quote, disregarding what I was saying and talking over me He questioned the quote becasue he stated something along the lines of, USAA was not selling the car, he was I then told him the USAA car buying service was designed to determine a pre-negotiated price, to protect service members from car dealers who jack up the prices He then stood out of chair, in what I consider to be an aggressive manner, and was not yelling but raised his voice to state something along the lines of, "As a former Marine my integrity will not be questioned and walked out." I explained that my intention was not to question his integrity but that he seemed confused by the USAA program He dismissed what I had to say, and the conversation became more contentious At that point I walked across the street and came back minutes later ** stated he did not recall if he told me there needed to be an additional $2,down but believed it was implied While it was more civil, the deal was terminated at that point
