Review: Purchased 2 items off Ebay based on their picture and description provided. Parts that arrived were only partial, and did not fully match the picture. Had to return the items at my expense. Refunded only part of my overall cost. The company got their parts back and still made on a profit on their fraudulent advertising. Manager of company would not allow me to discuss issue with the owner, and hung up on my phone call.Beware of this company. Revdex.com rating is accurate.Desired Settlement: Balance owed is $16.75.

Review: I ordered a set of quarter panels for my car (I was charged roughly $200 a panel x2, and truck freight). I received one quarter panel and never heard about the other, I attempted to call and email several times with no answer. Now I found out that their number is not working. I am beginning to wonder if I haven't been cheated out of over 200 dollars.Desired Settlement: I simply want the part I ordered, nothing more, nothing less.

Review: This business closed without notice! I had an open cash balance for a third party, [redacted], to purchase against. Laurel Mustang is holding the receipts of parts purchased by the 3rd party ([redacted]), along with a few of the new parts needing exchanged, due to faulty finishes on the items. They are also in possession of approximately 16 items of my personal property (Mustang parts) that they were going to sell for me. This was going to add money to my pre-paid account. The value of said items is $700.00.Desired Settlement: Besides needing my personal items (Mustang parts) returned, I definitely need receipts of parts purchased @ Laurel Mustang by the 3rd party, [redacted] Performance, to determine the financial balance. I have no proof of purchase of these parts! The receipts are also needed to pursue a claim in the future against [redacted], who I believe was definitely in cahoots with Laurel Mountain Mustang in this scam!! I am out approximately $1,000.

Review: Order for parts was placed over two months ago. Most parts arrived fine, but one was missing. Sent a number of emails to inquire about missing item. No replies were received. Called a couple time and finally got a sales rep, Kevin, who told me it was to be shipped from the supplier, and then asked me to call him back the net day and he'd have an answer. Call the next day and he was not in, left a message with another rep, but was told to call back the following Monday to talk to Kevin. Called the following Monday and was told the supplier had not responded to his request. Since that call, I've called over 20 times and continue to get the "you have called outside of our business hours" message, regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day called. I've sent additional emails and messaged them on Facebook, still with no reply. Part is worth roughly $45 and no part or refund has been received.Desired Settlement: Either have the part shipped, or the cost refunded.

Review: I ordered and paid for on their website (7/1/14) a part for my mustang. They told me it was on back order; after waiting 15 months for the part I cancelled that order. I opted to rather than get a refund on my credit card to just use a store credit. I ordered some floor mats, stripes, and two emblems, and paid the difference. I received the emblems in four days and nothing after that. I have made numerous calls to them and a message tells me that I have called after hours. I have tried to rectify this situation with e-mails and after a month of doing so have received no responses. I paid for the initial order $175.00 over a year ago and have received only $13.00 worth of parts!Desired Settlement: Either deliver my merchandise or refund me my money!

Review: Ordered a suspension kit for $980 us$

When it arrived it was missing both upper control arms where missing

Also Missing the rear sway bar hardware

And a rear shock was damaged

It will cost about $450 us$ to replace and ship the missing parts

They don't answer phone calls or emailsDesired Settlement: I want the missing parts and the damaged shock replaced or a credit of $450 us$ to cover my cost to purchase from elsewhere

The package was not damaged ripped or torn

The damage to the shock was because they never used any packing to keep components from smashing into each other during shipping

Review: Originally I made two seperate orders 5/15/2015 ($939.00)Part number [redacted] and 5/26/2015($469.74)Part numbers [redacted]. After they received my money and did not tell me the parts were on back order until I contacted them to ask the status of my parts, I cancelled the orders on 6/11/2015. I have been calling every week and each time I call I hear various excuses and my money is always "on the way".I called today and spoke with a sales rep Jim who told me my paperwork was on the accountants table for processing, I have heard this for the last month. Ihave not received a refund for either order.Desired Settlement: Refunded immediatly

Review: In May 2014 I placed an order with Laurel Mountain Mustang. One item (Twist-on gas cap @ $59.95)was placed on back order. My credit card, however, was charged for the item. After four weeks and no communications, including failure to respond to my e-mail, I contacted Laurel Mountain by telephone. At that time I cancelled my order and requested that my credit card be credited. They indicated they would do that. Now it is mid-July and after four telephone calls with promises to credit the card, my card still has not been credited.Desired Settlement: Request that my credit card be credited the $59.95.

Review: I purchased over $300 of car parts from Laurel Mountain. The claim the first shipment was lost by ups, however the tracking number showed it was never picked up. So after two weeks the finally tell me they will reship the items. I hear nothing for another week at which time I call them again. They again tell me they shipped it. Another week laterI still have no parts and no tracking number this time. I call again, this time I demand proof of shipment. The salesman now informs me they never even had the parts in stock and didn't know when they would show up. At this point I asked them to refund my money and cancel the order. He says no problem it's taken care of. A week goes by and I still have no refund so again I call them. I am told it will take 10 business days. A month has now gone by and no refund. They will not answer my emails and last time I called they put me on hold and never picked it up.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded as I feel they are crooks who lied to me from the start of this transaction and now will not refund my money.

Review: I ordered Mustang parts from Laurel Mountain Mustang on July 7, 2014. I ordered 3 items and received 2 of the items. The third item was on backorder. I called numerous times to inquire about the parts status and was told that the item had not been received from the supplier. Finally on October 7th, 2014 I called and cancelled the order and asked that I be given a refund of the items price $67.95 and $4.08 6% sales tax. I was told that I would receive a credit to my credit card in 7 to 15 days. On October 28 2014 I called again to find out why I had not received the credit and was told that it had just been processed "2 days ago" and that I would receive it in 7 to 15 days and that an email would be sent to me that day to confirm the refund. As of October 29 I have not received an email or a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund to me $72.03.

Review: I placed two orders with Laurel Mtn. One for a little over $8,000 and a smaller one for a little over $3,000. I paid in cash (I have a receipt) for both purchases. I'm still missing about $600-700 worth of merchandise from them. I have made multiple attempts to contact them from October of last year up until currently. I was told the company shut down and made off with several thousand dollars from different customers, including myself, and had no intentions of fulfilling the orders. I'm seeking either my merchandise, or a complete refund, plus an addition restitution for their blatantly thievery and poor conduction of business.Desired Settlement: Either a full refund of my purchase plus restitution or the delivery of my parts.

Review: Reference order [redacted] dated 6/13/2015: 3 of 4 items were delivered as promised. One item, 1971-73 seat hinge cover, black, 1 pair was never delivered. Laurel Mountain Mustang was contacted several times by phone and by e-mail at [redacted]. As of 12/09/2015 the parts have not been delivered. There has been no response to recent e-mails and no body answers the phones. Today 12/09, it seems that the phone numbers have been disconnected, but the website appears to still be operational.Desired Settlement: I have been ripped off by this company and want my $29.95 + tax and shipping back.

Review: 8/9/15 I placed and order, #[redacted], for drip rail moldings and 3M bedding compound. I receved notice on 8/12/15 that the 3M bedding compound is backordered. I called about 9/21/15 asking about the status of the 3M, the man who answered the phone said they never received it and he would call me back when he found out more about delivery. I did not hear back from him that week, so I called back on 9/29/15 requesting a refund. This other man said it would be processed through PayPal as that was how I placed the order. I have not received the refund as of yet. I have called 10/13; 10/14; 10/16 at various times - and each time the line goes directly to a message stating I need to call back during regular business hours of 9am-6pm EST. I even emailed asking for status, no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to get back the expense for a product I never received. The compound was 3 @ $12.95 = $38.85. And applicable shipping costs that they probably charged me on the original order.
