Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, but I have no other choice but to accept.  I was informed today that my claim for frames and lenses would not be placed against my insurance for me to be reimbursed because I used my HRA card to pay for them. If I had used my own Debit card they would have placed the claim against my vision insurance and reimbursed me.  I do however have the opportunity to get more frames and lenses before the 24 month period because they refuse to let me use my vision insurance.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The phrase "We are in communication with...the member's employer..." concerns me a great deal. Exactly what are they (the Boon Group) communicating to my employer and will this "communication" have any negative consequences to my employment? I am willing to sign an authorization form to have my personal health information disclosed to the Revdex.com Ms. [redacted]. Please forward this form to me as soon as possible.

We have corresponded with this member directly and the claim is resolved.

Hello,We have contact Ms. [redacted] today and left her a voice message at her daytime telephone number.   We advised her of the status of her claims and left a direct extension to our Benefits Services Supervisor in case she has further questions.   We have been experiencing longer than...

usual wait time for our customers and apologize for the inconvenience.  Please note that you can also visit www.[redacted].com and click on the “Contact Benefit Services” link at the top of the home page in order to submit an electronic request to receive a call back from our Benefit Services department.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The representative from the Boon Group, after talking to her manager and the claims department, made a very interesting and disturbing statement. The representative stated that because my plan says "Outpatient Testing: Xray and Lab" and not specifically "Hospital Outpatient Testing: Xray and Lab" they will not pay for it. Even though, the Boon Group (First Health), list the hospital where the test(s) were performed as a in-network provider and the only other facility listed as a in-network provider within 100 miles of me that performs the test(s) I had done is also listed as a hospital. Do I need to drive to another state?
