we have been in contact with this this customer and knows exactly why her title work has not been done, it has been explained to her several times she has a balance due of approx$dollars that she is refusing to pay to complete the title of her vehicleso I am unclear of why she is acting like she doesn't know what is going on here [redacted] our title clerk has personally spoken to her on several occasions informing her of her balance due to complete this transactionI will have [redacted] call her again to refresh her memory.Thanks [redacted] ***

when purchasing a vehicle the finance products that are offered for the customers protection are 100% optionalif this customer purchased a warranty and no longer wants this protection they can cancel at any time thanks*** ***

First off, on behalf of San Antonio Dodge we would like to apologize for the lack of communication and the issue that the ***s had with their vehicleI have been in contact with Mr*** and am trying to offer him and his wife some type of compensation for this eventI am new to the dealership
and this happened about the time the man I replaced left, so there was poor communication on our part to our customerIt is my intent to try and make the ***s comfortable with their vehicle , us and restore trust. Thank you, ** ***GM

I will have my accounting team look into when the cancellation was processed and make sure the reimbursement money gets to the lienholder in a timely mannerMost cancellations take 6-weeks to payout. thanks *** ***

I am rejecting this response
because: The products were presented as a requirement as a condition of the financing. I HAVE tried to cancel. Came to the dealership on October 20, and signed the document required to cancel the warranty, and it has NOT been processed. I'm receiving the runaround from the dealership about this document and the cancellation. I forwarded a copy of it and the letter requesting cancellation of the GAP to the warranty company this week. As I have refinanced the vehicle, the funds from both cancellations should be forwarded to me. Both can be refunded to my new finance company if desired, but they should be processed immediately, as I waited the required 6-weeks. I feel the dealership is remiss on this issue. I also do not feel that I was given a choice on the "optional" products

The window sticker of the vehicle states the tint is includedAlso, the service contract states all that's included is oil changes up to $eachIt does not include the tire rotationsI called the dealership closest to me and they reiterated the language on the contract stating all that's included is a basic oil change up to $I have included the window sticker and the copy of the maintenance plan that shows that the tint was included in the window sticker and the maintenance plan mentions nothing of tire rotations

Thank You for bringing this issue to Our attentionAs A Company We try to encourage complete transparency with Our ClientsAnd after review have found that this check for purchase of the automobile was done in a timely manner and there is one or more Departments that must handle a purchase of an
automobile, Sales, titling department as well as accounts payable are all involvedUpon my review the check was cut and ready for Our client To pick up and when she called We asked If she would like to drive over and pick up the checkWe were told that she could not make it in, And then offered to deliver the check to Our client and only asked for directionsAt this point the conversation and tone of which became condescending and We informed Our client that the check would be mailed post haste ?

the delay in time is due to being a Washington DC title, we have resent the paperwork along with check to resolve thisCustomer will be able to pick up plates tomorrow.we have contacted the customer to let them know. Thanks*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I came into the dealership to fill out the Warranty paperwork on 10/20. To date, this has NOT been processed. Incidentally, I refinanced the vehicle, so it is unlikely that the refunded amount should be paid to the lienholder. The warranty provider is aware of both items being cancelled by me. They advised that the DEALER has to process

I would like to remind/add - I tried to send my letter via email to Mr. [redacted] directly. The receptionist gave us an email address that did not work. My husband asked her 3 times if it was correct. She assured him it was. The email was returned. Which is why I contacted the Revdex.com.

We received a complaint # [redacted] in regards to owing Mr [redacted] $ 16.52 for the difference in what he recived on the replacement of a battery. We are not disputing this and will send a check out to him tomorrow for the $16.52   Thanks   [redacted] General Manager San Antonio Dodge...

I am rejecting this response because:Today was the first day that I was told of this so called $400 registration fee that I am supposedly refusing to pay. Also, in the past two weeks alone I have called several times and have left several voicemails that I have recorded leaving and never received a call back, so no, no one, including [redacted] and [redacted] has been in touch with me. Not only that, but maybe I should stop by the facility and show my contract where it has typed that all fees/costs are included in my monthly payments.
