I mailed Mr*** a letter last week to address this matter I will send him a copy of the letter via email today in case the original was somehow lost in the mail

We have completed this and the member is waiting to get reimbursement from the provider There is no further action for us to take at this point

Tell us why here...I have contacted Mr*** directly. I am not able to provide you with any information pertaining to this complaint in that the responsive information is considered Protected Health Information under the HIPAA Privacy Regulations and under Texas insurance laws.

I am rejecting this response because: No protected health information is disclosed and the issue is based on a mishandling of a valid claim processing through Boon Group claim processing center They failed to acknowledge a valid, submitted claim during the time of service The support center failed to communicate critical information to me about the claim while giving me information that the claim was being processed during the one year time frame back and forth with Boon Group's support center They lead me to believe that the claim was being processed After succeeding in finally having the claim processed this June, Boon Group submitted denial of payment because the claim was filed after the valid payment window time frame The claim needs to be paid by Boon Group as contracted through the health insurance policy paid into by me during the time of service and submitted correctly by the lab, twice, plus faxed by me in 2016, to additionally being faxed by the lab again in April,

I am rejecting this response because:I have already had numerous direct conversations with them and it always resulted in the same outcome, there was nothing they could do about it.  I do not believe this to be true.  I did not authorize the coverage, I did not need the coverage, I did not use the coverage.  They have to have a way to process a refund.  I give The Boon Group permission to speak with the Revdex.com regarding this health care coverage issue.
