To Whom It May Concern,
"text-align: justify;">In regards to the complaint submitted by Mrs[redacted], on 4/23/14 of applications for Mole Control and Grub Control were ordered with the intention to help control the level of moles in the lawn (it was advised that the program consists of services and more than 1 may be needed). On 4/28/customer
called to ask to be informed when the applications would be provided. (The action was noted and a courtesy call was made) on 5/20/the customer indicated
a concern with the mole activity still being rather consistent, it was at this time we did a courtesy reapplication of the Mole Control (despite it not being guaranteed
due to not having ordered the actual Program) we advised that another application was needed at a rate of $+ applicable sales tax. That service was ordered
and provided at the appropriate time. We did get payment for the first application of Mole Control, however statements have been mailed and calls made regularly for
the balance of the 2nd Mole Control & Grub Control. The balance on the account is: $(includes a $court cost fee)We have spoken with the customer a number of occasions regarding the balance, I myself on 11/17/15. At which point the customer was complaining that the services
made no improvement with the appearance of the lawn. The customer was advised that the Mole & Grub Controls are not designed to correct the lawn damaged by

not only left service invoices, but we have tracking that allows us to consistently monitor where every driver is and what is being done at all times. The customer then
stated "she is and is not paying the balance." At this point we are able to offer the customer a payment plan for the entire balance $or they may opt to have a lump sum settlement in the amount of $

Lawn Doctor takes orders over the phone and via the web site.  In this instance [redacted] spoke directly to me and ordered the services performed.  I took the call and completed the work myself.  This is the last time I am going to answer the same way.  [redacted] ordered services from me and I performed them until he went into a credit hold situation (60 days overdue).  This matter is going over to collections and I will not be able to respond any further, the matter can be discussed with the collection agency.

January 17, 2017Good Afternoon - [redacted] contacted me on June 6th of 2016 and discussed services that we performed. After going over these services he chose to order 2-The law maintainer package and the yard armour program. I personally serviced his property, flagged the yard and left...

invoices on 6/17/2016 and 7/26/2016. Once an account goes 60 days without payment it goes into credit hold so that the Customer won't get any other services that he may or may not pay for. Monthly statements have gone out without payment.[redacted] never called and said there was a mistake after service number 1 on 6/17 and never called after service 2 on 7/26. The only calli received was after the 5 letter stating the account was going to collections, tried to resolve this but to no avail. He insists that there was never a Calf however cell phone records for the business verify the sale on 6/6/2016.My customers call me to begin service, I am the only one working this business. The account has now been cancelled because of nonpayment and we are looking to collect the amount due prior to taking legal action.Any other questions can be addressed to meat ###-###-#### or via email at [redacted]@lawn doctor.comCharles TOwner

Thank you for sharing the concern of this customer.  Please know that although we can aide in the growth and preservation of plantings such as trees and shrubs, we cannot guarantee the life or longevity of any living, breathing organism such as a tree or shrub. A number of factors are...

relevant to the life and thriving ability of any plant. This was explained to our customer previously. At Lawn Doctor we do however care a great deal about our customers. We have responded to several requests:7/16/15 We visited property due to concern(s), advised customer we do not treat trees over 20ft and that Leaf Spot (disease) was present.1/19/16 We visited property due to concern(s), advised customer of improper pruning techniques being used.4/04/17 We visited property due to concern(s), advised that trees have a 50% chance of recovery (due to issues previously mentioned), technician advised extra care was provided for the plantings.  As an act of good faith and courtesy we have offered to credit the total of tree & shrub care provided this season $180.76.  It was agreed via discussion with the customer. We do not offer replacement. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach our office. Thank you.

August 15, 2016To whom it may concern,In response to [redacted] He never signed a contract in 2015 or 2016. We DO NOT require a signed contract for maintenance services. Yes he moved in 2015 as we continued to service the lawn 10/7/15 and again on 11/24/16. As you will see in the email correspondence I have enclosed he states that he is trying to sell his home still as 4/26/2016. You will also see in the letters have enclosed mailed him for 2016 service that were addressed to his Florida address given to me by him. We would have gladly stopped the service had he communicated this to us before the first service. We did not kill any grass on his lawn. We cancelled the account on his first communication of this matter and also offered to collect half the balance to cover time and materials. That amount would be $33.92 which seems more than fair to settle this matter. Also why would he contract for another company to spray his lawn if his home was sold and someone else was living there?Thank you Lawn Doctor

Good morning - after reviewing the customer account (since he became a customer in 2009) I do disagree with his statement. [redacted] was told numerous times, this year alone, about the mowing height and the effects on the lawn.I service his neighbor 2 doors down and asked him to look at the...

difference in the properties. The Lawn Doctor Equipment is calibrated daily and patented. [redacted] neighbor at [redacted] complies with requests to leave the grass blade 3-4 inches in the heat of winter and is much greener than that of [redacted].[redacted] grass height was measure by me last time I services the property at 2 1/2 inches. As long as he continues to stress the grass plants there will be no chance of a greener lawn. The issue was the direct result of the homeowner not willing to listen to advice by Lawn Doctor. I will write off the amount due in good faith

I did not produce a letter which "[redacted]" spoke of in the letter he wrote. I don't know how this person can know I was "rude" if I never spoke to him! Thanks so much for your help in this matter.

We have been working with Lawn Doctor for 3 years now and we really love the company. The owners are helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, customer service oriented and very pleasant to work with. We have used them for lawn maintenance, seeding and mosquito control. All have worked great for us. When we started our lawn maintenance with them we had many, many weedy areas in our lawn, by the end of the first season using them those areas were all hugely improved and by the start of the 2nd season they were gone. Their mosquito control product works very well. We were not able to enjoy our evenings outside at all and once they started treating our property we were then able to be outside without being bitten.
Overall it is just refreshing to work with a company that treats you like an individual, not a number, who is willing and able to work off-plan to address specific needs of your property. I definitely recommend Lawn Doctor of Batavia for their service and their products.

The check was sent last Monday the 13th for the $60.00 so she should of received the same day she wrote this Tell us why here...
