Review: I started with Laser Cosmetica in 2011 and I purchased a package for $2232. Later on I was told that I needed a chemical peel for $500 which I didn't need and never used till now (excluding fees) . Last year in 2012 I also purchased another laser treatment which was for $1500 and I was told this was an unlimited touchup laser hair removal for life. In the beginning of 2013 Laser Cosmetica in Downtown NY ( my original location) closed down and all clients were moved to [redacted]. When I got there they said that my unlimited package did not work with that location and that the Employee named [redacted] was no longer working there so my package was not valid, and offered me just 10 treatments instead.However I had not finished my original 10 since 2011 until October of 2013, and therefore never started the $1500 which I had no choice to accept the 10 that was offered.My last appointment was on October ** and they told me that I had finished my treatments when I never received anything that was worth $2000. They had said that since August 2013 Laser Cosmetica went out of business and the new company had been changed to [redacted] and that I was not able to get any services done. They said \"people always loose thousands of dollars when companies go out of business", and that I wasn't supposed to be upset.I had spend in total $4267 and only was serviced for the original 2232 I bought. I went to go and get my file so I was able to give it to my dermatologist who had seen my face and noticed increased hair growth and burns throughout my body from the machines that was used. They refused to give me file information and the settings they used on me. The owners were still the same and so were the workers. The company was simply a name change due to the amount of complaints that was set from Laser cometica and [redacted] claims that I was not a member and "they have lost money from me by providing me a service from a previous name". I paid for something I did not get and the only service I received was unexpected results.Desired Settlement: I would like to at least get the $2000 that I lost and had not been serviced for. If anything the full refund because instead of promising hair removal, I had only go hair growth and burns. I paid for something no one wants.

Review: On 9/**/12 I signed a contract with [redacted] fromlaser Cosmetica located on [redacted] for 5 treatment of Affirm for $3,300. After completing the full payment I made an appointment for my first affirm treatment . When I went to the office for my first Affirm treatment the girl who worked there performed an ematrix treatment with out my authorization . I asked them to stop and call the office manager who then pulled out my contract and told me we no longer have the Affirm machine And with out my authorization crosses out the word Affirm and writes Ematrix above it. I told her I want my money back . she said the contract I signed states that the money is not refundable. My contract is been breeched since something was crossed out and changed with out my Autorozation , and I am now allowed to ask for a full refund of $3,300Desired Settlement: Full refund of $3,300.

Review: I purchased several laser packages from this comany. I purchased laser hair removal as well as facial treatment for [redacted]. Due to the treatments I have experienced more break outs and scarring dur to the laser and all treatments. I contacted the facility manager who said she submitted my refund claim but no one has gotten in contact with me in over two weeks. I have a letter from my dermatologist to stop all treatment due to the [redacted] and also for being put on [redacted]. Due to being put on [redacted] I am not allowed to continue treatment as per my Dermatologist. I faxed over the letter and also filled out all necessary paper work but nothing has happened since then. I can provide you proof with eveything as well as emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my Chase Credit card for the amount of $2,000. and for the rest of my treatment purchases I would like a refund of $3,199.77 to be mailed as a check because I have paid this amoutn so far on my Fortiva account, and the remaining balance on the fortiva is $4,600.00 that can be credited back to Fortiva. I can provide you with all necessary doucumentation as well as proof of purchases. I can provide you with my Fortiva account number as well as anything else you may need. Thank You

Review: I started with this company back in 2009 and stupidly bought multiples packages based on the experts advise that I needed more services in order to get the results I was looking for with laser hair removal. I started complaining about a year and a half ago that I wasn't getting the results I wanted so they added more services for free. About 3-4 months ago I was going to reschedule an appointment and they just decided to tell me that they completely moved locations and neglected to inform me, their customer. This was the straw that broke the camels back and I had enough of their stupidity. I complained to the corporate office and the VP of Clinic Affairs contacted me and we discussed over the phone as well as through email that they would be willing to refund me 10% of what I originally spent. I have all of this proof in emails and her saying I will receive my check in two weeks. That was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two emails and called repeatedly with no response. I just get her voicemail. When I try to call the corporate office the recording says that the number has been disconnected. I know after reading your website and other websites that this company is horrible and a lot of people have issues with them. I was promised a refund in writing and I would like your help with getting that.Desired Settlement: I think the business has a responsibility to honor their agreement made from the VP of clinic operations to refund me my 10% at $843.09 from my original spending of $8430.91. At this point I think I am owed an even $ 1000 for the annoyance they have caused me and the rudeness that I have encountered or what would be even better would be a full refund.

Review: The company Laser Cosmetica provided laser hair removal. I purchased a few packages totaling in the amount of 2000$, I received 2 of 30 treatments. The 2nd treatment was at a different facility due to the fact that the initial location I signed up with was no longer in business. I received [redacted] on my inner thigh, due to improper use of the equipment and or lack of knowledge of the facilitator. When I spoke to the [redacted] I was assured that it would never happen and again, at that time I began my initial dispute, wanting a return of my funds. I was to send a fax to the corporate office and I would be reimbursed. The company went out business, and/or changed its name. I then received and email from true body medspa. saying that they had changed name/taking over company. I was then told I could come to there facility to receive quality service. Soon after that company also went out of business. I financed the services through Fortiva financial and have been making monthly payments for a service that has not been honored. I have researched online and found that many others have the same complaint and have been scammed out of thousands of dollars much like myself... This has been a financial burden for me and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.. Review: I have paid for laser treatment services with this company. I've tried calling multiple times to redeem my services and have never gotten my calls or emails returned. From what I have been reading through the Revdex.com system this company have went out of business. I not gotten a call or email regarding this close. I am stuck with a bill of 1600 dollars and I am still paying for treatments I have never been able to redeem. I tried emailing and calling multiple times and no one returns my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like for a refund. I am very frustrated with this situation
