business stewards in the community and do not take lightly these types of concerns from our customers.   In reviewing Mr. [redacted]’s concerns based on the documentation we have here at the dealership through our CRM tool. I see that he did inquire about the purchase of a vehicle. We are running a campaign on a used Ram for $49.00 and $319.00 per month with specific terms and credit criteria. Based on notes in the system, we can see that he was looking at a Corolla and not the RAM truck. He also had a trade that had a balance due that would change the dynamics of the deal based on the equity of the motorcycle he had to trade. His last communication with the dealership was 9/30/2016. At that time he told our associates that he was going to sell his trade on his own.   The deal as advertised still stands as long as the financial terms of the agreement can be meet and the vehicle is still available.   We would love to sell Mr. [redacted] and his wife a vehicle. That’s what we do. It seems like there is some miscommunication in the terms of the deal and what the needs are of the customer, as we are looking at passenger cars and not trucks.   I welcome Mr. [redacted] to contact me directly at his earliest convenience to discuss options.   Sincerely,   [redacted]

we have contacted [redacted] and came up with a fair estimate for repairs on her vehicle of $600.00. once we reviewed this with her she was in agreement that it was fair and for us to proceed with repairing her vehicle.thanks[redacted]

we have been in contact with this this customer and knows exactly why her title work has not been done, it has been explained to her several times she has a balance due of approx. $400.00 dollars that she is refusing to pay to complete the title of her vehicleso I am unclear of why she is acting...
