I am rejecting this response because: A credit has not yet appeared on our credit card as was told to my husband back on 11/2/2017.  I called the rep Sylvia S[redacted] and left a message but have not received a phone call yet to discuss the issue and inquire as to why another promised return of $126.66 has not yet been credited on our credit card.

[redacted]A new CHARGE of $122.69 was charged to our credit card on 11/22/2017 instead of an expected credit/refund.  The total now owed as a credit to us is $258.98.   The last contact was via a phone call from Sylvia S[redacted] whom indicated she was looking into resolving the problem and is unhappy with constant Revdex.com emails to them asking for resolution.  Not my problem. We want our money credited to our credit card!!! Just get it done!In addition our access to reading the newspaper online has been cut off.  When we click on the link it says we are not a current subscriber so now even tho we've been charged multiple times our access has been cut.     [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
