We are a manufacturer of fiberglass. This company ordered for drop ship to end user product and failed to pay us for over $2000.00 worth. We too get either a busy signal or answering machine. His daughter Tiffany runs interference for him. If we called and got her she would say he was out no matter the time of day. We turned it over to a collection agent and they were told by Kevin the owner take him to court. We chose to cut our losses. We no longer supply or ship product for this business.

Review: I ordered items in July 2015 and some of the items were never delivered. They kept telling me they were on backorder. I called them in several times and they couldnt tell me when it would be delivered. I finally cancelled my order in Sept and they told me they would send a refund. I never received the refund of over $40 even though I called several times. In the beginning of November I tried to call again and they had an answer machine answering their calls. I have called constantly every since but can not talk with any one.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $40 but I would at least like for this company to not be allowed to operate so that they cant hurt anyone else.

Review: I ordered a brass radiator and the company sent me a low cost aluminum radiator with plastic end caps. I contacted the company and they agreed to return the item and issue me a refund.I returned the radiator 3 weeks any and they still won't issue me a refund.

Everytime I call they say a few more days and they will issue the refund

But they never do anything.Desired Settlement: It's been over 3 weeks since I returned there item I want them to issue me a refund

Review: February 6 I ordered parts from laurel mountain. They said I received all parts but I didn't. So they wanted me to take pics of box and send back to them. Then they tried to blame it on ups. 4 weeks now I have waited on the part and finally gave up and called them for a refund. 10 days and counting and no refund. One left hand mirror for a mustang. 79.95 should be refund price. [redacted] in sales is also the owner. Very unreliable. All I want is money back so I can order from somewhere else. Maybe you can help me with this or give me details how to handle it. I don't know what else to do but sue for fraud. Many people have had complaints. Just want this solved. He knows well that part never shipped because they are still waiting on one now. Please help.all I want is money back for 79.95. Not worried about shipping cost or nothingDesired Settlement: Refund. Review: I ordered a complete interior for a 1968 mustang fastback from Laurel Mountain Mustang 6/9/15 for $1393.11 some of the items were on back order but most arrived by the end of June. The one thing that has been on back order since the end of June is the black deluxe arm rests I have tried to contact them by phone and email, but get no response.Desired Settlement: I just want the arm rests that I ordered or a refund on that portion of the order. Review: Purchased items from business online website. Seller failed to ship purchased items citing a back order. Requested items to be sent or refund the money I paid. No response from business failed to refund cost of back ordered items. Seller seem to have a history of this type of action.Desired Settlement: Refund the purchase price or deliver the products. Possibly needs an IRS audit.

Review: Placed an order on-line with Laurel Mountain Mustang in May, using Paypal.They charged my credit card for the order and shipping without having the product in stock. May 22, I received an email it would be on back order and they did not know when it would arrive. I cancelled my order May 23 and was told I would receive a full refund. After waiting a month with no refund I called again and was assured I would get it but would have to wait 7-15 days.This continues from June to December with all different types of excuses, I have called at least once a week for 6 months. Still no success. I called again December 9th, and was told they could no longer refund me through Paypal and would send me a check in the mail. It is now the end of December, I still have not received a check and after calling several times in the last couple days and leaving messages with employees, the owner will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want my $231.73 refunded.

Review: Purchased brake drums. Credit card was immediately charged $324.16. Two months later, the brake drums still have not been delivered. Tried emailing [redacted] several times. Zero response. Tried calling several times. The phone constantly goes to a voicemail that says the business is not in its regular operating hours and is currently closed.Desired Settlement: American Express agreed to dispute the charge for us. We want Laurel Mountain Mustang to refund American Express the $324.16 it charged for a product order that was never filled.

Review: 1.Ordered a Master Cylinder for a 1966 Mustang, received a product that did not resemble a Master Cylinder for a 1966 Mustang.2. July 15 2014,@1233 Pm, advised [redacted] at Laurel Mountain that the part was not correct, he issued me a Return Authorization # [redacted], returned at my expense.3.Product received at Laurel Mountain on July 17, 2014 @ 9:12 AM, signed for by [redacted].4.AUG. 4,2014,4:45PM CONTACTED [redacted], I advised him that my credit card had not received a refund, he advised me I would receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase.I declined a store credit based on the improper product received. He said he would check to see if a refund could be made and call me back.5.Has not heard from [redacted], contacted him again on Aug.11 @4:30PM. He checked with the office and they said they would issue a credit to my credit card.6.No credit on my card, contacted [redacted] on Sept. 3,2014 @4:08PM and advised that I still had not received a credit to my card. I held as he checked with his office. He came back on line and advised me that no credit would be issued to my card, I would only receive a store credit.7.I told him that was not acceptable based on our previous Aug. 11 conversation. I was advised I would only be issued a store credit.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to my credit card for the amount as listed now as a store credit plus my shipping cost of $8.34.

Review: I ordered a complete interior package on September 15th. Most of the package arrived with only a few items on backorder. I was told by Tiffany that the upholstery was direct shipped from [redacted] On October 13 I still had not received the upholstery or the kick panels and called again to check the status. The phone message at Laurel Mountain states that it is after hours and to call back later, (this has been there during business hours for three days no matter what time you call). An email was also sent to customer service with no response. I checked with [redacted] and they had no record of my order and stated that all shipments for Laurel Mountain had been suspended.Desired Settlement: Ship the remaining upholstery and kick panels, or refund all money.

Review: I ordered a car part online through their website on Nov. 23rd. It did not come until three weeks after I ordered. I had to call 3-4 times to inquire on the delivery. They took money out of my account the business day after I ordered online. Once I got it, it was the wrong part for what I needed. I sent it back the same day I got it which was Friday, Dec 12th. They received it on Monday, Dec. 15th. I have called 5-10 times since, asking for my money to be reimbursed back into my bank account. Every time I call, I speak with someone different and get a different answer each time, or I am told to call again. When I ask for the name of the person I am speaking with, I wrote down the name and the next time I called and asked for those people, I hear,"they are not available"- the response I always get. As of today, I still do not have my money. This is more than a month ago they they withdrew from my account. It has been 11 business days since they told me they would reimburse my account.Desired Settlement: Normally I would be ok w/ having the money sit in an account in my name so I could order other parts later. HOWEVER, doing this kind of business with such delays & poor communication, I would like a FULL refund with S&H even bc of the on-going poor communication & the over-extended time to get the part in the first place! I have absolutely NO information proving that my money is still my money whether to be refunded or sitting in an account. At this time, I am out $319.56! No documentation!

Review: I ordered a 1969 mustang & machine 1 grill and molding kit from Laurel Mountain Mustang on 7-11-2015. I received an email saying that some of the items were backordered and they would send them as soon as they arrived from the warehouse. I received most of the order over a month's time but still didn't receive the hood molding. I emailed them and after they said the order was completed I called them and told the receptionist that I still hadn't gotten the hood molding and he told me it was on its way from the factory and I would have it in a few weeks. When nothing would come I tried calling them within their business hours and yet I got a voice message informing me that I had called after business hours and told me the business hours ( which I was currently calling in). So I emailed them thinking maybe their phones are messed up and I still haven't gotten a response from them.Desired Settlement: I would just like the hood molding I ordered. I paid a lot of money for it and I would like to have the one I ordered and not the one they tried to offer me when I called the first time. Also when they send it I would like the UPS tracking number for the package.

Review: On 7/23/2015, I placed an initial order with Laurel Mountain Mustang. This order was placed via phone and was paid via my credit card. Order total $1257.63.

On 7/26, I placed an additional new order, the items were still in a shopping cart on my computer from previous research and accidentally added to this new order.

I called Laurel Mountain the next morning on (7/27) and explained what had happened and that I needed to cancel part of the order. I was asked if I wanted store credit or a refund. I told them that I wanted a refund. Since that date, I have called and spoken to someone at a minimum of once a week. I cannot get Laurel Mountain Mustang to return my calls or to issue the refund.

We have NOT recieved the cancelled items from this new order). We do not want them. We have received most of the items already from the original order. We just want our money back for the items that we cancelled on the last orderDesired Settlement: I just want my money back from the items cancelled. The total is over $1000.

Review: On 10/5/15 I placed an order " [redacted] MUSTANG PERFORMANCE FRONT STEERING & SUSPENSION KIT, V8 & 6 CYL P/S (1) @ $624.95 = $624.95, [redacted] 1965-1970 MUSTANG POWER STEERING CYLINDER BOOT (1) @ $11.95 = $11.95, T-SHIRT FREE MUSTANG PARTS T-SHIRT WITH $500 ORDER, SIZE XL (1) @ $0.00 = $0.00 Subtotal:: $636.90, Shipping $67.95, Order Total:: $704.85" with Laurel Mountain Mustang. I received a portion of my order; which a portion of it was incorrect, on 10/9/15. I called immediately and sent an email when I realized the missing pieces. I then called again 10/12/15 to report the issue. I was notified that the missing portion of the order would be sent and the incorrect items would be turned over to the audit control group and someone would be contacting me shortly. Since that phone call, each time I try to contact Laurel Mountain I receive their answering machine message that does not allow for messages. I can not contact the company via phone and my emails are not being responded to. Today 10/19/15, I contacted [redacted], a neighboring company looking for any information about Laurel Mountain or if they were at all affiliated. I was informed that last week, the owner of Laurel Mountain was in Marsh Automotive's shop trying to sell him equipment because he was out of business.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a full refund because the items that I did receive are useless without the items that are missing. And I feel Laurel Mountain knows this, as they too are familiar with building cars. I will gladly return the items that were received.

Review: Made a purchase in Decenber 2013 and it took 5 months to get all my products. When I received them they were incorrect. I was ignored through emails and phone calls but finially I was offered help by Toffany and we they said they couldn't accept returns only exchanges. I was cross bit was ok with this. I was advised that Kevin the owner could paint and match all colors and he did try..... It turned out horrible. I mean horrible and the color was way way off. I was advised I could use someone Local to paint it an be reimbursed (I have all correlating emails) I bought paint but man would not touch it being it wouldn't turn out well. At this long I only wanted refund but was denied. I decide to research and found correct parts for it. I advised and was told they would exchange them for same value. As I was sending them in I find out they are now closed?!?!??

I've lost all my money in this company for $1,308.95

Plus the loss of using my car for last two years and cost of paint I had to pay!Desired Settlement: Full refund of $1,308.95 or exchanging pieces like promised by the end of this year

Review: I have patiently waited on parts that were ordered on June 10th 2014, they informed me that they were on back order and would ship as they arrive at the warehouse. On August 23rd, (2.5 months after the order date) I asked for an approximate arrival time on the parts, I was told they would be in this week or early next week (week of August 25th 2014). I sent another inquiry on September 23rd 2014, (3.5 months after order date, and 1 month after promised arrival time) and I didn't get a response. I asked for a refund for the back ordered parts on October 1st 2014 and they told me that they would cancel them and refund my money. Today is October 21st, 2014, 3 weeks after the refund was issued and I still haven't recieved any parts or a refund. This customer service is inexcusable, and buyers should be made aware of this practiceDesired Settlement: Simply refund the money and it will be done.
