LHM Chrysler service department claimed they repaired vehicle and charged accordingly Vehicle was not repaired and they refused to refund charges
On May 26, 2018, I dropped off my PT Cruiser with Marcus at LHM Chrysler service dept for an airbag light I picked up the vehicle on Jun 2, and paid $for parts and labor On the way home, the airbag light cycled on and off periodically I had to fly out of town the next day so I wasn't able to return the vehicle for a couple weeks for them to relook at it When I returned home from my business trip, I returned the vehicle to Marcus at LHM and left it with them for about a week to days They weren't able to resolve the problem and I needed the car back In late July, I returned the car to LHM to continue to troubleshoot the issue On Aug 2, 2018, I went to pick up the car and they still could not solve the problem I asked for a refund for the repair service that did no repairs so Marcus took me to Tony (servic

I was a first time buyer.. At first they treated me and family good ..they ask me me how good was my credit.. I told them I was just staring my credit about 3 months ago.. So they offer me a new car to start my credit at 4.5 percent I accepted.. My wife and soons were so happy about new car .I was excited.. The same day I bought the insurance and they give me the car.. I sighn contract.. Everithing was nice and happy but after day I recive a call I have to return the car because my credit didn't whent well.. My family and I were so sad .. Because they lie to us.. They make me sighn the contract and buy the insurance.. And later call me to give it back ..now I don't know what to tell my kids but we been lie about the car.. And whe I get back to jeep tucson [redacted] the guy [redacted] was desperate to give it back the car and treated me like [redacted] because I think they didn't get ther commission.. They are fake people. That just take advantage of hard working people.. I under stand that its their job. But ambicion goes furder and affects humans.. I really don't recommend it this dealer
