To Whom This May Concern:I am writing in reply to the above numbered complaint. I'm a seasoned practitioner, a nurse for over years and in medical cosmetics for yearsI have never once injected a patient without gloves, not only for my patients safety but for that of my ownThat is
fabricatedAlso was the accusation that I did any misguided or less than prudent, or unsatisfactory treatment on this patientShe came to me to "fix" the uneven lip filler she received elsewhereI told her I could do that by filling the side where it is left unevenIn doing so, I needed to trail a fine line of filler slightly into the other side to transition smoothlyUpon completion she was shown a mirror, and she said "thank you" that it was much betterWe chatted pleasantly as she walked outShe was very upset that we no longer accepted *** *** and stated that she had no way to payShe applied for another finance option in our office. To Whom It May Conern, *** *** purchased a treatment on December 28th for $3500. We booked her appointment in *** where the treatment is done. She did call and I spoke to her later on the day she purchased. We booked her appointment. *** called me back
on News year eve and I left her a voice message. We where closed that Monday January 2nd in observant to the holiday. *** came in that Tuesday, January 3rd asking for a refund. I said we do not give refunds and you signed off on that at your initial consultation. If she chooses not to do that treatment, she can put the full amount to any treatment here at our clinic. She was told this by myself and our district manager. Please contact me if you need to.Thank you, *** ***

In response: under no circumstances was this a professional injection, my left upper lip is still uneven and yes I was not made aware that they do not accept *** *** as they did the last time I was there. I was not upset that I had to apply for a different finance company but what I was upset about is that it exceeded the amount that I had received in services. I am paying for services I did not receive because they only finance or better which my services did not come out to. That also was not explained until after I got accepted and I asked. There explanation was, " we can apply it to your next visit" so basically I do not have a choice, either return there or eat the cost. Needless to say under the circumstances I am eating the additional cost and will not be returning there. As the the nurse practitioner's response: she may be an injector for + years but in this case it does not matter, we all make mistakes and it's simply, she over injected and my lips are very uneven. I am paying for services through the finance company I did not receive, I was rushed in and out like a factory and because of that reason I am left with the results. Communication was very poor even when I reached out to the district Mgr. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Things happen we are all human, all I simply wanted was to be heard and to take off the services and fee's applied.

To Whom It May Concern:*** *** (***) started coming to Laser Md Med Spa in Acton, M.Aon Sept23rd for Laser Hair Removal Services She continued her treatments with us until September 26, She's emailed us regarding her unused treatmentsShe has stated that she was
not happy with her Estheticians She has also moved and said that our location is not convenient for her anymoreI emailed her about her unused treatments and also told her that she could go to one of our other locations She wanted a refund for her unused servicesI told her that we have a No Refund Policy, but that she could use credit of $ to another service if she desired to do that.She did not seem happy with our No Refund Policy and contacted The Revdex.com I have also tried to reach her by phone to discuss this matter but she has stated in the email that she can not discuss this over the phone because of the nature of her job and that email was best for her.I have tried to resolve the issues to the best of my ability.Thank You,*** ***Assistant ManagerLaser MD Medspa*** *** *** ** ***www.lasermdmedspa.com

To Whom This May Concern:[redacted] was a walk in first time client with Laser MD Med Spa. She requested a consultation upon arrival which we typically require scheduled appointments. I was happy to meet with her and discuss her skin care needs. After determing the best treatment regimen I...

proceeded to schedule her first appointment and gave her the option to pay at that time or on the date of her first appointment. She decided to pay prior to her appointment date after signing all company consent forms stating our no refund policy. [redacted] then called the following day requesting a refund and I explained that we have a no refund policy once again and told her I could review the consents she signed the day before. She decided to keep her scheduled appointment and then didnt show up on that date. We also have a 50.00 no show fee that we charge that she also signed on the consent form that I did not charge her for. We are unable to issue a refund and the purchased amount will remain as a credit that will not expire.Thanks,Laser MD Med Spa[redacted]

From a clinical standpoint further rebuttal of this dispute leads me to reiterate what I've previously stated. The client came into the office requesting an adjustment to a lip augmentation she was unhappy with due to uneven upper lip, which was received elsewhere. Using universal precautions (gloves) and correct protocol per her injection procedure, I administered [redacted] filler to provide a more even result. The client was satisfied upon inspecting her lips in the mirror before leaving my clinic room. She refused to return for follow up photos.In regards to payment she was told that if she wanted to choose our financing option as her method of payment, the total cost needs to be a minimum of 1000.00. If not, we also except all major credit cards and cash payment with no additional charge to the client. She then decided to charge the 1000.00 and keep the remaining as a credit with us. Due to the fact that this service has already been rendered and our no refund policy which is stated in our consent form we are unable to issue a refund. Thank You, [redacted]District Manager [redacted]   Laser MD Med Spa

First of all,  I was there about twenty minutes later after I paid.  Front desk said I would have to come back tomorrow so I emailed the manager that evening. I did not have a an appointment the next day because I was infurated about the treatment the night before. So I do not accept this as an appology, they took my complete 400 dollesrs and was not willing to  refund  anything.  My bank manager as  a courtesy had called as well because they were aware of the situation.  The manager at  my bank said  the manager  at Lazser md was extremely rude to her l and  uncoopertive to work something out.  Thank you
