Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is the same crap I have been getting since I canceled my subscription I'm told I'll get it one dayI'll call again to be told I'll get it another day It is now June and I still don't have my refundAlso, I will settle for a refund of $Even though $was deducted from my checking account I started getting the newspaper a week after I canceled my subscription I got the newspaper only for week Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I will not get into who said whatFinger pointing does not resolve this problem that has been an issue we've been trying to resolve since mid AugustThe bottom line is that we are still owed $credit back onto our card AND even tho we have paid for a year digital edition of the Sun News that should be active til October we currently have NO ACCESS at all! Enclosed you will see the signed contract between KCM Custom Built Garages, Incand Ms [redacted] dated September 22, The contract was to build a x GarageThe contract price was for $11,Down payment of $Ck# [redacted] from customer Ms***The Customer failed to mention that the Concrete Company went to her home in the fall to start the pouring of the concrete and Ms [redacted] told them to stopIn particular, Ms [redacted] said she would like to have the garage built in the springWe went back in the spring to pour the pad, and Ms [redacted] changed her mind again and said she no longer wanted a GarageIn contrast, Ms [redacted] wanted to extent her porch and also to build a Shed.The $was for the deposit on the Garage, which was never builtThe was used to purchase the Building Permit and architectural drawingsEnclosed is a copy of the Building Permit from the Town of [redacted] and contractRespectfully, Kevin CMcCadden Owner/ KCM Custom built Garages, Inc

Per our discussion on December I am informing you that we are still waiting for the $the Las Cruces Sun News owes us.After speaking with you on the 16th I also spoke with Sylvia S [redacted] at the Sun News She indicated that she would be contacting Barb S [redacted] and others regarding the issue To date I have never heard another word from any of them nor received a credit for that amount I told Sylvia that I would be contacting you to reopen the case if not resolved.We waited more than the days you suggested so will you please reopen the case We feel that since you closed it they are now ignoring us! Thank you

Thank you for your email regarding the delivery issue with one of our customersAfter careful review with the carrier, we have found that the paper delivery had been stopped several times over the past yearOur policy is to stop delivery of the newspaper if there are or more newspapers in the
driveway or other delivery location at the residenceWe do this for the safety of the homeownerNewspapers that pile up are an indication that nobody is home and often acts as an "easy target" for thievesWe typically leave a note with the last paper indicating that we will stop delivery until the newspapers are picked upPlease let me know if I can be of further assistance.Casey S*Reference #***

I was informed that Mr*** called to register a complaint for a missing newspaper on September 14thHe has done so three times this yearJanuary 16th, May 22nd, and September 14thWhen he called on September 14th he was very angry, according to MsS***He was yelling and screaming and very

Viewing her account I see that on 6/1/they entered a refund for $Finance office process refund Every Friday. I takes working days for customer to receive. Once signed it was put to mail out at the latest June 7th, I'm saying customer should receive refund by
June 17, Please feel free to email or call if they don't receive by the June 17,

I never said I was unhappy about her contacting the Revdex.comI called to ask about her refund customer said she was already taken care of and was waiting for her refundI told her we got a letter from Revdex.com about the matter not resolvedShe said that was before she had received her refundShe received one and still waiting on anotherI will follow up as to the status of the rest of her refund

I am rejecting this response because: I will not get into who said what. Finger pointing does not resolve this problem that has been an issue we've been trying to resolve since mid August. The bottom line is that we are still owed $137.09 credit back onto our card AND even tho we have paid for a 1 year digital edition of the Sun News that should be active til October 2018 we currently have NO ACCESS at all!  Please get the issue resolved once and for all. If the Sun News has already been able to process a credit back onto our card for over payment they should be able to process the final credit owed us in the amount of $137.09 very quickly. Thank you.

We received you response this morning but as I have been out of town didn't have a chance to respond to their last message yet.  We have obtained access to our e-edition account again but we are still waiting for the final amount owed to us to be credited to our credit card account.  They still owe us $137 dollars credit.  Once we receive that amount then we will consider the complaint closed.  Please update our complaint!!!!

Even though $35.06 was deducted from my checking account.  I started getting the newspaper a week after I canceled my subscription.  I got the newspaper only for 1 week.
