Review: I had purchased numerous packages for

Laser hair

Removal including lifetime guarantees and

The packages were not fulfilled. I was repeatedly told

Machines were broken or we are moving and we will call when we set up. Never heard anything. I called and spoke to auroa a few

Times and then I was unable

To contact anyone and they closed their doors

LifetimeDesired Settlement: There are numerous people out a lot of money. Is there any way to find out about a class action lawsuit? I personally am out about $1500

Review: I purchased a Groupon about a year ago to get laser hair removal. I started small with my armpits which was $99 for six treatments. When I got there they said that for another $99 you can get two more treatments which makes eight treatments and that is a life time guarantee. So that sounded good to me, so I agreed to do it. A month later I started my treatments. After the first two treatments I liked how my results were coming so I told them I wanted to do other parts of my body. They said no problem and they will honor my Groupon prices because I am going to be a customer of theirs for a while since I wanted to do most of my body. So I signed up for my chest to get done which was $460 for all eight treatments with the life time guarantee. I had about 4 treatments of that. Then I signed up for my face and neck which was $198 for my face and $198 for my neck. Then my mom got involved and started to do her upper lip which they were honoring the Groupon prices for her as well, since I brought her to them. She paid $198 because of the eight sessions with the life time guarantee. Then I signed up for my upper legs which was $300. I also put a deposit down on my arms and lower legs which was $200. Then my mom started a Brazilian which was $460 which she paid. She had one treatment of that. Then she decided to do her full legs which were another $460. She didn’t even start those treatments at all. At the end of this past July they called us saying that the laser broke and they needed to reschedule. They said in about three weeks it will be fixed and we can start back up again. Three weeks came by and no call. We called them and they didn’t answer. We left messages and they never got back to us. Towards the end of August they emailed my mom and told her that they were moving and should be back up again very soon. It’s now the middle of October and when you try to call their number it’s disconnected. We have sent a few emails and no response. I went to the place and there is a sign on the door saying that they are moving and that is it. They did not finish with their services and looks like that are not opening back up anytime. They took me and my mother’s money and ran. All together with all the money that I paid for treatments is $1554, and my mother paid $1118. So between me and my mother together we spent $2672 and we didn’t even come close to finishing our treatments or in some treatments we didn’t even start. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK SO I CAN GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE. Please help us. Thank You.Desired Settlement: Me and My Mother would like all of our money back. The total amount of that money combined is $2672.

Review: I purchased a package of laser hair removal services a couple of months ago expecting to complete all 6 of them. I went to receive my third one the other day and there was a sign on the door that they were in the process of moving and that they called all the patients and if for some reason anyone fell through the cracks to email them and provided an email. Every phone number that I googled for them was out of service. I proceeded to email them and the email was for another business with the same name located in san diego with no affiliation. Now there is no way of contacting business.Desired Settlement: Refund-Cash

I am waiting for them to let me know their new phone number and location

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a 6 session package at the salon. For my most recent appointment, (9/*/13) I showed up to a locked, closed down salon without any notice or contact. I tried to call and contact the salon with no response. Additionally, I left a message on their answering machine with a callback number again with no response. I would like to be refunded for my remaining unused sessions.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my remaining unused sessions.

Review: I bought a groupon for this facility like so many others did. I bought a 6 pack for small area. At the time of my first session I was offered two additional sessions and life time guarantee for an additional price. I was originally told at my orientation session that this deal would be same price as my groupon package ($99) but the receptionist that day [redacted] advised me it was $132 dollars. I agreed as I was told if I didn't buy it at first session I would not be offered the option again. So my credit card was swiped for $132. I have the hand written receipt and credit card machine receipt on hand. I have had multiple appointment cancellations, dealt with rude receptionists and have many phone calls and emails unanswered. Now come to find out the business is closed.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $132 I shelled out for the additional two sessions and life time guarantee. If business wants documentation, I would gladly fax or email the agreement, hand written receipt and credit card machine receipt.

Review: I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal a few months ago. When I called to make an appointment the staff was beyond rude and unaccommodating. When I attended my first appointment, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The facility was understaffed and the woman who did the laser removal was also answering phone calls, which is just unsanitary. At that time I scheduled my second appointment for 6 weeks later. A few days before my appointment, I received a phone call from the [redacted] stating that the laser was "broken" and that they would have to reschedule my Saturday appointment to another time. I was going away for 2 weeks so I told the [redacted] I would call back to reschedule. This was a HUGE inconvenience and Laser Clinique did not offer any reimbursement and the staff was not even apologetic about the inconvenience. When I returned from my trip, I called Laser Clinique multiple times per day for a few days in an attempt to make a 2nd appointment. As you are aware, laser hair removal sessions need to be completed 6-8 weeks between one another in order for the treatment to be successful. I even attempted contacting Laser Clinique through their appointment request function on their website. All attempts to contact this company were unanswered. This facility is a scam and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the entire amount paid.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Laser Clinique regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have made multiple additional attempts to contact Laser Clinique and they do not answer the telephone. I am unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full (it has been full for weeks). This business is clearly a sham and I want my money back.

Sincerely,

Review: Paid about $4500.00 for laser cosmetic services. Did not receive all of the services. They closed the office without any warning, no forwarding address or telephone number.Desired Settlement: Refund for services not provided.

Review: I have purchased three laser treatment packages plus lifetime warranty for exta cash, which entitled me to additional laser treatments if needed.

When I showed up for my appointment the clinic was closed, I have tried calling but nobody has returned my calls. Since I live close by I have stopped by on another day when I saw someone there and I was told that they are relocating to [redacted] and I need to call them back to schedule an appointment. I was told that the phone number will remain the same. I have called them recently (since I was told that the new location will be opening in September ) and the phone numbers are disconnected.

I have never had a problem with the service itself and would like to continue but I have no idea how to locate them.

If they closed the business I would like to get a reimbursement so I can buy the same packages somewhere elseDesired Settlement: if not then completion of treatment

Review: Good Morning,

This company has filed to adhere to their contractual agreement for services. In August I purchase a laser package and made appointments to come in for treatment. They mentioned to me they would be relocating to a new area and will reopen their offices in Mid-September. I have called numerous times and have shown up to both locations to find no business. [redacted] has disconnected the telephone and the new location has yet to open. I have sent numerous emails and have never received no reponse from them but have seen them respond to other clients. It is now two months since I purchased the package and they have been out of business. They have no sense of courtesy to contact their clients or respond to them regarding the status of their business and when doors will open.

Best regards,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I paid in cash for treatment and would like my money back in the same method.

Review: I paid $458, $99, $149 for laser hair removal of 4 different body parts. I have the receipts. The agreement was $458 + $99 + $149 for 8 services on my legs, arms, under arms, Brazilian. I went there twice before they moved without giving me any notice. I have been unable to reach them, they aren't picking up their phone. I have left voicemails. I spent a lot of money. My sister went with me and it's the same issue with her. I have found a lot of complaints online about them now and hope you can help me out. They told me they were moving to massapequa but I am unable to find them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back or have them complete the service I paid for.

Review: We purchased $4000 worth of endomology laser fat removal, laser body treatments and didn't get to finish them. We went 5 times and now the business said they are moving to [redacted] but that is not the case, we cannot contact anyone from that company.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund asap.

Review: I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions and after 2 they closed doors and heard they moved with no forwarding address, I had an appt oct **, 2013 which no one contacted me to say they closed but they did send me a letter of conformation on the Monday before appointment but they were not there ! Everyone was so rude there also.. I want my $229 I laid out .Desired Settlement: I want them investigated, apparently I hear they are opening under other names and are taking there money and claim their machines are constantly broken

Review: Back in October 2012, I purchased a Groupon for services with Laser Clinique of Hicksville. The deal was $229.00 for laser hair removal in a large area (I chose a Brazilian). My first three treatments went smoothly, the appointments were made and kept. At that point, they ran a special and I paid them (by check) $477.00 for an underarm/half arm/full leg hair removal package. Then, starting with my fourth treatment from the Groupon I had purchased, they began having to cancel and reschedule my appointments because their “laser had run out of pulses and was out getting repaired.” Not only did they cancel the original appointment, but then they canceled that rescheduled appointment for the same reason. Below is my schedule of appointments:

12/**/12 Brazilian

2/**/13 Brazilian

4/*/13 Brazilian

5/**/13 – Cancelled

6/**/13 – Cancelled

6/**/13 – Brazilian and Underarm

7/**/13 – Cancelled

8/**/13 – Cancelled

9/*/13 - Cancelled

On 8/**/13, I received an email from the company stating that all current appointments have been cancelled and their facility is moving to Copiague. I did not sign up to go to Copiague, I chose [redacted] because of its convenient location to my job. Numerous phone calls and emails to the company have gone unanswered. I have driven past the building on two separate occasions and they are no longer there.

I am extremely unhappy with the services they are providing. I have researched hair removal and have even been told by the technicians working at Laser Clinique that for optimal results you have to return within 6 to 8 weeks between each session. I made it a point to follow their instructions and schedule accordingly, and they are not keeping up on their end. Due to no fault of my own, I have gone way over the recommended 8 weeks for half of my treatments. As a result, I am not getting anywhere near decent results. I feel I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $477 for the second package I purchased plus $76.33 for the remaining two sessions on my groupon. Total refund: $553.33

At this time, I have not been contacted by Laser Clinique regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have however been periodically receiving auto-generated mass emails from them. On 9/*, I received an email saying all further appointments have been cancelled. On 9/*, I received an email that was "in response to numerous phone calls and emails" stating they are not closing and have been advised by their contractors that they "should be open and ready business by 9/**". On 9/**, I received an email saying the opening of the new office is delayed due to construction.

Review: I first purchased a groupon for this site for a laser removal of a small area for 6 treatments and have only been able to get appointments for 4 treatments. Then, I purchased a service with Laser Clinique back in July 2013. It was for laser hair removal and I wrote out a check for their services and booked my appointment. I showed up to my appointment and the doors were locked on a Thursday at 5:00pm. Meanwhile their hours are until 9pm. I waited around for a half hour and no one showed up. I called them and left 5 voicemails because I was so frustrated. I just spent over $200 on a treatment and would like my services or my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my services please. It was $229.

Review: Purchased a hair removal package originally offered through [redacted], who refunded their portion of the purchase. What remains is $261.99, which represents the balance paid for additional hair removal areas with a lifetime guarantee. The process did not work, and the followup "lifetime guarantee" treatment appointments are regularly cancelled, rescheduled, then cancelled again, with rude and unprofessional staff. This has happened on a regular basis. This is a stalling tactic meant to frustrate and discourage clients, and is a highly unprofessional business practice.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: Paid money for laser service treatments and received only part of the treatments. Contracts were written up and services were not delivered. Company constantly cancelled appointments. They said they were moving and they at no where to be found. No response to emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my entire contract amount paid.

Review: I purchased a package and a life time guarantee for laser hair removal on my underarms, bikini line and abdominal line on 12/*/12. I paid a total of $786 that had to be cash or check. Since then I have had only 4 sessions in total and the sessions are suppose to be every 4-6 weeks to be able to remove the hair successfully. First of all, they cancel the appointments all the time for different reasons such as the machine is down, they are under construction, etc. If they reschedule your appointment, they do it for another 4 weeks. The front desk people and manager are very disrespectful, rude (they yell at you and give you and attitude) and don't even answer your emails, calls etc. The technicians are unexperienced and unlicensed and don't even know what they are doing. For instance, they don't know the area they are treating and the level of intensity of the laser the should use on the same area each session session. Today, I was suppose to have an appointment at 12 in their "new location" in [redacted] and the business didn't even exist! I went to other business around the area asking for "Laser Clinique" spa and they said other people go daily asking for too! They didn't even cancel my appointment or return calls/emails. I went back to the previous office in Hicksville and even though the office and signs are still there nobody was there. This place is a scam! Please do something about this place. They not just the quality of the services is very poor and deliver their services late which messes up the whole treatment and you have to start all over, but now they seemed to disappear or move to another town.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and place some kind of legal regulations to this business so they don't do the same to other people

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for 6 laser hair removal sessions. The business has closed down, disconnected their phones, and relocated without fulfilling their obligation to provide these services. Further, the technicians are not licensed to be performing these services in the first place, contrary to how they presented themselves.Desired Settlement: I noticed that the new corporation has offered to honor the services for someone else who filed a complaint. This is not acceptable. I would like a full refund. The new location is no where near where the old one was, and this is the same company, just reincorporated under a different name to avoid fulfilling its obligations. I also was made to believe that these were licensed medical professionals, which they are not.

Review: I purchased a package of 8 laser hair removal service for myself and my daughter (paid in full- their policy), and after one session, the company closed down with no further known address, number, etc..Desired Settlement: Full refund....

Review: I bought a groupon through the Groupon website for laser hair removal for a large area at this business. This was for 6 sessions. Then I bought 2 more groups of 6 sessions for 2 more areas (one large and one small) for laser hair removal, at the groupon price, from this business. They honored the Groupon rate. Therefore I had purchased 3 areas for laser hair removal, one through Groupon and 2 through Laser Spa. I also bought the 'lifetime guarantee' for each of the 3 areas. This was I believe around $100 per area and would ensure that if hair were to grow back they would touch it up or do more treatments and are bought through and at the business. To be effective, the laser hair removal process must be done 6-8 weeks apart. This business canceled on me 80% of the time. Some reasons included: they didn't have enough clinicians, the machines were broken, they overbooked, they had to close early, etc. When I complained about it, they granted me 3 more sessions (for only one of the 3 areas I purchased). While I was using these 3 additional sessions, the business changed owners. This gave me hope that I would be treated correctly. However, I was still canceled on 3 of the 3 times! The last time they actually canceled on me when I got there for my appointment! This all is HORRIBLE business and I am disgusted. They also made me feel like I was over reacting to this and it was normal or okay for them to do this. This caused this laser hair removal to NOT WORK, due to their cancellations and the extended time in between treatments. I would like ALL MY MONEY BACK. Groupon has already refunded me for the first large area I purchased and they had excellent customer service and apologized for the business they had on their website. I do not want to use any sessions I have left or use my lifetime guarantees. I just want all my money back (the 2 areas I purchased from the business, and the 3 lifetime guarantees I bought from them). I don't have faith in them or want to go there anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like ALL MY MONEY BACK. Groupon has already refunded me for the first large area I purchased. This was initially purchased a while ago and I have been trying to figure this out for over a year. It's because the sessions are almost 2 months apart this process has dragged. I do not want to use any sessions I have left or use my lifetime guarantees. I just want my money back (the 2 areas I purchased from the business, and the 3 lifetime guarantees I bought from them). It is around $500
